In the nomination text of individual deletion requests

Localization

To add your language to the list of languages supported by this template, please edit the template and add a row to the "{{LangSwitch|}}" construct. It takes the form "|xx= Your translation " (xx being the code of your language)

Message box template, to tell users whose files have been nominated for deletion that they should contact OTRS if they are the copyright holders of those files. Intended to be used in requests for deletion. Will appear hidden on File: pages.
