Copyvio conversions to DR Wilhelminapier

though there was some color correction, the two Wilhelminapier pictures are obvious copyright violations in that it is a computer graphic of what the Wilhelminapier will look like in a few years. I was not able to find any evidence that the files from FilmiTadka are available under a free license. You provided links to the source of all the files, but when accessing them, I found the following information: © 2011 FilmiTadka.in | Digital Marketing by RedPencil. All rights reserved.. The Terms and Conditions section says:

There is no copyright / license information on the pages where the individual files are kept.

Angamaly church Glass Paintings

For paintings, we either need permissions from the copyright owner of the paintings or the painting itself should be in public domain due to age. Sorry, I couldn't resist sharing my thoughts (I saw this file on flickr review board, and it was autoremoved by your review) - you might see what I don't (and I admittedly don't have time today to research this in detail). The flickr uploader uses Nikon D3 for all his images; this one it taken with Canon EOS-1D Mark II - an expensive camera from a rival company. There is no full EXIF data because the original was removed from flickr, and only date+camera entries remain. I don't see other (non-echo) copies of this image on Google, but other Commons users often find images which are missed in my Google search. Regards. Duplicates

Hi, I noticed that you processed the "duplicate" tag on File:Logo République Française.png as a duplicate of File:Logo de la République française.svg, are you sure it was derived from that SVG. There are three different definitions of that logo, two colour ones for different printing processes and a monochrome one. I am also currently trying to work out the copyright status of the EPS's that the SVGs were probably generated from. I suspect that the PNGs were obtained directly from a French government law type publication and are fine, but it is not clear to me whether that makes the EPSs (and hence SVGs) PD as well. I see the {{Duplicate}} being applied to many files including redirects as a back door method to get a speedy delete, and of course with busy people they often gets processed. If a PNG has clearly been created from our SVG then I think it is reasonable to delete the PNG as the wiki software can generate PNG type thumbnails on the fly. But some recent {{Duplicate}} nominations have been confused by the PNG being overwritten by a version generated from a similar SVG - the newly uploaded PNG revision should certainly be deleted, but probably not the previous PNG version. Sorry I did not look here earlier: The image in question is a reproduction of a cave painting from the stone age. László Almásy (who died in 1951) reproduced the old painting in his book Levegőben, homokon in 1937. This book got translated into German first in 1939 and again in 1997. The uploader took the image from the latter book. But we have to consider if it is public domain because the reproduction as such does not warrant a copyright. The problem is, that Almásy painted a copy of the cave painting. If it were a photograph, we could apply PD-art, but we never talked about reproductions by painting so far. What do you think? There I managed by counting the number of open and closed curly braces and if that does not match, calling regex again from that point for the next curly brace. I repeated it until the match equaled. Sorry, but that's somewhat questionable. Until this IP found/reported[3] the image to be a Flickr-vio, it had never been Flickr-reviewed because it had never been Flickr-sourced. Only thereafter, nearly 5 years after upload, Ezrate added[4] a Flickr-review for the first time. As the IP reported the image to be (C)ARR before and after Ezrate had added the review, his positive review is at least somewhat questionable. The uploader is the author of the books. While he certainly does not have copyright of the image, he can get the publisher release the rights since they must be in good contact. I am so sorry of using .png instead of .svg, but I have a problem with .svg:
as you can see, File:GChD logo.svg is not same as File:GChD logo.png - in .svg, there is not drawn full name of our school. If you can manage to have full name of "Gymnázium Christiana Dopplera Praha" here, I will use the vector graphic instead of raster.

Wrong deletion!

About your deletion of http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Alpinfo2010.png, it's not true that is a copyright violation: it was a total redraw of original (first vectorized and after re-rasterized), and also have graphical differences with the original image.

About your deletion of http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Profilo_geotermico_Torino-Lione.png, perhaps it's a mistake because it's totally wrong the reference at web page http://www.bav.admin.ch/verlagerung/01529/index.html?lang=it: this website does not contain at all similar images AFIK.

A copy of File:Alpinfo2010.png is found in this PDF file. Its true that you have redrawn it since the colors are different, but not to a point to claim separate copyright. It still is a derivative work. If you still oppose to my deletion, please file a request at Commons:Requests for undeletion

The deletion reason was filled in by User:Someguy1221 but that's a valid concern. This is a portrait of a women stating that she is a prostitute and it directly violates Commons:Personality rights.
