There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful informations about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

If you really pretend to be the author of these images from the Boyana church, as the chosen template PD-Self declares, then you must be able to clearly indicate what's on the picture. I started sorting out your recent uploads. I saw insolences like this one (айде и егн - то ли иската да си обявя), but decided to assume good faith. Your PD-self uploads are actually under incorrect license, yet permissible as PD-art. But when I caught you in the act and detected the website from where you've taken a file, declared as selfmade, I cannot but block you in response of your outright arrogance. I discovered that you practice image resizing to enlarge the image dimensions and thus hide your tracks. Your "contributions" cost me several hours of copyvio case investigations. Започнах да разчиствам скорошните ви качвания. Видях нахалства като това (айде и егн - то ли иската да си обявя), но все пак реших да допусна презумпцията за добронамереност. Вашите качвания под лиценз PD-self фактически са некоректни, но файловете могат да останат като PD-art. Но когато успях да прихвана и външния сайт, откъдето сте взимал наготово файловете, обявени като собствена работа, не мога да не ви блокирам в отговор на тази откровена арогантност. Отрих и че практикувате да променяте (увеличавате) размерите на снимките, за да си прикриете следите. Вашите "приноси" ми загубиха няколко часа в проучвания на нарушения на авторските права. По отношение на User:Мико - пламенна подкрепа[edit]

Уважаеми Mpb eu, разгледах сблъсъците Ви с онзи определен потребител и реших непременно да изразя своята поддръжка за Вашите старания в отстояването на българския облик на Уикипедия на български език от неговите набези. Срещам радушно разкритието за мегалогръцкия характер на изявите му поради многобройни основания, дадени ми от взаимодействието ми с него, сред които следните: 1) демонстрира открита неприязън към кирилицата в бълг. У и тук, открито раздухва редакторски войни, когато аз се стараех да придам по-обоснован и академичен вид на статиите (напр. ) 2) открито иска да пробута гръцкото име на Асеновград в самото заглавие на статията (bg:Беседа:Асеновград), точно до българското, вече го направи с турското име на Кърджали и гръцкото на Созопол (не че аз съм против етимологията, но поне 5 пъти предложих да се разположи в раздел история.) 3) Когато си позволи същия вандализъм с Мелник, любима негова практика е да връща на едро, като забележете как трие уместно поставен определителен член, добавен от мен съобразно изискванията на бълг. граматика.
Двама негови поклонници-администратори, един от които е толкова компетентен в синтаксиса на подчинени изречения, колкото аз по ненецки език(т. е. изобщо), непрекъснато ми натякват колко уважаван бил за проекта, при положение, че както сам си е написал на подстраницата, слага във всякo гърне мерудия и при положение, че е бил блокиран веднъж и по признание на администратор според критериите на англ. У е трябвало да го отнесе и втори път. Вторият му поклонник, който има няма да коментирам доколко основателното реноме на уж сговорчив и неутрален(действително основателно до 6 юли), веднага прибягва до каруцарски стил на беседата ми, за който по bg:У:НЛН също е трябвало да понесе блокиране, но нали е администратор, Quod licet Iovi... Когато обяснявам на М. как се транскрибира от японски на български, пак си въобразява, че е достатъчно компетентен и смело трие основополагащо правило по неведома за него област. Освен това въпросният апологет на панелинизма трие безогледно чужди коментари, което е най-висша проба на най-безочлив вандализъм, но когато го предложих за блокиране (препратка по-долу), пак двамата му поклонници започнаха като коприщенски свахи да резоньорстват как трябвало да бъде блокиран вносителят, поради което окончателно счетох занапред присъствието и приносите си в проект с администратори, допринасящи открито за тенденциозна и податлива на култове към личността обстановка за недопустимо. Надявам се да съм Ви бил полезен да добиете представа за гибелната и неизразимо опасна угроза, която е надвиснала над българската Уикипедия в лицето на определени потребители и изразявам своята искрена, безрезервна и всеотдайна подкрепа във Вашата борба с филистерщината, всезнайщината (т. е. това, което на немски се нарича Besserwisserei, ясно е за кого става дума) и мегалогръцката и пантюркистка пропаганда и се надявам, когато отшумят тези тенденциозни администрирания, бълг. Уикипедия да се превърне наистина в това, което трябва да представлява - една академично обоснована, но и стриктна, т. е. неправеща никаква разлика по уважаваност на потреибителите, т. е. без тъпото комсомолско primus inter pares общност, в която правилата се прилагат към всички, а не се освобождават своеволно и произволно разни "избрани" от тях, при това по два пъти. Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Гледам поредната порция файлове, качени от Вас на 27 май, с претенция да са Ваше собствено дело. Не виждам как е възможно, предвид, че за да имате подобни претенции, трябва да сте бил оригиналния фотограф, направил снимките през втората половина на 19 век. А да сте доживял и до първата половина на 21-ви, за да ги качите... трудна работа, сякаш, а? Внесените манипулации в образа посредством Adobe Photoshop CS, естествено не ги броим, те не пораждат основания за претенцията за оригинално авторство.

