@Boyikarlpeter: Deletion of these images has nothing to do with copyright. As explained on your Talk page subject hasq been judged not notable enough to get her page on English Wikipedia so images of her are "COM:CSD#F10, Personal photos of or by non-contributors." here. Hello Patrick sir,

Mr. Excellent is an American professional wrestler on the independent circuit that is very well known by alot of his fans and colleagues. There are television tapings on that are shown on youtube. He has some stats on Cagematch.net and other pertinent information. He has wrestled up and down the east and all of the world. He is also a mathematics professor at Virginia State University and is Dr. Daniel C. Fritz, Ed.D. He is revered by many of his students, fans, collegeaues and an excellent role model within the community.

The one picture was taken by Carolina Photography in Winston Salem, NC. I am not sure if they are still in business, I have been trying to get in touch with the owner and business and had no luck as of just yet.

There are currently three photos on the source and the first two photos are properly licenced and can be added to Wikimedia Commons.

I am not an expert but I would like to hear from you if anything else is wrong and if something more is needed to prove this.

La foto che hai segnalato come violatrice di copyright è una foto fatta a Soru per la sua campagna elettorale alle europee del 2014. È una foto di proprietà di Renato Soru e sono stato autorizzato da lui in persona ad usarlo (sono un suo collaboratore personale e sono stato suo assistente parlamentare durante il mandato da Eurodeputato). Ti chiedo come fare per far accettare questa foto, più attuale rispetto alla precedente (in cui non si vede manco in faccia). Recibe un cordial saludo, el presente es para solicitarte que reconsideres mi caso, ya envié el correo con los respectivos permisos de los propietarios de las fotos, tuve errores para enviarlos pero lo logre, de verdad espero que me disculpes mi falta de conocimiento con respecto a las licencias y los derechos de autor y por haber subido en reiteradas ocasiones las fotos, me costo mucho entender las instrucciones de Commons tu dirás que son sencillas pero para mi son complejas porque no soy experta en manejar las computadoras y mucho menos los software ni aplicaciones, pero me gusta escribir, por otra parte no pude enviar los documentos exigidos en el plazo que me indicaron, también pido disculpas por eso, de ahora en adelante estaré muy pendientes de las alertas y los mensajes en mi correo, mi proyecto esta casi listo en el área de taller lo único que le falta son las imágenes que borraron, te reitero mi solicitud que revices mi caso te lo agradecería mucho, me gustaría publicar mi primer articulo como colaboradora de Wikipedia. Bon soir/good evening Patrick, today I had contact with the Regionaal Archief in Tilburg (RAT) and got permission to use the Weijters-photo in an wiki-article. The foto was send to me by email and I added this information uploading their photo (the second upload in wiki commons). The author is unknown to RAT. NB: The photo could not/cannot be found on their own website, unfortunately, but earlier they had given permission to others to use this photo on the internet, see: cubra.nl, were I found it yesterday. I should not have copied it from the web, as i did, indeed. But the current photo does have permission to be used on wikipedia!

Why this deletion exactly? It is a just a television screen which could in theory be watched worldwide, you did not allow a proper discussion, that is not OK and unfair. Are television screen images copyrighted? I don't think so. You should explain first, on Commons we don't support dictatorships. This clearly is abuse of power. Comme je suis novice, j'espère que ce message vous parviendra. J'ai reçu de votre part un message, disant que les +/-250 fichiers que j'ai téléchargés et (péniblement) commentés aujourd'hui risquaient d'être deletés faute de droits d'auteurs

J'affirme cependant que je suis héritier de tous les droits liés à l'oeuvre de M. E.Gaston Callens depuis le décès de ma mère en 2017. Une très grande partie de la collection se trouve physiquement en ma possession. Je désire partager l'oeuvre du peintre au plus grand nombre et désire dès lors y développer une page wikipédia.

Je vous remercie dès lors de ne pas deleter les fichiers en question pour que je puisse les intégrer dans la page sur M. Callens. Votre aide m'y sera précieuse.

There had been a mistake on our side: Not Norbert Kreuzinger is the author of this photo, but Christoph Lipinsky. I was able to contact Christoph now. He promised to send his release of photo rights during the next days to permissions-de@wikimedia.org. What I do not know: Do I have to upload the deleted picture anew, would it be restored automatically or do I have to put an undeletion request? This is not entirely correct. Facebook terms provide Facebook with some non-exclusive license. It is possible for a photographer to post an image on Facebook and upload it here with a free license.

This includes pictures. I would appreciate it if you would remove the missing evidence disclaimer on the image as I have provided the proper evidence. The warning you posted—that's awfully coincidental timing to my plea against you. There is no copyright violation on my part. I have published photos licensed to the Public Domain. Any problems you have with the explicitly stated license is your problem not mine. Also, I have asked you to stop posting on my talk page. Why is that so?

Stop bothering me time and time again. For the record, you have
1) Commented on my talk page after I repeatedly told you not to.
2) Keep stalking all of my uploads on Wikimedia Commons, and seem to be "trigger happy" to delete all of them and refuse to discuss the reasoning behind you questioning the copyright status.
3) Accused me of copyright violations, for a file that hasn't been proven to be a copyright violation and for publishing files that have a public domain license, but you keep saying is unreliable.

Also, ignoring my posts won't help either. I'm trying to understand your reasoning.

You have to modify the File description page and add a link to the video at Source. Nevertheless it's very unlikely that this video is free since it's copyrighted by Netflix. The artist is Jo Nin ( https://www.jonin.de ), a painter of contemporary art and lives and works at Lake Constance in Germany. He has exhibitions in Germany, Austria and Hungary and taught at a private school in Switzerland. Since he has no affinity to Wikimedia/-pedia as an artist and I am a sponsor and supporter of him and his art activities, I take care of his publications and am authorized to place his works on Wikimedia in his name. At the moment two catalogues raisonnées are still waiting for registration in the German National Library, afterwards there will be an entry in Wikipedia, which will refer to these images.

Regarding his notability a quick Google gives almost no hit. Nevertheless his notability won't be judged here but in one of our sister project (Wikipedia, Wikidata) you aim to create a page so I invite you to create it right away. How to merge two categories?

Hi! All recent uploads to this category are freely licensed and already published in the Mediathek of the Institut für Kunst- und Bildgeschichte, Humboldt University Berlin. We're sorry for the lack of source documentation... These uploads were made as part of a "Digitales Medienpraktikum" course covering digitisation, Wikipedia, Commons, and Wikidata for 1st year undergrads at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam in collaboration with Wikimedia Deutschland. It's the first run of this course and we realise we have some improvements to make in the way we teach upload to Commons. Ideally we would like to ask the students to edit the templates themselves, adding the urls to the source files. This, however, will take a little time (we have 3 separate groups of students passing through the course). If this would be sufficient to clarify permissions might you be able to give us until the end of January to complete it? And perhaps also remove the deletion request in the meantime? Hi Lucy. I've noticed that these files were uploaded by different users so I suspected a group workshop. Nevertheless it's not a source problem but a permission one. Humboldt University has to explain via COM:OTRS/de how they acquire rights on Feist's works or, if this archive is just a depository, Feist's heirs have to send a permission the same way.
