Goodies, tips, and tricks

Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads.
Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.
There are several tools to upload files.

Hello User:TrendSPLEND, Sorry for late reply. You can simply open an SVG file by a text editor (such as Notepad on Microsoft Windows) and translate the labels. But I usually use Inkscape to translate the labels because Perso-Arabic script is written from right to left and there are some other glitches. 4nn1l2 (talk) 18:58, 15 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Your VFC installation method is deprecated[edit]

Hello 4nn1l2, we are aware that using the old installation method of VFC (via common.js, which you are using) may not work reliably anymore and can break other scripts as well. A detailed explanation can be found here. Important: To prevent problems please remove the old VFC installation code from your common.js and instead enable the VFC gadget in your preferences. At first, let me point out that I am not an experienced OTRS agent. This is actually one of my first correspondences, and I am still trying to learn the process in detail.

Unfortunately, I could not make sure that the email address fi...-m...

t-online.de belongs to Lars Fisher. Apparently, his given name is not included in the email address, and there is another word which I do not know if it is a given name or not. If he could send the permission from his UCL email address which is cited at his Academia page, there would be no problems at all.

I just put those {{OTRS received}} templates, so that the images will not get deleted soon, and there will be enough time for another OTRS agent to process the ticket. I am watching the ticket, and hopefully will learn the process. 4nn1l2 (talk) 09:58, 15 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks a lot for your answer and the time you spent. Why do you think should the author be identified with the Lars Fisher who teaches at UCL in London? Well, that was a wrong assumption from my side. I wrongly assumed the pictures of the church were sent by a lecturer at UCL department of Hebrew and Jewish studies.

Hello Dugführer. I found the ticket and added {{Permission received}} for easier future reference. Unfortunately, I could not make sure that the permission was valid. Low size, lack of Exif, and an email address from a public domain (hotmail) are not good signs. I'd rather leave this ticket to more experienced agents to deal with. Hi, please look into the OTRS email and add the ticket. I took the image for an organization. As such, the image belongs to the respective organization. It is they who are the rightful owner, not me. So I don't have the right to release the image. It was my foolishness that I didn't ask them to send the OTRS permission earlier. That would have averted a deletion tag. Thanks! Hi. I added the ticket. Actually we have received two emails regarding this file. The first one is from Newsgram which states that the agency has not infringed the copyright laws and has simply taken the photo from the facebook page of Swarna Bharat party. Re {{Attribution}} licensing of this file pending at OTRS (Ticket #2017081910001426), although it is not as well known as the preferred CC BY-SA 4, Attribution is indeed a free license fully acceptable to Commons‎. See Other free tags.

You may be interested to know that there are presently 181,935 files at Commons with the Attribution license, see Category:Attribution. While this is a far smaller number than the almost 7 million files at Commons with the usual CC BY-SA 4 license, it is nonetheless acceptable.

Yaqub Leith Statue[edit]

Hi, Recently you nominated my photo of Yaqub Leith statue for deletion. But as you may know it clearly represented in FOP page that "In cases where the work belongs to a legal personality or rights are transferred to a legal personality, it will go into the public domain after 30 years from the date of publication or public presentation". This is a work for government which is a legal personality and made in 1977. So this is clearly under freedom of panorama and I can share the image in Wikipedia. Hi again, Usually! But this is for personal artistic works. Yaqub Leith Statue is a work for employer (Government) so according to article 13 of copyright law of Iran, copyright of the works which produced on order by an employer belongs to the employer for a period of thirty years from the date of "production". Now it passed even more. I do not see any violence with WIkipedia guidelines in this case. If you still think this is out of FOP please clarify it completely otherwise please remove deletion flag. I didn't tell it is a work for hire. Yes, It is a commissioned artistic work for government and it means this is not a personal artistic work. When it passed more than 30 years of such works the right's belongs to public. All thing about this artistic work and it's rights is clear right now, I can also do library research and prepare more reasons about the committer but it also takes time and again there is no guarantee that you considerate it. Anyway I'll do it.

