QI nominations from Category:Photographs by Genusfotografen

Fotona av Genusfotografen

Hejsan, det blev lite strul med de bilder tagna av kontot markerat som "Genusfotografen" när bilderna nominerades för Quality Images. Det var helt enklet inte klarlagt ifall detta konto tillhör en användare eller om det var ett konto ni använde för ett antal fotografer unter projektet. För att en bild ska kunna nomineras till QI så måste den vara av en enda Commonsanvändare med ett konto. De flesta av bildrna åkte helt enkelt ur systemet, men en ligger kvar och väntar på svar. OTRS används ju mest när man ladder upp bilder tagna av icke-commons fotografer. Trasslet här är ju att bilderna inte laddats upp här av Genusfotografen själv utan av andra som du och Peter Isotalo. Det som gör det hela ännu luddigare är ju att ni under "author" bara skrivit "Genusfotografen (Tommas Gunnarsson) / Wikimedia" när ni istället borde skrivit Genusfotografen. Börja med att ändra detta i "Summary" och be Tommas att han i alla fall skapar sin användarsida här så att folk ser att han verkligen existerar på Commons. Som det ser ut nu så har den här personen inga som helst "Contributions" på sitt konto. Jag tror det är där den största stötestenen är. Massor med uppladdade bilder men inga "contribs", det ser mysko ut. Han är just nu ett spöke här. Några enkla knapptryckningar kan han väl kosta på sig för att skydda sina bilder och rättigheter här, samt få chansen att få sina bilder uppgraderade till QI eller kanske FP. w.carter-Talk 16:15, 5 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Interista1908: You uploaded images which you found online. Such images are copyrighted. You can only upload image which you yourelf own the copyright for (e.g. by photographing the photo irl youself) or images which the copyright woner has licensed it under a free license. Dear Josve50a,

The first picture you wish to delete is not my own work, but I have asked for consent from the owner, which not only sent me the above pciture, but also sent wiki a mail approving the picture! It is the third time you are deleting this specific picture but I have took all the measures, including consent from the owner, to use it here. Please consider this before deleting it or specify further measures I should take in order for me to use it. The second picture is my own creation, it pictures my own face and I do give consent to use it myself for this purpose. Thank you!

@Chocomoto: Images on Wikimeida Commons needs to be freely licensed by their copyright owner. If the owner has agreed to release an image under such a license, they should send an emial to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org and confirm such a release. If they have only agreed for you to "use it on Wikipedia/here", then it is not permissible per our licensing policy. If they have sent in permission to the email (called "OTRS system"), and if it is accepted/verified, then the image will be undeleted. Please read COM:OTRS.
