Enrique Tejera París

Hola: Aunque soy el autor de la imagen , desearía, motivado al fallecimiento reciente del Dr. Tejera, eliminar esta foto de Commons, porque no puedo comunicarme con su viuda y no puedo, por lo tanto, consultar su opinión. En realidad, por motivos personales, no pude reunirme con ellos después de tomar la foto y ni siquiera les pedí su autorización aunque imaginé que no tendría ninguna objeción en subir la foto a Commons. Pero ahora es diferente porque es probable que a su esposa no le haya gustado su foto en la Wikipedia. En cualquier caso, me gustaría saber su opinión. Hola. Lo siento, pero este mapa svg es creado completamente por mi, calcado directamente desde OpenStreetMap (ver mapa completo aquí) y con el locator también creado por mi, que no es mas que este de aquí, pero coloreado con las tonalidades estandar para los mapas localizadores. @Shadowxfox: Claro que debes atribuir la fuente de OpenStreetMap. Este mapa fue el resultado de la medición de alguien y el diseño de alguien. Te recomiendo usar esta plantilla. Los mapas publicados de OpenStreetMap están bajo CC-BY-SA-2.0, licencia que requiere atribución. Por otro lado, si deseas hacer una descripción más completa del mapa, te recomendaría usar esta plantilla. Motivo de Borrado de la imegen del Remolcador de Altura?

Saludos quiero saber el motivo de la eliminacion de la imagen ya que fue tomada de http://albaciudad.org/wp/ y esta expresa que los derechos son: "Copyleft © 2015 Alba Ciudad 96.3 FM. El contenido puede ser reproducido especificando la fuente." y la imagen indicaba la fuente

@Elcacique1974: Porque Copyleft es una licencia no permite la reutilización comercial de obras derivadas, lo cual lo hace imcompatible con commons. A menos que se trate una obra de arte, si aplica copyleft Arte libre, la cual tampoco está especificada en la foto que subiste además de no ser una obra de arte.