@Mohamadr za: اگر آدرس ایمیلشان از یک سرویس‌دهندهٔ رایگان نباشد (جیمیل و یاهو و امثالهم نباشد) مشکل خاصی وجود ندارد. اما اگر از جیمیل و یاهو و . . . استفاده می‌کنند ساده‌ترین راهش همان است که آدرس ایمیلشان را برای مدتی موقت (در حد چند ساعت) به یکی از پست‌هایشان اضافه کنند تا یکی از اعضای تیم اوتی‌آراس آن را رؤیت کند. مابقی کارها به سرعت انجام خواهد گرفت و مشکل خاصی نخواهد بود. اگر خواستند اجازه‌نامه را بفرستند، من به ایمیل بنیاد دسترسی دارم و خودم می‌توانم پاسخگو باشم. 4nn1l2 (talk) 10:50, 1 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

درود. نگران زمان نباشید. تصاویر به‌راحتی با یک کلیک قابل احیا هستند. تصاویر به این دلیل حذف شده‌اند که شما مالک کپی‌رایت آن‌ها نیستید. لوگوی دانشگاه خواجه نصیرالدین طوسی متعلق به دانشگاه است و فقط با اجازهٔ آن‌ها می‌تواند اینجا ماندگار شود. لوگوی آن انجمن (دانشجویان علیه فقر؟) هم متعلق به همان انجمن است و فقط با اجازهٔ آن‌ها قابل نگهداری در اینجاست. لطفاً COM:OTRS/fa را بخوانید و مطابق آن اجازه‌نامه‌ها را برای تیم پشتیبانی ویکی‌انبار ارسال کنید. 4nn1l2 (talk) 04:19, 13 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

قربان فکر کنم اشتباهی شده

من لوگو را از سایت خودشان برداشتم و به فرمت برداری (Vector( تبدیل کرده‌ام و بعد تحت عنوان Fair Use و برای صفحه خودش قصد نشر دارم. تا آنجا که من می دانم این نباید نیاز به اجازه انجمن داشته باشد

من این سیاست کامنز را ندیده بودم. البته من در ویکی‌فا نمی‌توانم اضافه کنم ولی در انگلیسی آن را درست خواهم کرد.

من دو فایل دیگری را هم که آپلود کرده‌ام پاک خواهم کرد و به انگلیسی انتقال خواهم داد

فقط یک در خواست دارم و آن اینکه آیا ممکن است آن دو فایل قبلی را به من بدهید؟ از طریق ایمیل یا چیزی از این دست؟ چون در یک مورد فکر کنم فایل اصلی را ندارم و باید بگردم.

Permission for Photo of Alfred Spector[edit]

Hi, I noticed that you changed the tag on the Alfred Spector photo file, https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Portrait_of_Alfred_Spector.jpg and I wonder if you can clarify if anything else needs to be done to get full permission to have the picture on Wikimedia Commons and to use the photo on Alfred Spector's Wikipedia article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alfred_Spector. The current permission statement that we have received is from the subject of the photography (Mr. Spector). I have sent him an email asking to clarify who the copyright holder is. سلام و سپاس از لطف شما. وقتی که برای حذف و بررسی تصاویر میگذارید برام ارزشمند هست. منتها هر سه روز برام اعلان میاد و باز چند روز بعدش هم برای حذف برام اعلان میاد. امکانش هست تصاویر رو یکجا رویو بفرمایید و حذف شدنی ها رو حذف کنید؟ البته بعد از مطالعه بیشتر حالا کمی اطلاعاتم در مورد این قانون بیشتر شده. ولی این فقط میتونه کمک کنه که از این به بعد تصاویر مشکوک به این قانون رو قرار ندم. هنوز هم نمیتونم تصاویر قرار گرفته رو شناسایی کنم که این صد در صد در تعریف این قانون هست یا خیر.

من بارگذار پرونده سردیس فردوسی که در مقاله ابراهیم چهرازی به کار برده شده هستم. تصویر به دلایلی نامزد حذف شده. ممکنه به من بگین برای رفع این مشکل چه باید بکنم؟ این عکس متعلق به منه و من از هیچکدام از تصاویر اینترنتی استفاده نکردم. تا جایی که میدونم تصویربرداری در محوطه باغ نگارستان هم آزاده و من منع قانونی برای این کار تا به حال ندیدم. از طرف دیگه اثر ساخته شده بیشتر از پنجاه سال عمر داره. ممکنه به من کمک کنید تا قبل از حذف تصویر رفع ایراد بشه؟

