Report by Yodaweed

@Yodaweed: Hi, and welcome. I am sorry to inform you that you have triggered Special:AbuseFilter/153 by trying to cross-wiki upload a smaller (<50KB or <5MP) jpg photo as a new user while leaving the summary intact. The photo you tried to upload is smaller, and you wrote it's your own work. Usually when someone uploads a smaller photo, it is a copyright violation taken from the web. If you took the photo yourself, please upload the full-size original of it, including EXIF metadata. If you did not take the photo, please see Commons:Licensing for why we can't accept it, and have the photographer post Commons:Licensing compliant permission for such works on their website or social media presence or send the photo and permission via OTRS with a carbon copy to you. If you change the summary or use our Upload Wizard instead, you should be able to avoid that filter. However, your rights as photographer are not the only ones we are concerned with. We are also concerned with the rights of author Winston Churchill, or of the Crown. Please read this discussion, in which it was decided that we should leave en:File:Percentages agreement2.jpg as Fair Use on English Wikipedia until 2040.   — Jeff G. please ping or talk to me 00:03, 4 July 2019 (UTC)

Report by Wiki-keeper

@Wiki-keeper: Hi, and welcome. I am sorry to inform you that you have triggered Special:AbuseFilter/153 by trying to cross-wiki upload a smaller (<50KB or <5MP) jpg logo as a new user while leaving the summary intact. The logo you tried to upload is smaller, and you said it's your own work. Usually when someone uploads a smaller logo, it's a copyright violation taken from the web. Please upload the full-size original of it, including EXIF metadata, but it may be judged too complex to be under TOO in the country of origin, so you may need to post COM:L compliant permission for such works on your website or social media presence or send permission via OTRS because we don't allow Fair Use here. Also, any raster image will look jaggy when scaled up, so you may want to upload an svg version, too. If you want to use the file on English Wikipedia, please read WP:F. If you change the summary or use our Upload Wizard instead, you should be able to avoid that filter. See also en:WP:OWN.   — Jeff G. please ping or talk to me 23:39, 3 July 2019 (UTC)

Report by 2401:4900:1D2E:5339:45F2:23A5:56FF:61

None of the filter log links you provided have any entries, and in any case, you cannot upload anything unless you are registered and logged in, which you are not.
But searching through all the entries in the log, I'm guessing you may be Pushsaini123 (talkcontribsblock logfilter log) who tried to upload File:Kraft Vision.jpg (histlogsabuse log). If so, the filter you encountered prevents low-resolution uploads from newly registered users using the particular upload form that you used. The reason for this is that those overwhelmingly turn out to be copyright violations.
Did you actually personally create this logotype, as you claimed when attempting to upload it, and are you personally the copyright holder? If not, the filter worked as intended. If you did create the logo yourself or if you work for the logo's copyright holder, it would seem likely that your edits at en:Draft:Kraft Vision violate English Wikipedia's rules on undisclosed conflicts of interest and the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use with respect to disclosure of paid editing. You may wish to read Commons:Guidance for paid editors, which includes information on sharing logotypes correctly.
Finally, since your company does not appear to be notable enough for inclusion in Wikipedia, the logotype is outside of Wikimedia Commons' educational project scope. Hence, there isn't really anything to "solve" here. LX (talk, contribs) 11:33, 6 July 2019 (UTC)

@Victoslav: Hi, and welcome. — Jeff G. please ping or talk to me 16:18, 11 July 2019 (UTC)

No error report, I just want to inform you about this and that and the infos in the DR Commons:Deletion requests/User:Prevert/Administradores. Why is removing and editing wrong interwikis on user pages not allowed without a DR template on the page, but only with such a template like here? I suggest to allow also editing and removing interwikis, they belong on Wikidata anyway and not without comment tags on user pages. Am I right here with that on this issue reporting page? --2A02:908:D83:E460:216:CBFF:FEAD:FF9 17:55, 5 July 2019 (UTC)

--2A02:908:D83:E460:216:CBFF:FEAD:FF9 19:44, 14 July 2019 (UTC)

@Mahmoodalamofficial: Hi, and welcome. Re your userpage, our filters worked as intended. We do not host encyclopedia articles here on Wikimedia Commons per COM:NOT. See also en:User talk:Mahmoodalamofficial and COM:ADVERT.   — Jeff G. please ping or talk to me 01:17, 26 July 2019 (UTC)

The Pride Estates (talkcontribsblock logfilter log) Hi, and welcome. I guess this is you, but please login. I am sorry to inform you that you have triggered Special:AbuseFilter/153 by trying to cross-wiki upload a png logo as a new user while leaving the summary intact. Such uploads of png logos are not allowed at all. You said it's your own work. Usually when someone uploads a png logo, it's a copyright violation taken from the web. Please upload the full-size original of it, including EXIF metadata, but it may be judged too complex to be under TOO in the country of origin, so you may need to license it on your website or social media or send permission via OTRS. Also, any png image will look fuzzy when scaled down or jaggy when scaled up, so you may want to upload an svg or jpg version, too. If you change the summary or use our Upload Wizard instead, you should be able to avoid that filter.   — Jeff G. please ping or talk to me 13:10, 26 July 2019 (UTC)

You cannot edit user pages if you are not logged in. If you are User:LRT505, you need to log in to edit your user page. LX (talk, contribs) 07:42, 29 July 2019 (UTC)
In COM:ABUSEFILTER you mentioned that I tripped filter 53 by editing User:LRT505. I’m not LRT505, but there was a mistake in the image captions and I needed to update it. What can we do? 122.100.223.235 14:19, 29 July 2019 (UTC)
It is pretty much common courtesy to let users manage their own user pages, and there is hardly ever a need to edit them. Almost exclusively, when I edit someone else's user page, it is to revert vandalism, to remove mistaken categorisation that cause user pages to show up in content categories, or to mark user pages of users that are abusing multiple accounts.
Please respect my request to keep discussions where they started, as this makes conversations easier to follow. I am watching this page, so I will see responses made here. LX (talk, contribs) 18:26, 30 July 2019 (UTC)

Report by Tidaholm museum

LX (talk, contribs) 11:08, 31 July 2019 (UTC)
