English: This macro photo shows a slice of a spelt whole grain bread, dried for 6 days, baked by the artisan bakery "Feinbäckerei Brause" in Leipzig Anger-Crottendorf. The base was a sourdough made from spelt whole grain and spelt flour. Some seeds were added to the dough.
Deutsch: Dieses Makrofoto zeigt den Ausschnitt einer 6 Tage lang getrockneten Scheibe eines Dinkel-Vollkornbrotes, gebacken vom Handwerksbetrieb "Feinbäckerei Brause" in Leipzig Anger-Crottendorf. Die Basis bildete ein Sauerteig aus Dinkelvollkorn- und Dinkelmehl. Einige Saaten sind dem Teig beigegeben. Zu sehen ist die Struktur Brotkrume.
Čeština: Tato makrofotografie ukazuje část plátku špaldového celozrnného chleba, sušeného po dobu 6 dní, upečeného řemeslnou pekárnou "Feinbäckerei Brause" v Lipsku Anger-Crottendorf. Základem byl kvásek z celozrnné špaldy a špaldové mouky. Do těsta bylo přidáno několik semen.
