Thank you for your contributions. Your image or other content was recently deleted, or will soon be deleted, in accordance with our process and policies, because it was not, or is not, within our scope. Please review our project scope, but in short, Commons is targeted at media files including photographs, diagrams, animations, music, spoken text and video clips. Wikimedia Commons does not contain text articles like encyclopedia articles, textbooks, news, word definitions and such. Each of these other kinds of content have their own projects: Wikipedia, Wikibooks, Wikisource, Wikinews, Wiktionary and Wikiquote.

If the content seems to fit the scope of one of those other projects, please consider contributing it there. If you think that the deletion was in error because the contribution really was in scope, you can appeal it at Commons:Undeletion requests, giving a reason why it fits our scope to help others evaluate the matter. Thank you for your understanding.  Sdrtirs (talk) 14:13, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you created the image, in this case, the logo, then you are the copyright holder. If you found this image from the site company and you uploaded it, without permission, then you are violating the copyright of this image. Regards, Sdrtirs (talk) 14:23, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

So, as I created this image, I am the copyright holder, right? --hdamm (talk) 14:31, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
May I also direct your attention to Category:Bangkok Transportation Systems. There is also a lot to do for you? Regards --hdamm (talk) 14:31, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Who created this Image:BMCL-Logo.png? You said the source is the company site. If you copied it from the site, then is a copyright violation. If you created "manually", then you are the copyright holder of the image. Be aware that these images are subject to trademark and it's hold by the company.--Sdrtirs (talk) 14:32, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You can upload from the company site if and only if the image is under {{PD-textlogo}}, like Image:BRT Logo.PNG.--Sdrtirs (talk) 14:35, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The Image:BTS Logo Bangkok Skytrain.png was claimed to be created by the uploader and wasn't copy from the site. The uploader may search information from the company but not copying (cut and paste) from the site. If the uploader drew by he self the image, then he is the copyright owner. But the trademark will still be registered to the company.--Sdrtirs (talk) 14:44, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you think that any image is a copyright violation, you can add {{delete|REASON}} in the image description and following the steps needed.--Sdrtirs (talk) 14:47, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Who created this Image:BMCL-Logo.png?--Sdrtirs (talk) 14:53, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ok! As you claim that the image was created by you, then it isn't a copyright violation. Pay always attention to this! Commons only accepted free licenses, fair use images will be deleted, also copyright violation images. Have good edits, or uploads!--Sdrtirs (talk) 15:15, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The template {{PD-textlogo}} it's used when the image wasn't uploaded by it's copyright owner. If you want to release the image into public domain, you can use {{PD-self}} instead. The logo image must be always subject to trademark ({{Trademarked}}).--Sdrtirs (talk) 15:32, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
