Allow overwriting of File:RickenbackerMedals.jpg

This image is nearly 20 years old and of poor quality. I recently visited the museum where the medals are and took a much clearer (and centered) photo. I do not see any reason to keep the old, blurry image and a clearer one of the same kind. If it would be better to delete this and upload the new one so be it, but just replacing this one makes sense to me - especially since this is already a public domain image. There is a link to an archive on that page with the blue logo. That file's history does have three shades of blue (both being different from the current official one), so would it not follow convention to use the current shade? File:Tensegrity Icosahedron.png please fix apparently corrupted fileinfo that prevents display

This image does not display in wiki thumbnails. The only thing I could find wrong with the file appears in the comment column for the upload, which contains a fileinfo template with some broken syntax stuff appended (missing closing curly brackets). I edited the 'caption' and 'summary' fields and made them correct, but they didn't contain any bad syntax and the image still won't display after my edits. Perhaps the .PNG needs to be re-uploaded with unbroken fileinfo attached, but I don't have re-upload privileges. Please fix, this image is uniquely important to certain wikipedia articles.
