Сомнения в авторстве фото

Добрый день! Не так давно (9 декабря 2020 года) в Вики была загружена фотография офиса компании Европлан - см. File:Европлан офис здания в Москве.jpg. Однако это фото было использовано для статьи ARinteg внедрил СКУД и ТСОН в «Европлане» еще в сентябре 2019. В метаданных указано, что фото создано в 2018 году, т.е. загрузивший её коллега мог, теоретически, быть автором... Помогите разобраться - корректно ли загружать такую фотографию на викисклад?     • Спасибо за разъяснение. А в данном случае как лучше поступить - попросить автора переоформить карточку файла или поискать другое фото? Я указывал на источник карты, которую изменил. При этом я ещё помню этот момент был участник Hellerick с которым и некоторыми другими участниками в графической мастерской обсуждали прорисовку карты по мною указанному источнику обсуждали стиль и прочее. Участником Hellerick была предложена переделанная карта. Вот она:

Она мне не удовлетворила, поэтому я сделал свой вариант (который был удалён вами). Получается не состыковка моя карта и карта участника Hellerick были основаны на одном источнике и приблизительно в одно время мы загрузили, но удалена только моя работа. Здесь я вижу 2 причины: 1) либо я вам не нравлюсь; 2) либо вы пропустили (не знаю сколько человек проверяет файлы может не вы проверяли).
Хотелось бы узнать причину, а файл считаю требует восстановления или нужно удалить файл вышеуказанного участника. Но, если вы 2 вариант выберите, то прошу на время восстановить файл (исходник не сохранился на компьютере, не специалист в графике, поэтому много времени и сил вложил в карту). На самом деле от карт таких нужна всего лишь линии границы и местоположения городов. Поэтому можно было даже не указывать на производность работы (видимо моя ошибка), а лишь указать источник на верность карты. Поэтому я считаю, что не было нарушено авторских прав (тем более побуждения были благими, срочно нужна была иллюстрация к теме национально-территориального размежевания СА 1924 года размежеванию с минимумом информации на карте для лучшего восприятия). --Bosogo (talk) 17:34, 27 July 2021 (UTC)
