English: BMMO was the marque under which the Birmingham and Midland Motor Omnibus Company manufactured buses between 1940 and 1970. These were built solely for the company's bus operating arm, which traded as 'Midland Red' (and which became the company's legal name in 1974, as the Midland Red Omnibus Company). Prior to adopting the BMMO marque, the company had also been producing buses (since 1924) under the 'SOS' marque, supplying these to other operators as well - see Category:SOS buses.