قانون ازادی پانوراما[edit]

سلام دوست عزیز، از انجایی که ویکی مدیا بر اساس قوانین ایالات متحده بنا شده، قانون ازادی پانوراما برای کارهای درون ایران کمی احمقانه است که اقدام به برچسپ حذف زماندان به فایل های دیگر اعضا میزنید و بدون اطلاع انها و اینکه کسی پاسخ بدهد بعد از مدتی به خاطر فقط نظر شما عکس مورد نظر حذف شود، به فرض مثلا این مقاله را بخوانید

یا این مورد را هم ببینید که به همین علت از حذف عکس به خاطر قانون ازادی پانوراما جلوگیری شد

سلام. چهل پنجاه سال از زمان ساخت برج آزادی گذشته است. به فرض آنکه حق تکثیر آن متعلق به دولت بوده باشد، مدت حفاظت منقضی شده است چون حداکثر مدت حفاظت برای کارهای دولتی در ایران ۳۰ سال است. نبود استثنای آزادی پانوراما برای آثار هنری و معماری جدید و خصوصی برقرار است. برداشت شما از این استثنا درست نیست. همهٔ آثار به صورت خودکار حفاظت می‌شوند. انتشار تصاویر مجسمه‌های جدید فقط در کشورهایی مجاز است که قانونگذاران این استثنا را وارد قانونشان کرده باشند. نمایندگان مجلس ایران این کار را نکرده‌اند. لطفاً هنگامی که در صفحهٔ بحث من پیام می‌گذارید نزاکت را رعایت کنید. متشکرم 4nn1l2 (talk) 22:49, 29 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

اشاره به عدم حمایت از آثار ایرانی توسط قانون آمریکا به این دلیل است که اگر آثار ایرانی در آمریکا مورد حمایت قرار می‌گرفتند، مدت زمان حمایت از آنان ۹۵ سال پس از انتشار یا ۱۲۰ سال پس از خلق می‌بود که بسیار طولانی‌تر از مدت زمان حمایت از آثار در خود ایران (سی سال) است. چون برج آزادی تقریباً ۵۰ ساله است، مدت حمایتش در ایران به سر آمده و در آمریکا هم که کلاً مورد حفاظت قرار نمی‌گیرد. به همین دلیل تصویر را بازگردانده‌اند. 4nn1l2 (talk) 02:23, 31 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

درود. متأسفانه جواب قطعی را نمی‌دانم. متأسفانه در ایران به علت کم بودن پرونده‌های قضایی راجع به کپی‌رایت (یا حداقل رسانه‌ای نشدن آن‌ها) اطلاعاتمان دربارهٔ جزئیات قانون اندک است.

به نظرم حرف جیمز پرت نیست. مثلاً پل طبیعت هم اگر اشتباه نکنم توسط «شرکت نوسازی عباس‌آباد» (متعلق به شهرداری تهران) ساخته و اجرایی شده ولی جوایز و کردیت و . . . به شرکت معماری «سازه‌های پارچه‌ای دیبا» (متعلق به علیرضا بهزادی و لیلا عراقیان) می‌رسد. بنابراین شاید کسی استدلال کند که کپی‌رایت کار متعلق به شرکت دیباست. اما از آن طرف می‌توان جواب داد که کپی‌رایت شامل دو دسته حقوق است: ۱) حقوق مادی؛ ۲) حقوق معنوی. ما در ویکی‌انبار فقط راجع به حقوق مادی صحبت می‌کنیم و اصلاً کاری به حقوق معنوی نداریم. حقوق معنوی الی‌الابد متعلق به پدیدآورنده است و غیر قابل انتقال به غیر. از این روست که جوایز و افتخارات و . . . صرف نظر از وضعیت کپی‌رایت به پدیدآورنده تعلق می‌گیرد. ولی این ۳۰ سال و ۵۰ سال و ۷۰ سال و . . . که ما راجع به آن‌ها بحث می‌کنیم تماماً ناظر به حقوق مادی اثر است.

My opposition to your request for restoration arose from the fact that I did not recognize your name as an OTRS agent, a problem which Jeff has addressed and by the fact that when I made my comment opposing restoration, the OTRS ticket was owned by the root. It therefore looked as if it was a typical request by an uploader who had the ticket number for an unprocessed ticket and wanted to jump the queue. Sorry for the confusion.

