GWToolset-Benutzer sind Benutzer, die die GLAMWikiToolset-Erweiterung verwenden können, um eine große Anzahl an Bilden von GLAM-Institutionen auf Commons hochzuladen.

Die Benutzergemeinschaft hatte eine open offene E-Mail-Gruppe, um Informationen über Projekte, beste Praktiken, Verbesserungen des Tools (einschließlich Diskussionen zur Priorisierung der Lösung von gemeldeten Bugs) und Benutzerdokumentation auszutauschen. Es gibt eine Lenkungsgruppe, die sich aus erfahrenen Batch-Uploadern von Wikimedia Commons, Wikimedia-Chaptern und dem Projektteam (aktuelle Partner sind de:Europeana) zusammensetzt, welche die Projektentwicklung beaufsichtigt und als Sprint-Reviews während der aktiven Entwicklung fungiert sowie zukünftige Vorschläge im Zusammenhang mit dem Toolset diskutiert.

Die Lenkungsgruppe hat eine geschlossene E-Mail-Liste, Meetings werden mehrmals pro Jahr per Videokonferenz abgehalten, und Etherpad-Protokolle werden von vergangenen Meetings veröffentlicht, siehe die Projekt-Seiten.
