Vote removal, Oops

[edit]

Hi Wisniowy, I've been doing some maintenance on the votes for Picture of the Year 2008. There are many duplicate votes (probably due to the mix-up with the original manual voting and the later automatic voting) and several votes from ineligible accounts. The "rules" are quite clear on eligibility. Unfortunately, I've removed your votes from quite a few pictures, as User:Wisniowy doesn't meet the criteria. I finally noticed your userpage and realised that you used to edit under Wisnia6522, and that you are/were clearly active. I apologise for not having noticed this sooner.

I will leave it up to you, whether you re-vote with the account which is eligible (Wisnia6522), or if you re-instate your votes as Wisniowy. The only problem with the latter option is that someone else may also come along and remove your votes. Regards, Maedin\talk 22:20, 14 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Comments  Question What happened to EXIF data ? --Coyau 20:19, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know. --Wisniowy 08:54, 18 February 2009 (UTC)}[reply]
Support Good enough. However, it appears (not necessarily is) slightly tilted clockwise. Also, the picture could be improved by digitally smoothing out the small noise in the sky. Good control on the whites; shadow in the tower, bright light and snow is not the easiest combination. Since the EXIF is missing, it would be a bonus to add the information to the Information template. --Siipikarja 10:04, 18 February 2009 (UTC))
