Merci de contribuer à Wikimedia Commons. Gardez à l'esprit que les images déposées sur le serveur doivent pouvoir être utilisées par l'ensemble des utilisateurs des projets Wikimedia. Ceci n'est possible que si vos images peuvent être trouvées par d'autres que vous.

Nous avons élaboré un système de classification par catégories dans lequel vous devriez intégrer les images que vous déposez ici, de façon à permettre aux autres de les trouver en parcourant l'arbre des catégories. Ceci signifie que vous devez ranger les images dans les bonnes catégories et éventuellement les ajouter aux galeries, ces pages qui couvrent un sujet donné (voir Commons:Catégories).

Pour trouver des catégories pertinentes pour vos images, vous pouvez vous aider de l'outil CommonSense. À travers cette galerie, vous pourrez obtenir un récapitulatif pratique des fichiers que vous avez déposés sur Commons.

Ce qui est important, c'est que les images soient placées quelque part dans la structure générale. Il y a actuellement un grand nombre d'images sans aucun lien avec notre système de classification par catégories. Si vous désirez donner un coup de main pour ranger certaines de ces images à un endroit judicieux où on pourra les trouver, n'hésitez pas !

Hi, regarding this edit, the description says "Source: Own work, Author: Janka Rahm", but the uploader claims to be Fernand Melgar. I can't see the OTRS ticket, but I think that some clarification is needed here. --Randykitty (talk) 15:51, 17 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Randykitty. The clarification is on article 9 of the OTRS ticket. It's an email from Janka Rahm, designer of the poster, that confirms in French that Fernand Melgar, as producer, holds the rights on the poster. Zetud (talk) 11:36, 20 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Bonjour Zetud

J'ai vu que tu avais ajouté un ticket OTRS sur le fichier File:Grégoire Blanc.jpg. Cependant, j'ai de gros doutes. La photo ne date pas de 2018 et « 2018.educode.be » n'est pas le site de publication originel. On retrouve une plus large version de cette photo en 2016 sur ce site russe ou en 2017 sur le Facebook de l'artiste (tous deux sites protégés).

J'ai donc bien peur que l'autorisation ne soit pas valide. Pourrais-tu revérifier, s'il-te-plaît ?

Bonjour Titlutin. Autant j'ai des doutes sur les autres images uploadées par ce contributeur, comme Vladimir Garine.png ou Leotard Lunettes.jpg (je viens de demander la suppression), autant pour Grégoire Blanc l'image figure sur le site 2018.educode.be, qui est sous CC-BY-SA comme le précise le site (et c'est expliqué dans le ticket OTRS). On ne peut challenger systématiquement un site CC-BY-SA pour leur demander s'ils ont vraiment les droits se mettre en CC-BY-SA (on peut avoir des doutes, mais juridiquement cette photo est CC-BY-SA). Le fait que la photo soit sur d'autres site non CC ne change pas ce fait. Zetud (talk) 22:43, 28 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Zetud. D'accord, merci pour ces précisions ! Mais je trouve cette logique un peu problématique, dans le sens où n'importe qui peut alors créer un site CC et y publier des photos trouvées au hasard sur le net, et ça sera accepté sur Commons, peu importe que de meilleures versions de ces photos aient été publiées auparavant sur des sites non libres.

Penses-tu que je puisse quand même ouvrir un débat de suppression, ou bien le ticket OTRS valide-t-il automatiquement le fichier sans que l'on puisse contester a posteriori ? --Titlutin (talk) 00:45, 29 August 2020 (UTC)|[reply]

Bonsoir Titlutin. Bien sûr que tu peux, mon opinion n'est que mon avis perso, et d'autres pourraient avoir un avis différent (et j'ignore si'il y a une règle ou une recommandation dans un sens ou dans l'autre). Pour info, j'ai demandé sur leur wiki s'ils sont sûrs de la licence. En tout cas une chose est sûre, la photo ne date pas de 2018.
