سلام.محیط ویکی پدیا خیلی خیلی بی رحم و خشن است. بقول خودتان »اگر متوجه متن بالا نشدید بگویید تا فارسی بنوسیم» تا بحال چندین نفر صفحاتی که من با زحمت زیاد آماده کرده ام حذف کرده اند بدون اینکه علتش را بگویند یا حاضر باشند توضیحی بدهند یا حتی کمکی بکنند. نظر خودشان برایشان مهم است و خیلی با تکبر فکر می کنند هرکس خودشان می شناسند مثلا بقال سرکوچه شان سرشناس است و دیگری نیست. با همه این احوالات به یک کاربر تازه وارد اصلا اجازه نفس کشیدن نمی دهند و آنقدر سریع مثل مور و ملخ هجوم می آورند برای کوبیدن و حذف کردن که آدم متنفر می شود از هرچه ویکی میکی است. من تازه توضیح شما را برای حذف عکسها دیدم . عکس هایی که من آپلود میکنم فاقد منبع مشخصی در اینترنت است ولی قبلا در اینترنت آپلود شده و سایت مربوطه اش حذف گردیده. بعضی از آنها را خودم یا دوستانم گرفته ایم و نیاز به اجازه از کسی برای آپلودش ندارم.بفرمایید در این سایت عجیب و غریب و صد مدیر باید از چه کسی اجازه گرفت.متشکرم

ببخشید مزاحم می شوم

در ضمن بهادری به من گفت جواب آخرین ایمیلتان را هم به همان آدرسی که از آن ایمیل کرده بودید داده است. (اینفو ویکی فارسی) خود دانید. خداحافظ.

ببخشید ولی این را هم خدمتتان عرض کنم که مشکلم با اون بابا تاپیک اول هم حل شد و قضیه به خوبی و خوشی حل شد. اتفاقا این دفعه مشکل از اون بود و نه من. این همون عکس است که به مشکل خرده بودیم.

با توضیحات من خودش برش گردوند. پس ببینید که این من نیستم که همیشه خرابکارم. اگر مدیر گوشی برای شنیدن داشته باشد، من هم می توانم تا حدی از عکسهای خودم دفاع کنم. ولی بعضی مثل این بابا اصلا با یکی چپ بیفتند، اول می بندنش و بعد میگن در صفحه کاربری خودت توضیح بده. طبیعی است در این موارد قانع کردن طرف چندبرابر مشکل می شود. چون نیت طرف این بوده که بی نهایت ببندد و نه اینکه منبع تصویر مشخص شود و یا اجازه نامه چطور است.

Hi! Could you see what is doing User:Wikieditor info -> http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Wikieditor_info ? In my opinion it is vandalism... I think that it is a puppet of User:Wikinetbot , who upload many files about uflp university and has vandalised the page of deletation request-> http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Commons:Deletion_requests/File:Uflp_0022.jpg&action=history and the files to proposed for deletation -> e.g. http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:UFLP_000010.png&action=history . Probably other its pupets are User:Wikibot info, User:Agaff and IP users: 187.145.113.13, 187.145.114.185 and maybe 87.106.14.53. More info: Commons:Deletion requests/File:Uflp 0022.jpg, Commons:Deletion requests/File:UFLP 000010.png‎. The uploader has changed the source and other dates of the files proposed for deletation many times after the deletation requests were put (see the files histories) and in my opinion should be banned for some time. Afghan Law translation

Hello Mardetanha,

We are currently trying to interpret an Afghani Law [1] for the purposes of clarifying {{PD-Afghanistan}}. We have an unofficial English translation provided by WIPO [2], but it contains a few odd phrases that we think might be clarified by a native speaker. The law is probably written in Dari or Pashto, but we don't currently know. I am hoping that you might be able to read this, or at least recommend someone who can.

As discussed on Template talk:PD-Afghanistan, the biggest concern is part of Article 6, which WIPO translates as "Photography work that has been created using an innovative mode" (emphasis mine). It seems to say that only photographs that are somehow "innovative" are subject to copyright. However, it isn't clear to us what that really means. We were hoping that the actual meaning might be clearer in the original language. Does this mean something like a "creative" or "original" photograph, or is it implying a stronger limitation?

