Hallo, ich lasse mir jede Nacht von einem Bot alle Bilder einbinden, die neu in die Category:Province of South Tyrol hochgeladen wurden. Nun ist die Kategorienstruktur auf Commons etwas verwinkelt, unlogisch und inkosistent, jedenfalls kriege ich da regelmäßg Bilder aus Wien reingespült (ich lösch die meistens dann am nächsten Tag). Dieses Bild etwa steckt über Pallas Athena statue, Vienna -> Laaser Marmor -> Laas in der Südtiroler Kategorie drin, dieses Bild dagegen über Emperor Franz Joseph I monument (Burggarten) -> Statues of Franz Joseph I of Austria -> Sculptures of Franz Joseph I of Austria -> Monuments and memorials to Franz Joseph I of Austria -> Franz Joseph I of Austria -> Counts of Tyrol -> County of Tyrol -> History of South Tyrol. Nach ein bisschen Suchen, weiß ich jetzt auch, wo's bei deinem Bild gehakt hat: Praterbrücke -> Leopoldstadt -> Leopold I, Holy Roman Emperor -> Counts of Tyrol -> County of Tyrol -> History of South Tyrol. Ich könnte den Bot-Betreiber natürlich bitten, bestimmte Unterkategorien auszusortieren, aber das ist wohl den Aufwand gar nicht wert: Ich seh ja auf den ersten Blick, was für meine Interessen verwendbar ist. ^^ --Mai-Sachme (talk) 06:37, 5 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Mai-Sachme! Those photos can in fact be found on dati.camera.it. E.g.: File:Stefano Quintarelli daticamera.jpg can be found here. Also, the photos were uploaded by Sannita at the Hackathon Code4Italy@Montecitorio 2014 and the staff was informed of what he was doing. Hi there, I've spoken to the people in charge at the Hackathon, and they made no distinction between those subdomains. On the contrary, they were more than pleased by the fact that their pictures were finding a usage.
Anyway, I can ask them to send a proper mail to OTRS, but I'm already dead sure that the fact that the images are situated on a particular subdomain is not blocking us from reusing them, at least from what they told us. --Sannita - not just another it.wiki sysop 18:02, 23 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I've contacted the head of the department, on Monday she will send a mail to confirm that.
I know, right? It seems completely impossible, but they did it. :) I was there at the hackathon since the very beginning, I was just totally amazed by the great work they did with Chamber's and Senate's data, and every techie that attended confirmed my impression. Too bad data are under CC-BY and we can't upload them on Wikidata... Anyway, if you need any help for your article, feel free to ask. :)

Entfernung von Kamerakoordinaten[edit]

Hallo Mai-Sachme, gibt es einen bestimmten Grund, wieso du von mehreren Fotos kommentarlos Kamerakoordinaten entfernt hast? darkweasel94 09:24, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Fallweise unterschiedlich: Entweder die Kamerakoordinaten waren a) einfach falsch oder b) in unnötigem Widerspruch zu den Objektkoordinaten (braucht es im Innenraum einer Kirche zwei diverse Koordinatenangaben?) oder c) identisch mit den Objektkoordinaten. Der Krdbot fügt bei jedem Südtiroler Baudenkmal automatisiert die Objektkoordinaten hinzu, ich habe das jetzt mal als Anlass genommen, um eventuelle Widersprüche/Fehler/Dopplungen zu bereinigen. Category:Former Vierschach train station[edit]

Zuallererst einmal Danke dass du Bahnhöfe entsprechend dem englischen train station-Schema kategorisierst, dass ist im deutschsprachigen Raum leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Ich hatte die Kategorie Vierschach train station warum auch immer auf meiner Watchlist, und wollte dir nur sagen, dass meiner Meinung nach der derzeitige Status grundsätzlich im Namen nicht reflektiert werden muss; in diesem Fall besonders da die meisten Fotos (1 von 1) ja einen damals gegenwärtigen Bahnhof zeigen. Kuperion[edit]

Kuperion hat in Italien produziert und ist dort auch fotografiert worden. Nach italienischem Recht sind die Fotos seiner Werek nach zwanzig Jahren gemeinfrei.

"Secondo la legge 22 aprile 1941 n. 633 sulla Protezione del diritto d'autore e di altri diritti connessi al suo esercizio, modificata dalla legge 22 maggio 2004 n. 128, le fotografie prive di carattere creativo e le riproduzioni di opere dell'arte figurativa divengono di pubblico dominio a partire dall'inizio dell'anno solare seguente al compimento del ventesimo anno dalla data di produzione (articolo 92). In accordo al testo di legge, tali fotografie sono: «immagini di persone o di aspetti, elementi o fatti della vita naturale e sociale, ottenute col processo fotografico o con processo analogo, comprese le riproduzioni di opere dell'arte figurativa e i fotogrammi delle pellicole cinematografiche. Non sono comprese le fotografie di scritti, documenti, carte di affari, oggetti materiali, disegni tecnici e prodotti simili» (articolo 87)."