I value the services of OTRS agents very highly. They are often at the cutting edge of the nonsense we sometimes take from unreasonable users who want to break the rules. They rarely get thanks from the general community. I applaud the recent reduction in the OTRS backlog from ten weeks to two weeks -- please keep it that way.

You are certainly free to deal with tickets in any order you like. Almost all of the OTRS tickets owned by me were taken out of order for good reason. However, as I said at the UnDR, I think it is a mistake to take tickets out of order unless there is a very good reason. It upsets my sense of fairness to have some tickets dealt with early. Hi. We sometimes use {{OR}} in order to let admins know that the user is communicating, and so they will not delete the file in 7 days. Therefore, we have more time to process the ticket (30 days). It is not an own work. The user just did the conversion to svg. As you can see ([3], [4]) it is a flag of a greek municipality. I personally find the idea of protection of flags, emblems, and the like by the copyright law a little strange. Of course, I might be mistaken. Anyway, for works to be eligible for protection by the copyright law, they should pass the threshold of originality. Simple flags such as [5] do not pass that threshold anywhere in the world. To be honest, I am not sure if the file in question, File:FLAG OF AGISTRI.svg, would pass the Greek threshold. Furthermore, most flags contain elements which are old enough to be out of protection.

Consequently, I think the best course of action here is to nominate these files for deletion, so that the community can discuss them further. Another possible solution could be raising this issue at COM:VPC. I do not think that tagging them with {{Npd}} is a good solution because a municipality would not release the copyright of its flag at the request of just one citizen. 4nn1l2 (talk) 14:04, 27 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

سلام. ایمیل را ۴ روز پیش به انگلیسی فرستاده‌اند. ۲ ساعت بعد فعال‌ترین کاربر OTRS که یک کاربر کاردرست آلمانی‌زبان است، به ایشان جواب داده است. متأسفانه مکالمه ادامه پیدا نکرده است (بلیت بسته شده است). OTRS قاعده‌ای دارد که هر وقت یکی از «مأموران» بلیتی را «تصاحب کرد»، سایر مأموران برای جلوگیری از گیج شدن مخاطب حداقل تا ۱۰ روز پس از رسیدن آخرین پاسخ به بلیت دست نزنند. متأسفانه از این لحاظ در حال حاضر کاری از دست من بر نمی‌آید. مشکل دیگر آن است که بلیت بسته است و لازم است کاربر مکالمه را از سر بگیرد تا بلیت باز شود.

راستی با توجه به کیفیت کار شما، پیشنهاد می‌کنم درخواست عضویت در OTRS را بدهید. در حال حاضر ۲ کاربر فارسی‌زبان دیگر هم داریم (Mardetanha و Mhhossein) که به صف اجازه‌نامه‌ها دسترسی دارند. من پارسال درخواست دادم که صفی مختص زبان فارسی راه بیندازند ولی با توجه به کم بودن تعداد داوطلبان و نیز زیاد نبودن ایمیل‌ها به فارسی، قانع شدم که از درخواستم صرف نظر کنم. با توجه به دقت و کیفیت کار شما و نیز با توجه به اینکه تعداد ایمیل‌های فارسی کم‌کم دارد زیادتر می‌شود، امیدوارم بتوانیم صفی مختص زبان فارسی راه بیندازیم تا اوضاع کمی بهتر شود. یکی از مزیت‌هایش این است که ایمیل‌های فارسی یکجا جمع می‌شوند و می‌توانیم از تجارب هم استفاده کنیم و حتی به نسل‌های آینده انتقال دهیم... 4nn1l2 (talk) 22:14, 29 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

ویکی‌انبار دومین ویکی بزرگ بنیاد ویکی‌مدیاست (بعد از ویکی انگلیسی). تقریباً کسی به کار کسی کار ندارد. پیشنهاد می‌کنم به COM:RFR بروید و درخواست دسترسی دهید. راستی آنجا که رفتید ویرایش‌های کاربر Kai3952 را هم نگاهی بیندازید تا لحظه‌ای لبخند بر لبانتان بنشیند :-)

Renaming Photos - Correcting Submissions[edit]

Hi! I was wondering if you could tell me if there is a way to delete a submission to rename a photo?

