Пользователи GWToolset - это пользователи, которые могут использовать расширение GLAMWikiToolset для массовой загрузки изображений из институтов GLAM в Викисклад.

Сообщество участников использовало открытую почтовую рассылку для обмена информацией о проектах, передовых методах работы, улучшениях инструмента (включая обсуждение приоритетов исправления выявленных ошибок) и пользовательской документации. Существует Руководящая группа, состоящая из опытных участников Викисклада, представителей отдела финансирования локальных отделений Викимедиа и команды проекта (текущие партнеры: Europeana), которая контролирует развитие проекта, участвуя в проверке спринтов во время активной разработки, и обсуждает будущие предложения, связанные с инструментом.

У Руководящей группы есть закрытая почтовая рассылка, встречи проводятся с помощью видео-связи несколько раз в год, а протоколы прошлых встреч публикуются, см. страницы проекта.
