А ты не мог бы на форуме украинской Википедии попросить помощи в этом проекте?

WikiMiniAtlas уже что-то показывает, например, Минск :-).

На Google Maps в хорошем разрешении есть Киев, Харьков, Донецк, Ужгород, Ивано-Франковск, Мукачево (но не Львов :-(), наверняка и другие города.

Злоупотребление {{PD-UA-exempt}}

А есть ли какие-то основания использовать {{PD-UA-exempt}} для произвольных изображений (карты, фотографии политиков и других)?

Примеры можно увидеть в Commons:Deletion requests/Image:Ternopil oblast.gif, uk:Зображення:Oleh.Tiahnybok.jpg (по мотивам be-x-old:Абмеркаваньне выявы:T`ahnybok.jpg).

Можно ли было бы поднять этот вопрос в украинской Википедии?

Я также считаю, что оснований нет. В англовики я встречал этот шаблон на фотографий государственных деятелей - вероятно это тоже ошибочное использование. Yakudza 15:57, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

Моё менние таково: если с оффсайта — это не {{PD-UA-exempt}}, если это не официальный источник. Если официальный — да, {{PD-UA-exempt}}. Особенно, что касается Правительственных органов, коммитетов [органов первой инстанции]. Тут иного не дано. К примеру, я хочу залить в будущем (может не я, но к этмоу склоняю) всех депутатов снимки с ЦИК. Они делаются для постеров, для циркулирования базами данных прочее, это обезличенные, однотипные, как хотите, данные, не имеющие творческой ценности, не имеющие авторства как такового, подпадают под определения этого лицензирования. По большому счету, даже сайты муниципального уровня оплачиваются налогоплательщиками, имеют обезличенное (может, в меньшей мере) оформление, должны подлежать более-менее свободному лицензированию. Лицензия {{PD-UA-exempt}} - не зависит от источника, она касается только статуса материалов - украинские законы, банкноты, гербы и т.п. не являются объектами авторского права, где бы они не были опубликованы, а рисунки, фотографии, карты и т.п. являются объектами авторского права независимо от публикации на официальном сайте. --Butko 07:27, 15 February 2008 (UTC)

Очень интересное мнение, но перед тем как согласится с ним и следовать в Commons, хотелось бы увидеть его закреплённым в новой редакции закона Украины об праве (напишите Вашему депутату сегодня же!) или хотя бы в решениях по подобным искам. А до тех пор, во избежание недоразумений, не помешает спрашивать разрешения на использование материалов согласно условий свободных лицензий. Например, польские коллеги добились разрешения на использование материалов сайта президента Польши под условиями GFDL.

Кстати, в США только работы федерального правительства однозначно находятся в общественном достоянии. Штаты же могут иметь собственные законы.

• You are right - but the problem is to retag it correctly (after changes in {{PD-Russia}} - such way that noone can remove it from Commons.(It's photo from 1921 - I think it is not a problem at all). I've written in English,but every remarks write in Ukrainian, please.

Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the second round of the 2013 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year will be the eighth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2013) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year were entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.

There are two total rounds of voting. In the first round, you voted for as many images as you liked. The top 30 overall and the most popular image in each category have continued to the final. In the final round, you may vote for just one image to become the Picture of the Year.

Dear Yakudza,

The 2013 Picture of the Year competition has ended and we are pleased to announce the results: We shattered participation records this year — more people voted in Picture of the Year 2013 than ever before. In both rounds, 4070 different people voted for their favorite images. Additionally, there were more image candidates (featured pictures) in the contest than ever before (962 images total).

• In the first round, 2852 people voted for all 962 files
• In the second round, 2919 people voted for the 50 finalists (the top 30 overall and top 2 in each category)

We congratulate the winners of the contest and thank them for creating these beautiful images and sharing them as freely licensed content:

1. 157 people voted for the winner, an image of a lightbulb with the tungsten filament smoking and burning.
2. In second place, 155 people voted for an image of "Sviati Hory" (Holy Mountains) National Park in Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine.
3. In third place, 131 people voted for an image of a swallow flying and drinking.

Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the second round of the 2016 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year will be the eleventh edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2016) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year were entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.

There are two total rounds of voting. In the first round, you voted for as many images as you liked. In Round 1, there were 1475 candidate images. There are 58 finalists in Round 2, comprised of the top 30 overall as well as the top #1 and #2 from each sub-category.

In the final round, you may vote for just one or maximal three image to become the Picture of the Year.

Round 2 will end on 20 April 2017, 23:59:59 UTC.

Вітаю! Там треба трошки обережніше довіряти атрибуції файлів, бо колеги з Міноборони позначили деякі файли як "свої", тим часом фото Пашкевича моє, ще одне фото, здається, роботи Анатолія Черкасова. Треба буде ще уважніше переглянути, що вони залили, взявши з загального Флікера української команди. Флікерний акаунт називається InvictusGamesTeamUkraine - не знаю, чи ви зможете в нього самостійно зайти. Всі альбоми, позначені в кінці MS - мої, АСН - Анатолія Черкасова. Дякую, пане Миколо. Так, на жаль, вони не вказали авторів. На Флікер я зайшов але нумерація альбомів в мене якась не така, лише цифри. Позначте, будь ласка, фото які впізнаєте. Наскільки я знаю, на сховищі є якийсь бот, який може залити всі файли з акаунту InvictusGamesTeamUkraine (наскільки розумію, вони всі СС) але я ним ніколи не користувався. Вночі поспішав, щоб на ранок можна було розмістити у новинах та соцмережах лінк на більш-менш ілюстровану статтю.--Yakudza (talk) 08:47, 1 October 2017 (UTC)

Вікі любить пам'ятки 2018 в Україні

1 вересня вже традиційно стартувала українська частина міжнародного фотоконкурсу «Вікі любить пам'ятки»! До 30 вересня включно Ви можете подавати власні фото пам'яток історико-культурної спадщини України — і змагатися за призи. Цього року є трохи змін у правилах конкурсу:

• фотографії пам'яток, для яких на момент початку конкурсу (відповідно до відомої Організаційному комітету інформації) не було жодної ілюстрації на Вікісховищі або у Вікіпедії, отримують коефіцієнт рівний 7 (для кожної пам'ятки);
• фотографії автоматично вантажаться у категорію, яка бере учать у номінації за найбільшу кількість сфотографованих об'єктів, для того, щоб фото позмагалося у номінації за найкраще фото потрібно вибрати необхідні налаштування у завантажувачі.

