Description
Eesti: Korrosioonil on palju erinevaid vorme. Mõnikord võivad tekkida lausa kaunid õie taolised moodustised, mis on ilusad vaatamiseks kuid argielus tähendavad vaid ühte — materjali surma. Pilt on tehtud Tartu Ülikooli Füüsika Instituudis skaneeriva elektronmikroskoobi (FEI) Helios Nanolab 600 abil.
English: Corrosion has many different forms. Sometimes, such beautifully-shaped floral arrangements are beautiful to look at, but in everyday life mean only one thing — the death of the material. This image was made using the Helios Nanolab 600 scanning electron microscope (FEI) by the Institute of Physics at the University of Tartu.