For instance I accidentally called a car a Chevrolet Bel Air instead of a Chevrolet Biscayne in a recent request. Can I delete my renaming request, or do I simply have to wait for the edit to be approved or unapproved and then correct it. Thanks for your help!

@Zcarstvnz: Hi. You can simply edit the page and either remove the code of rename request, which is something like {{rename|1=Chevrolet 1957 Bel Air Sport Sedan - Custom.jpg|2=2|3=|user=Zcarstvnz}}, or correct the new name.

سلام. از راه ایمیل از فرزند حیدر غیایی خواستم پلان‌های سینما رادیوسیتی را با اجازه‌نامه در انبار آپلود کند. اجازه‌نامه را نفرستاده، چه کنم؟! سایت‌شان این است: http://www.ghiai.com/ و من از راه همین سایت ایمیل زدم. حالا ازشان بخواهم اجازه بفرستند؟ (که تا همین جا هم لطف کردند و نمی‌دانم دوباره جواب بدهند یا نه!). راه دیگری هست؟ این اکانت‌شان است. سلام. در حالت معمول از ورثه (یا حتی خود هنرمند) خواسته می‌شود، از طریق سیستم OTRS هویتش را تأیید کند. یکی از راه‌های تأیید هویت همین تغییر وب‌سایت رسمی است ولی هنوز مستلزم تماس با OTRS، اختصاص بلیت و ثبت و ضبط آن برای همیشه (مدت طولانی) است. اگر ایشان وبگاه را تغییر بدهند، ولی در سیستم OTRS ثبت نشود، چند سال بعد که من و شما شاید نباشیم، ممکن است فایل‌ها را به‌سادگی و پس از یک جستجوی ناموفق حذف کنند. متأسفانه نرم‌افزار OTRS ضعیف است، سیستم جستجویش ابتدایی است، بعضی بلیت‌ها گم می‌شوند، سرنوشت بعضی بلیت‌ها نامعلوم است. این‌ها را از این جهت می‌گویم که بدانید سیستم اینجا آنقدرها هم روی حساب و کتاب نیست، وای به حال فایل‌هایی که شماره بلیت و اگزیف و ... نداشته باشد، و کاربری آن‌ها را بارگذاری کرده باشد که صفحهٔ بحثش پر از هشدار کپی‌رایت است. 4nn1l2 (talk) 21:48, 6 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

پیشنهاد می‌کنم در این مرحله، سراغ بارگذاری‌های دیگر ایشان نرویم چون قضیه بیش از حد پچیده می‌شود (مثلاً دربارهٔ File:YfgcPortrait.jpg باید اجازه‌نامه از عکاس کسب شود، نه خود ایشان). وقتی تعداد فایل‌های ذکرشده در متن اجازه‌نامه زیاد شود و نیاز به رد و بدل شدن تعداد زیادی ایمیل باشد، معمولاً کار گره می‌خورد و مطابق میل پیش نمی‌رود. همچنین می‌توانید از ایشان بخواهید که شما را در ایمیل cc کنند تا در جریان امور باشید.

البته اگر بگویید که قصد دارید در آینده از ایشان برای بارگذاری چه فایل‌هایی اجازه بگیرید، شاید بتوانم دقیق‌تر راهنمایی کنم. 4nn1l2 (talk) 21:01, 7 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

سلام. عکس‌ها از لحاظ کپی‌رایت مشکل داشتند، به همین دلیل حذف شدند. ربطی به دوستی و دشمنی ندارد.

شاید این کارهایی که ما امروز اینجا انجام می‌دهیم (حمایت از کپی‌رایت) در شرایط کنونی کشور عبث به نظر برسد، ولی امیدوارم مثلاً ۳۰ سال بعد قانون کپی‌رایت در این مملکت جا بیفتد. آنوقت اگر به گذشته نگاه کنیم و خاطراتمان را مرور کنیم، می‌توانیم ادعا کنیم که ما هم سهمی در این فرهنگ‌سازی داشته‌ایم (تغییر از پایین به بالا).

آن عکس‌ها هم در ردهٔ مناسب قرار گرفته‌اند Category:Iranian FOP cases/deleted و به محض اینکه قانون اصلاح شد، بازگردانده خواهند شد. جای نگرانی نیست. 4nn1l2 (talk) 10:41, 9 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