Також у конкурсі є спецномінація банерів для статей у Вікімандрах, детальніше за посиланням.

Ще 4 дні до завершення «Вікі любить пам'ятки»

Привіт!

Наш цьогорічний конкурс добігає свого кінця — залишилося ще 4 дні. Проміжні підсумки конкурсу опубліковано на сайті. У нас зараз понад 13500 світлин, і це значить, що Україна посідає четверте місце, поступаючись Росії (23 тисячі), Німеччині (21 тисяча) та Італії (19 тисяч). Загалом, понад 200 учасників цього року уже. Дякуємо, що вантажили фото у попередні роки, якщо б Вам захотілося ще взяти участь цього року, то може бути корисно переглянути цей пост із покроковою інструкцією як вантажити світлини: «Як подати свою роботу на конкурс». Зі списками пам'яток можна ознайомитися тут. Цього року у конкурсі також є ще одна спеціальні номінація — «Єврейська спадщина». Детальніше про неї можна прочитати за посиланням.

Вікі любить Землю 2019 в Україні триває до 31 травня!

З 1 по 31 травня триває сьомий конкурс «Вікі любить Землю» (Wiki Loves Earth), метою якого є фотографування пам'яток природи. Протягом травня ви можете завантажувати власні фото природно-заповідного фонду України та змагатися за призи. Зі списками пам'яток природи України можна ознайомитися тут. Приєднуйтеся!

Цього року є деякі зміни в правилах, зокрема:

• фотографії пам'яток, які на момент початку конкурсу не мали жодної ілюстрації на Вікісховищі або у Вікіпедії, отримують коефіцієнт 10 в кількісній номінації. Якщо ви маєте фото ще не проілюстрованих пам'яток — це збільшить ваші шанси на перемогу;
• окрема спецномінація для аерофотозйомки (фото з дронів тощо).

Вікі любить пам'ятки 2019 в Україні

Із детальними правилами можна ознайомитися тут. Для тих, хто раніше уже брав участь у конкурсі — зауважте, що цього року є певні зміни:

• у номінації «Найкраще фото» — файли повинні мати не менше 4 МПкс;
• у номінації «За найбільшу кількість сфотографованих пам’яток» — оцінка фотографії пам'ятки складається із суми базового та додаткових балів (в останній враховується чи ця пам'ятка вже фотографувалася іншими авторами та скільки фотографій пам'яток уже є з цього населеного пункту);

Нагадаємо, що фотографії автоматично беруть участь у номінації «За найбільшу кількість сфотографованих пам’яток»; однак для того, щоб фото позмагалося у номінації «Найкраще фото», потрібно підтвердити це при завантаженні.

Також цього року маємо спецномінації «Єврейська спадщина» та «Млини». Також окремо відзначатимуться найкращі відео із пам'ятками.

Organizers of the contest are holding a survey for participants to decide on whether to hold the contest this year — and when to do it. It seems that holding Ukrainian Wiki Loves Earth within traditional dates in May would not be reasonable because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Yet, we can hold the contest in June or July. З 1 по 31 липня триває восьмий конкурс «Вікі любить Землю» (Wiki Loves Earth), метою якого є фотографування пам'яток природи. Протягом липня ви можете завантажувати власні фото природно-заповідного фонду України та змагатися за призи.

Ви брали участь у конкурсі в минулі роки — можливо, вам було б цікаво долучитися і зараз. Інструкцію, як взяти участь, читайте тут. Також ознайомтеся зі списками пам'яток природи України і переліком основних та спеціальних номінацій конкурсу

Вікі любить пам'ятки 2020 в Україні / Wiki Loves Monuments 2020 in Ukraine

Привіт!

З 1 по 30 вересня вже традиційно пройде українська частина міжнародного фотоконкурсу «Вікі любить пам'ятки»! На конкурс можна подавати власні фото пам'яток історико-культурної спадщини України — і змагатися за призи. Більше можна прочитати за посиланням.

Радимо ознайомитися із детальними правилами, а також із відповідями на часті питання. З найважливіших змін цього року:

• у номінації «За найбільшу кількість сфотографованих пам’яток» — збільшився додатковий бал за фотографії пам'яток (якщо світлин пам'ятки раніше не було завантажено, то можна отримати 21 бал.

Нагадаємо, що всі фотографії автоматично беруть участь у номінації «За найбільшу кількість сфотографованих пам’яток»; однак для того, щоб фото позмагалося у номінації «Найкраще фото», потрібно підтвердити це при завантаженні.

Цього року теж є спецномінації «Єврейська спадщина», «Млини» та «Відео». Також є спеціальна номінація від проєкту «Via Regia Ukraine» — у ній автоматично беруть участь світлини всіх пам’яток міст України, через які пролягає Via Regia — Дубно, Рівне, Острог, Львів, Броди, Городок (Львівська область), Луцьк, Володимир-Волинський, Радомишль, Житомир та Київ. Цього року у Завантажувачі не передбачено окремих параметрів для спецномінацій — світлини зараховуватимуться автоматично з відповідних списків.
