Bueno, me expresé mal en la discu de Discastro, lo que quería preguntarle era los motivos que debía indicar en las solicitudes de borrado porque mi inglés no da para tanto. Yo creo que deben borrarse porque son fotos de esculturas que no están en la vía pública, con lo cual tienen derechos de autor, ¿no? ¿Pongo la etiqueta copyvio?, pero, ¿qué pongo como razón? I have reopened the subject DR. I ran a CU check on Alcona2 and found no evidence to support his being a sockpuppet. Hi Alan, I'm new to Wikimedia Commons and don't know much about the licensing. However, all the iamges from search.creativecommons.org should be free use as I searched here so it shouldn't be a copyright violation. Correct me if I'm wrong. Reverted filemover rights for Matsievsky

For the moment I have reverted the grant of rights for filemover that you assigned to Matsievsky. The user is currently moving Russian stamps to names that I do not feel are within our naming policy in that they are not sufficiently descriptive. renaming fail

Hi. File:Dinamometro2.svg and File:Dinamometro.svg now redirects to the one with the more descriptive name. If you want you can choose a new descriptive name. Alan (talk) 11:37, 16 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Otra foto dudosa

Hola de nuevo, cuando puedas échale un vistazo a ésta foto, ¿crees que entra en de minimis?

Y otra cosa que puede ser más gorda. Me he encontrado una imagen de un escudo del ayuntamiento de Padrón, copiado de su web, con la plantilla Template:PD-SpanishGov. Yo creo que su uso no es correcto ya que ese dominio público sólo se aplica a las disposiciones legales o reglamentarias y sus correspondientes proyectos, es decir, únicamente libera los textos, ¿no? Si esto es así habría que revisar todos los ficheros que incluyen esa plantilla porque he visto varias imágenes que la usan, y si todo esto es cierto, es muy posible que se estén violando sus derechos de autor. Nunca mais: desde luego de minimis como que no... Recomiendo hacerle una consulta de borrado por si la apreciación de la gente lo engloba en COM:TOO aunque lo dudo.
Escudo: Violacion de derechos de autor, esa licencia libera los textos en casos concretos, no los de un ayuntamiento y muchos menos fotos como bien indicas. Se pueden crear escudos (instrucciones en el boe) pero no copiar. Por lo que puedes poner un {{Speedy}} directamente. Si ves que es necesario para algún articulo podemos solicitar que alguien lo haga.

Si ves que es obra derivada de algo con copyright dale caña con una consulta de borrado. (Que por lo que he googleado si lo es)