Bin leider kein regelmäßiger Uploader. Ich habe probiert das neue Bild welches ich fälschlicherweise hier hochgeladen habe (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Hintner-Hof_Verdings_Klausen.jpg) neu hochzuladen. Ich bekomme die Meldung "There is another file already on the site with the same content." Brixen, Kirche der CJ[edit]

Nikolaus von Kues und Brixen[edit]

Hallo,

zuerst einmal danke für deine Sorge um Fotos aus/über Tirol. Du hast meinem Foto Zweisprachiges Trafikschild in Brixen, 2.jpeg die Kategorie |Kategorie Brixen gegeben, aber die Kategorie:Nikolaus von Kues entfernt.

Ich war mir bei dieser Kategorie nicht ganz sicher, inwieweit der Inhaber der Trafik Cusanus sich tatsächlich mit Cusanus = Nikolaus von Kues verbunden fühlt. Darüber kann man natürlich streiten. Immerhin war NvK ja im 15 Jahrhundert Kardinal von Brixen, auch wenn es da aufgrund des Todes von Eugenius dem 4. gewisse Zweifel gibt. Man kann das natürlich als Trivialzusammenhang sehen. Immerhin gibt es in Brixen derzeit eine Cusanus-Akademie, die dem Trafik-Inhaber vielleicht den Anstoß zur Namensgebung gegeben hat.

@Renardo la vulpo: Selbstverständlich ist da Nikolaus von Kues gemeint! Alles mein Fehler, hatte die seitliche Aufschrift Cusanus auf dem Schild einfach nicht gesehen und leider voreilig angenommen, dass da bei den Kategorien irgendein copy&paste-Fehler vorliegt. Heldenfriedhof in Bruneck[edit]

Servus, Mai-Sachme,

vielleicht kannst (und willst) du mir zu einem Südtiroler Thema Auskunft geben – du bist anscheinend bei Südtiroler Themen sehr engagiert (wie schon vor Jahrtausenden über Ägypten). Anfang 2013 hast du die Kategorie:Heldenfriedhof in Bruneck angelegt, die derzeit 16 Bilder enthält. Es gibt auch eine Kategorie:Cimitero austro-ungarico (Brunico), die nur zwei Bilder enthält; die sind beide in dem gleichnamigen italienischen Artikel eingebunden.

Mir ist nicht ganz klar, ob es da einen oder zwei Soldatenfriedhöfe gibt. Als ich von der Reischacher Straße hinaufgestiegen bin, habe ich nur einen gefunden, aber auf Google-Maps sind tatsächlich zwei Friedhöfe eingezeichnet:

  1. 46°47′36″N 11°56′18″E / 46.79341°N 11.93825°E / 46.79341; 11.93825, bei OpenStreetMap als „Soldatenfriedhof Bruneck, cimitero militare austro-ungarico di Brunico“, bei Google als „Cimitero di guerra, Kriegerfriedhof“ bezeichnet, (da war ich) und
  2. weiter oben 46°47′32″N 11°56′14″E / 46.79223°N 11.93734°E / 46.79223; 11.93734, bei OSM nicht eingezeichnet, bei Google als „Soldatenfriedhof“ bezeichnet.

Die beiden Orte sind also etwa 150 Meter und wahrscheinlich auch etliche Höhenmeter voneinander entfernt, aber der Friedhof, den ich besucht habe, ist auch nicht gerade klein. Ich habe einige Koordinaten von Bildern in Heldenfriedhof in Bruneck überprüft, und sie sind alle vom ersten Standort. Mir ist nun nicht ganz klar, ob es

  • zwei Soldatenfriedhöfe in 150 Meter Abstand,
  • einen Friedhof mit zwei Abteilungen oder
  • nur einen Friedhof mit zwei Namen gibt.

Weißt du da Näheres? Sollte man vielleicht Koordinaten (als {{Object location}}) in die Friedhofskategorien einfügen?

Grüß dich, helfe gerne. Ich kann leider nicht deine Angaben unter Punkt 2 nachvollziehen, wenn ich mir die Koordinate auf Google Maps anschaue, dann sehe ich einen Friedhof nur etwas nördlich (wie auch bei OSM). Die Namen brauchen dich nicht zu verwirren, das ist ganz sicher immer derselbe Friedhof. Ich hab die zwei Kategorien zusammengeführt und, nach deinem Vorschlag, auch in der Kategorie die Koordinaten ergänzt. Important message for file movers[edit]

A community discussion has been closed where the consensus was to grant all file movers the suppressredirect user right. This will allow file movers to not leave behind a redirect when moving files and instead automatically have the original file name deleted. Policy never requires you to suppress the redirect, suppression of redirects is entirely optional.

Possible acceptable uses of this ability:

  • To move recently uploaded files with an obvious error in the file name where that error would not be a reasonable redirect. For example: moving "Sheep in a tree.jpg" to "Squirrel in a tree.jpg" when the image does in fact depict a squirrel.
  • To perform file name swaps.
  • When the original file name contains vandalism. (File renaming criterion #5)

Please note, this ability should be used only in certain circumstances and only if you are absolutely sure that it is not going to break the display of the file on any project. Redirects should never be suppressed if the file is in use on any project. When in doubt, leave a redirect. If you forget to suppress the redirect in case of file name vandalism or you are not fully certain if the original file name is actually vandalism, leave a redirect and tag the redirect for speedy deletion per G2.

