How come the file is deleted only 4 minutes after it is nominated for deletion (and I get notified about it)? Shouldn't there be some time frame to allow the user to fix the situation! I mean... 4 minutes?!

I am going to re-upload it and put some clarification in the talk page.

Please, in the future, give a realistic time frame that is longer than 4 minutes, between your message and deleting the file, to allow anyone to fix the situation, we are users not bots. Aularon (talk) 17:48, 11 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Image was tagged with {{Copyvio}} (Speedy deletion) as copyright violation from sabhanadam.com. Read Commons:Criteria for speedy deletion and Commons:Deletion policy. A violation of copyright can not be solved nor hosted on Commons, COM:L.

Vandalismo

He visto que has revertido lo que ayer corregí. No conozco las reglas de la comunidad... y sólo uso mi sentido común que por su propia naturaleza debería coincidir con el tuyo... (por eso de común). Creo que es una falta de etiqueta llamar vándalo a alguien que hizo lo que yo hice: corregir la muy deficiente redacción de algo... para que el próximo que lo leyera... comprendiera mejor --RodRuzVal (talk) 18:47, 14 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hola. Corregir un comentario de una persona en una zona no enciclopédica o principal de un proyecto, el café en este caso, no es una buena práctica, es considerado entre otras una falta a la etiqueta (para muchos una falta de educación o respeto). I think you might be interested in this. I knew why that lorem ipsum came out already. I typed the wordings I typed that time while requesting file mover right to my sandbox and those came out. That was my 2nd test just now. I think lorem ipsum will come out for requests that uses that '{{subst:rfr|{{subst:REVISIONUSER}}|reason}} Thank you. ~~~~' code and inside that reason that uses bracket links ([link description]). Una pregunta a destiempo

Hola Alan, espero que estes bien.

Resulta que hace más de un año me puse a enviar solicitudes de peticiones de fotos en Flickr para usar en el proyecto, enviándoles solicitudes a varios usuarios; algunos me respondieron otros no, otros se negaron a ceder sus fotos y sólo uno envió el formulario a Commons de manera formar (ya conoces ese caso). El caso es que los que me respondieron positivamente para darme el permirso de utilizar sus fotos lo hicieron informalmenete y sin enviar el formulario a Commons. Entonces, qué se hace en estos casos. Al parecer a ellos les resulta algo tedioso enviar el formulario o no sé qué será, espero tu respuesta, saludos.--Inefable001 (talk) 08:34, 20 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hola! Para darlo por válido debe ser el propio titular de los derechos quien mande una autorización a OTRS. Si te lo remiten a ti y tu lo reenvías no se da por válido ya que en el pasado se abusó de este sistema falsificando los correos, y como es evidente generó más de un problema.
Respecto a si es el modelo exacto de la plantilla o no; tampoco es tan njecesario siempre y cuando se expecifiquen las siguientes cosas:;
Origen de las fotos, documentos, .... de forma clara (URL exacta)
Que se quiere liberar bajo una licencia válida en Commons sin limitar su uso.
Por ejemplo esto sería válido parea un usuario de Flickr:
Como titular de los derechos autorizo a publicar todas las imágenes contenidas en la cuenta de usuario de Flickr Pepito12345 (https://www.flickr.com/usuario/Pepito123456) bajo la licencia CC-BY-SA 3.0 (Creative Commons Reconocimiento-Compartir Igual 3.0).
Esto es un texto muy simple pero como norma lo solemos dar por bueno. No obstante es recomendable utilizar la plantilla parea evitar problemas futuros.

Gracias por responder. Pues entonces no valen de nada los mensajes de ellos que tengo en mi bandeja de entrada de Flickr diciendome que no hay problema y que puedo utilizar las fotos dondales los créditos correspondientes, qué pena. Hace tiempo le reenvié un mensaje a algunos de ellos para que lo hicieran formalmente mediane OTRS, pero todavía hasta la fecha no me responden. Esas peticiones las envié cuando yo no conocía bien el proceso de envío de formulario a OTRS y por eso me apena perder esas otras fuentes de imágenes que servirían mucho. Ahora me da apuros volver a escribirles para lo mismo, pero quizás intente en otra ocasión y espero no pasar por molestoso jeje. Pues nada, y gracias por todo. Pedido de revisión

Hola estimado Alan. Hacia ya un buen tiempo que no pasaba por aquí a saludarte. Bueno, junto con el saludo quería pedirte si puedes revisar un caso. Desafortunadamente ya es un poco tarde y bueno, mañana salgo de casa así que no podré hacerlo yo. Se trata de las contribuciones del usuario Ezekiel7. Me parece que algunas de sus contribuciones son tomadas de sitios como este. En OTRS reportaron un caso, y al ver en Webarchive.org, vi que quien denunciaba en el ticket tenía razón. Además vi que al usuario ya le habían borrado algún archivo, por lo que mejor sería curarse en salud. En fin, espero que pases bien y aprovecho un poco tarde para desearte un feliz 2014. Bueno, finalmente he tenido tiempo de revisar este caso y esto es lo que encontré.
No sé si debo revisar las otras imágenes.
Algunas imágenes como File:Evolución de la población en Casariche (1847-2011).png quizás no violen derechos de autor, al ser formas simples o texto, pero digo quizás, pues no sé si haya otras razones que apliquen. Pero en lo que concierne a fotos y demás, es obvio que todas las imágenes subidas por este usuario infringen derechos de autor y deben ser eliminadas. Este tema lo he acabado zanjando con un borrado masivo; foto que revisaba -> violación de copyright. Así que en virtud de COM:PRP, he borrado todas sus contribuciones excepto una que está claramente en dominio público. "no license" and OTRS-pending templates

Regarding this file mentioned in this discussion, should summarily-delete-after-date templates like {{No license}} be on the same page as a legitimately- and recently-applied {{OTRS pending}}? I was under the understanding that the mere presence of an properly-used OTRS pending template that hadn't been processed yet (or which was "on hold") meant that the page should generally not be deleted for any issue that the OTRS permission, once received, will likely resolve. I realize that the contents of the ticket are confidential, but simply deleting an image by citing the ticket certainly counts as the opposite of transparent. At the very least, would it have been possible to open a deletion request instead?
