Deletion[edit]

Hey there. Thank you for your notice on the photos that I have tagged the wrong way. I was in a rush, so I wrongly simplified copyright process. Although I am overwhelmed by the instant three nominations, I have come to learn to respect copyright. However I feel like there is a way that the three photos can be revived back with the right tag: fair use. I feel like the tag can just be replaced to fair use, or anything of the sort. Therefore it can still be used, as long as commentary is present. Thank you, and apologies if I said anything wrong. Gerald Waldo Luis (talk) 14:45, 18 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Commons doesn't accept any kind of fair use content as explained in COM:FAIR. English Wikipedia does accept something called non-free content, but the relevant policy is quite restrictive as explained in en:WP:NFC#Background. So, if you want to re-upload the files as non-free content you can try, but I don't think you'll be able to meet all ten non-free content use criteria for the two images not being used in the main infobox. The soundtrack cover is problematic per en:WP:FILMSCORE and en:MOS:TVPRODUCTION and also en:WP:NFCC#3a (it pretty much the same image as the one used in the main infobox), and the other screenshot is a problem per en:WP:NFC#CS. -- Marchjuly (talk) 14:57, 18 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