The malicious or reckless breaking of file links via the suppressredirect user right is considered an abuse of the file mover right and is grounds for immediate revocation of that right. es ist nicht so toll, „Preussisches Herrenhaus“ auf „Bundesrat building“ zu verschieben. Das Gebäude, in dem der Bundesrat tagt, trägt weiterhin den Namen „Preussisches Herrenhaus“, „Bundesrat building“ würde die Funktion beschreiben. Analog: Der Bundestag tagt auch weiterhin im Reichstag(sgebäude) und nicht im Bundestag. Ich würde die Kategorie also wieder zurückschieben. Wikidata-Objekte für Südtiroler Denkmäler[edit]

Hallo Mai-Sachme,

um nicht für jeden neu angelegten Südtiroler Kirchenartikel wie

ein komplett neues Wikidata-Objekt mit zum Teil gleichbleibenden Informationen erstellen zu müssen wurden (analog zu verschiedenen deutschen Bundesländern) "Wikidata-Objekt-Stubs" mit diesen gleichbleibenden Informationen ("ist ein", Staat, Schutzkategorie) aus den Commonscats angelegt, inkl. Denkmal-ID, Commonscat und sofern darin mittels Vorlage angegeben die Koordinaten, sodass nur mehr variable Informationen (Bild, liegt in der Verwaltungseinheit, Koordinaten) ergänzt oder korrigiert werden müssen.

Aktualisierungen sind über den Link "Liste manuell aktualisieren" rechts oben möglich.

Massenupdates für Korrekturen oder Ergänzungen, etwa für Religionszugehörigkeit oder Diözese, sind für eine größere Anzahl von Objekten mittels QuickStatements und/oder PetScan möglich. Die Hauptfrage dabei ist, welche Änderung an welchen Objekten (nach welchem Auswahlkriterium) angewendet werden soll.

Hi, I'd like to ask you for an advice, if it's not too much trouble: monumentbrowser has this element comprising the parish church of Lengstein, the cemetery and the cemetery chapel. Problem is, there are two cemetery chapels: one just outside (Category:Cemetery chapel in Lengstein), and the other one inside (you can see it here); I have photos for both to upload, and they both should have their own category, but how do we call them? Also I'll try to remember for the future to include the template:Denkmalgeschütztes Objekt Südtirol when I upload photos (you are not doing this manually, are you?) Hmmm, I'd suggest Category:Cemetery chapel in Lengstein (outside the wall) and Category:Cemetery chapel in Lengstein (inside the wall)?
I'd be really happy, if you started to include the template. This has the nice side effect, that your files get geolocations, see [2] and [3].

That would be great! See User:Mai-Sachme/Files: that is an auto-generated list of all files somewhere in the category tree Category:Cultural heritage monuments in South Tyrol currently without the template. Since you started uploading pictures of South Tyrolean heritage monuments relativly recently, you can scroll all the way to the bottom. Pictures of inaccessible ruined castles[edit]

Hi! That's a kind of request I'll gladly take on :)
The first one should not be a problem, had I known it existed I would have done it already, probably. The second one seems quite remote but I'll try; it looks like I could reach it with the drone, but ever since I lost it once I've become fearful when sending it off cliffs or too far away (even with Stein am Ritten I didn't go as far as I would have liked, which I regret). Hello! So yesterday I tried to catch the first one: sadly I went there when the sun had already moved beside the cliff, lighting was horrible and I couldn't see anything while I was flying the drone, so I took lots of random photos... and here it is! There is still a piece of a wall close to the rock, and in the first image you can also see (I think) the foundations. I will try again with better light, maybe in winter.

Haha, awesome! Yes, now I remember the difficult light situation. I had attempted to reach the "castle" (the word seems like an exaggeration) several years ago in January or February, because I figuered the less vegetation the better for the ascent. Sunlight is scarce there, sun hits these rocks only in the early morning during winter. Keep that in mind, if you decide to return. Not sure, if it's worth your time, though, this wall is probably the only piece you will get a clear shot of.

Ok thanks! Yes, I had figured that, but in the end I decided to go first somewhere else (Perdonig and Gaid) to optimize the road and so I lost the light. Castle Afing[edit]

Hello! At long last, we have it :) Luckily I had a friend with me, because to get under the castle there is a 500 metres, S-shaped road tunnel which is pitch black (it was quite creepy, had I been alone I probably would have turned back ^^' ).
Anyway, I'm not really happy with these photos. The first one is from north, but I was against the sun. The second one is taken from south (after passing the tunnel which goes under the castle), and it was a better spot... but the controller's battery started to give out for the cold, and I had to land before being able to get close to the ruins :( Maybe I'll try again, but for now we have something.
