I managed to find a PDF source for the portion of the 1972 catalogue in which this diagram appears. It's on the right side of page 10 of this document. I used pdfimages on the command line to extract the bitmap data from the page, imported it into GIMP, used the measure tool to straighten the angled graphic, and then cropped it. Then I ran it through OxiPNG and ZopfliPNG for good measure. The result is a 1048x739 version of the graphic that actually has a smaller filesize than the current version, at only 51 KB. This image must simply have been originally created by a not-so-great encoder. I ran this one through OxiPNG and ZopfliPNG just to see what would happen, and it shrunk to 542 KB, without suffering any visual changes, and without even changing the pixel format (it's already RGB, which is what it should be). @Metalloviec: PO looks orange to me, and PiS looks blue. PO does use orange and blue while PiS uses blue, white and red but I think using orange for PO and blue for PiS works best. Unless it's the shading of blue that you want to change? Abzeronow (talk) 17:16, 11 May 2024 (UTC)

I would like to upload a new version of coat of arms of Aleksandrów Kujawski, because as of 25 March 2024, the city has new symbols: https://edzienniki.bydgoszcz.uw.gov.pl/WDU_C/2024/2155/akt.pdf and https://edzienniki.bydgoszcz.uw.gov.pl/WDU_C/2024/2156/akt.pdf. I added a new version of the city flag and I also wanted to add a new version of coat of arms. In order not to overwrite the old version, which has a different look to the new one, I renamed it.

I previously requested to overwrite the English Wikipedia File for European Ancestry since according to this Genetic Study by National Geographic: (https://web.archive.org/web/20160407092418/https://genographic.nationalgeographic.com/reference-populations-next-gen/) 5% of the Philippines is Southern European from Spanish colonization, and which, the previous SVG does not have the Philippines colored, which I rectified and upon which, the permission to upload a new version of the files was approved by you.
