Misleading a bit? and formatting

JFTR, the [t]his would enable us part seems to be a bit misleading. Shouldn’t it read something like [t]his would enable us (and anyone else) instead? For the person will free his or her images once and for everyone, and not just allow them to be used at the WMF projects.

Also, there’re a couple of formatting issues:

• the short name of the license is “CC BY-SA” (note the blank right after “CC”), not CC-BY-SA;
• using ‘-’ right after an item number (as made with ‘#’) is something I don’t think I’ve previously seen.
