Malta

Hi Nevborg. This is great. :) Please add Malta to the list of definitely participating countries. It's most efficient if we can set up a half hour Skype/Hangout/Phone call for me to go over everything with you (and your team), of course if this works for you. Ohio Loves Monuments

Hi there! I'm Kevin, a local organizer in the US state of Ohio and a member of the Ohio Wikimedians User Group. I hope it's not too late: we are considering hosting an Ohio Loves Monument Event. The United States is currently split into several chapters and user groups, making national efforts broad and difficult. However, the Ohio Wikimedians User Group hosting Ohio Loves Monuments event could allow us to concentrate efforts to our network, and also collaborate with local institutions (such as the Ohio History Connection). This is also a great opportunity to encourage the other states in the U.S. to sign up for participation. Please cc me in your communications with Romaine in the future. He has a very large email backlog and given the deadlines ahead of us, you may not get a response in time. Please make sure you go over this todo list for local organizers (if you already haven't). Why isn't Sri Lanka on the list?

Hi, I was hoping to participate in the competition and noticed Sri Lanka is not on the list. Can it be added?

Hi. Every country can participate in the contest as long as there are volunteers who organize the contest for the country. If you know anyone from/in Sri Lanka who may be interested to organize the contest (how about yourself?:), please reach out to them and direct them to this page.
