Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Piano Improvising- 'Blue Monk' (Main melody and Seven-tenth accompaniment) - A learnt & Exercising Version of both Ray d’Inverno 's Teaching version and Thelonious Monk's original one on the Educational platform Future Learn): This sound file was a beginning edition of 'Blue Monk' (Thelonious Monk) following two educational series - TAWTUTB "Things Ain't What They Used To Be" ( Mercer Ellington) and Now's The Time' (Charlie Parker) I had created.

In a very brief, my musicality of this piece is funny, smart, vivid, staccato (jumping happily) and pulsing joyfully. Seventh-tenth accompaniment required in left hand was a big challenge in the setting design, therefore, I made some modifications about the rhythm and ending part (a pizzicato-ing seventh B-flatten chord). Hopefully, the original 'Blue Monk' soul can be kept. Further development, according to life tasks, will be following.
