Sou detentora dos direitos autorais das três imagens (ARCON SOC - Rio de Janeiro.jpg, ARCON SOC - São Paulo.jpg e Logo ARCON 250.jpg), inclusive, enviei um email para permissions-commons-pt@wikimedia.org explicitando os meus direitos de uso sobre as imagens. Contudo, acredito que não estou escolhendo as licenças certas para utilização das mesmas aqui na Wikimedia Commons. Ficarei muitíssimo grata se puder me auxiliar. These are only supposed to be ran a full week after the category's date, eight days after the listed date. For instance, your deletions from the 17th's category should have been done after the calendar turned to the 25th, not today. These uploaders were accordingly only given five days to get permission to OTRS, not the week the rules; if you'll notice, Category:Media missing permission has a counter for which days category should be considered for deletion, and deletions for the current listing, the 15th, were processed this morning. Your deletion summary says that it was a copyright violation as a screenshot, but that is not true; the summary description was incorrect. As was outlined on the talk page by three editors, the image was of the film set; you can see the model statue, the film crew, and elements of the soundstage. It is not a screenshot of the music video (you can compare the image with the actual music video here. I don't believe that an image of the film set constitutes a copyright violation of the music video. With that in mind, would it be possible for you to undelete/restore the image? I hope to hear your thoughts on this. The reason was that the filename is misleading, because a de:Vereinbarte Verwaltungsgemeinschaft is a completly different legal construct from a de:Gemeindeverwaltungsverband. The municipality is officially named de:Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Hexental and is a Gemeindeverwaltungsverband and not a Vereinbarte Verwaltungsgemeinschaft. You have, sadly, acted against the instructions for administrators listed at Commons:Deletion requests; clearly, this situation wasn't an obvious copyright violation, especially considering that the other user has given some detailed arguments against closing it. Please let the uploader have seven days to prove the copyright status of this image (e.g. by sending an e-mail to OTRS); this is a widely accepted practice on Commons, so let us just follow it. The copyright information for the file has already been provided on the talk page although 1) there's a lot of noise from a single disruptive editor, Jod0doe, who has been banned on several other projects, and whose comments make it understandably hard to follow the discussion (he just throws a lot of random noise into it all) and 2) while the copyright information has been provided on the talk page it was never incorporated into the file description itself because... well, because somebody got lazy and then because the file got protected (it's impossible to update the license if the file is protected). The image is not a copyright violation and even the dispute over it's authenticity has been settled (again, there was only one person - who's been banned exactly for this kind of crap on other projects - who was disputing this, against something like 7 or 8 other editors). So please, don't delete the file unillaterally. If you really think there is some problems with the license - I don't think there are, but for the sake of 100% transparency - let's have this discussion on some general forum where we can have a wide range of opinions comment on it, rather than having just Russavia - who's making shit up just out of spite (which is obvious if you know the history of the editors involved, and Russavia's role in it) - influence the decision as to whether delete it or not.Volunteer Marek (talk) 07:48, 17 November 2011 (UTC) And let me add, that if you're gonna go protecting files, then you should probably protect this one as well (though please revert Jo0doe's nonsense first if possible) [3]. Seriously, this is what this guy does. He keeps pushing the same line no matter what is said to him or what kind of evidence is presented on one article, say on en-wiki. He then ends up getting that article protected. He moves onto a related article and repeats the process. Same thing happens. He does this on enough articles and he gets indef banned. So he moves to a different wiki. And it starts all over again. And he ends up banned. And now he's at Commons doing the same. exact. thing. again. The file is clearly tagged to show this. It was done after the file was uploaded to Wikipedia and before it was moved to the Commons. If you have any reason to doubt the tag please contact a user with OTRS access. A algum tempo fiz o upload de algumas imagens e inclui meu nome completo como autor dos arquivos. Agora quando alguém busca pelo meu nome completo no Google encontra estas páginas. Você sabe como fazer para trocar o nome apenas pelo nick? Segue abaixo a lista de arquivos.