Само в един случай открих оригиналния източник и качих снимката от там, в оригиналния й вид (File:Stoyko-Grashkin.jpg), изтривайки вашите манипулации (File:Pop Stoio Grashkin.jpg). И наистина недоумявам защо дори и за творби, които очевидно вече са в сферата на общественото ползване поради изтекла давност (70 години след смъртта на автора), и които могат легитимно да се ползват в Уикипедия, разбира се указвайки източника, Вие продължавате да ги манипулирате до неузнаваемост и да ги представяте за свои и така да отваряте на други хора работа да търсят и да доказват истината. Това е наистина безобразие и вандализъм, и не смятам повече да толерирам това поведение, а моята търпеливост определено е над средната за администраторите на Общомедия. След множеството забележки, които са Ви правени и множеството дадени възможности да прочетете помощните страници. I realize that Commons abounds with all sorts of loony nationalist propaganda, but you should at least be careful: when you label a church erected in 1955 as an "old Bulgarian church", you make yourself and your propaganda effort simply look ridiculous. Относно File:Nikulitza_-_Ongal.jpg това е абсолютно моя авторска разработка във връзка с някои наши проекти за Онгъла! Създадена е на 31.10.2010 г. и бе качена в още тогава! Изходните данни съм ги получил лично от зам.кмета по културата на кметсто Никулицел! И той лично ни заведе да заснемем землените укрепления! Чертежът ми преди години беше в Уки и видях, че някой си бе позволил да го изтрие! По добре се поинтересувай откъде е попаднало там ако не от мен и може ли някой друг да покаже изходният кадастрален чертеж със станциите на мобилната мрежа? Може ама друг път! Това не е кражба защото чертежът ми съм го пуснал за свободна употреба от всички, но е пълно безобразие, друг да си приписва авторство, я да го докаже със снимки на място и подложки по които го е правил и откъде ги има, ама няма как!

Не ме интересува кой точно от тези хора сте вие, толкова дълбоко в личния живот на потребителите не навлизам. Ако сте някой от тези хора, последвайте процедурата COM:OTRS и изпратете разрешението си за свободно ползване през имейл, асоцииран публично с автора на творбата. Това, което знам, е, че копие на снимката се намира в този форум, качено преди година от някой си monte christo и публично достъпно друго копие няма. Ако на Вас сляпата злоба не Ви пречи, ще видите, че на 13 декември 2010 съм ви редактирала 1. описанието (махнато разширение .jpg в текста), 2. категорията (добавена категория и махнат шаблона за липсваща категория) и 3. датата на файла (било е 24.10.2010, променила съм на стандартното означение за дати тук 2010-10-24). Тоест през 2010 година не съм оспорвала, че файлът е ваш, а дори съм подобрила описанието му и съм го категоризирала. Нещо от тази моя редакция Вие да си спомняте? За благодарност не говорим, но поне за спомен? Явно не, щом се държите по този начин. Не се чудете значи, ако и аз не я помня и нямам как да направя връзка между два файла, действията по които са се случвали в разстояние от три години!

И, не, няма да получите никакво извинение, защото поведението Ви е арогантно, защото продължавате да не можете, дори и с този файл от 2010 година да докажете авторството си, и защото продължавате да се ослушвате по въпроса за другите си нарушения (например това с колажа на 4 чужди снимки от сръбския сайт, които сте представил за свои.). →Spiritia 19:45, 19 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Нищо няма да ви доказвам уважаеми/уважаема. Аз дa не работа в Общомедия, че да следя какво става с хиляда собствени мои постове. Твърдя, че не само в цяла България, но и в Румъния, изключая общината на Никулицел, армията им и телекомуникационната им компания, никой освен мен няма точно тази основа върху които е създаден плана на аула на Хан Аспарух, но завиждам на хъса който се е развихрил, е аз си имам и друга работа. На тази база, както и на рецидивите от миналото ви блокирам безсрочно сметката.