I compared the Iranian copyright law with the Afghan one. Article 2 of the Iranian copyright law reads "اثر عکاسی که با روش ابتکاری و ابداع پدید آمده باشد" that has been officially translated into English as "Photographic works produced by any original methods". Article 6 of the Afghan copyright law reads "اثر عکاسی که با روش ابتکاری و ابداعی پدید آمده باشد" that is exactly similar to its Iranian counterpart except for a minor change that definitely makes no difference in the meaning. Therefore, they actually meant "original" by using the word "innovative" here. Americophile 22:39, 11 March 2012 (UTC)

This is causing distress to the subject, since the tattoo isn't gang-related. Hi Mard! In iran we cannot see any picture's and image's of wikimedia projects! bcuz the Iranian government filtered upload.wikimedia.org! So i should use a proxy for working with commons and other projects of Foundation! so I need a ipblock-exempt right in commons and other projects for edit pages and files without problem! Salaam Alaykom. I'm trying to get in touch with Sajed.ir so that they can fix the alleged problems and we can use the pics in commons. Although most of the pics are now useable here, I'm trying to make it completely useable! I followed the pages discussing the problems of this website and found some points which should be fixed. For example, some of their pics were borrowed from other sources! and some of them were TV screen shot. The major problem, as was mentioned in those various long discussions, were not mentioning the authors and/or creators. So my questions are as such:

• How can Sajed.ir fix this problem considering the fact that some of the photographers are really unknown and the pics date back to almost 30 years ago?
• Does the fact that Sajed.ir is a subsection of governmental organizations changes its copy right rules? How?

این رسم مرسوم در خبرگذاری‌هایی است که خودشان عکاس ندارند، معمولا از هرجا عکس ببنید آنها را بر می‌دارند. توصیه کلی من به اینست که فقط تصاویری را بارگذاری کنید که خودتان با دوربین شخصی گرفته‌اید (کاری که خود من می‌کنم) اگر با عکاس‌های ارتباط دارید آنها می‌باید ایمیلی به ویکی‌انبار بزنند و تصاویر که اجازه استفاده از آنها در اینجا می‌دهد را پیوست کنند.--Mardetanha ^talk 20:04, 24 January 2015 (UTC)

عکس مشکوک

سلام بر مرد تنها. این عکس به نظر مشکوک می آید. در این عکس تصویر یک زن برهنه در حالی که در کنار حوضی واقع در میدان نقش جهان اصفهان خوابیده است، دیده می‌شود. همانطور که میدانید، این قضیه قریب به محال است و احتمالا یک نفر با مهارت تمام و با استفاده از نرم افزاری مثل فتوشاپ این کار را انجام داده است. هم چنین این عکس در مقاله مسجد شیخ لطف الله اصفهان در اینفوباکس اصلی مقاله قرار دارد. نکته بعد این که در صفحه توضیحات این تصویر ، یک لینک به عنوان منبع قرار داده شده است و همانطور که می‌بینید این سایت یک سایت شخصی است که روزمه یک نفر درون آن نوشته شده است. اثری از عکس در این سایت یافت نمی‌شود. و به نظر شخصی که این تصویر را بارگذاری کرده است قصد داشته است خودش را تبلیغ کند. لطفا بررسی کنید. ببنید شرط کلی در مورد تصاویر منصفانه اینست که امکان تهیه تصویر ازاد از شخص یا ... ممکن نباشد. اگر ممکن باشد شما حق استفاده منصفانه ندارید. بعد در مورد استفاده منصفانه،‌باید استفاده حداقلی باشد. Mardetanha ^talk 09:39, 9 August 2015 (UTC)

نتیجهٔ بحث آن بود که استفاده تحت مالیک عمومی از تصاویر ایجاد شده در کشورهایی که عضو آن پیمان نیستند هرچند ممکن است (که توضیحات فقط اشاره کرده که ممکن است) اما بدون استفاده منصفانه بودن اثر جایز نیست و بهتر است انجام نشود و در انبار همانطور که توضیحات تصویر نمونه نیز نوشته به هیچ وجه. استفاده از آن بند هر چند ممکن باشد ولی بهتر است در حالت کلی پرهیز شود. −ebrahim^talk 12:29, 9 August 2015 (UTC)
