Mucho me temo que no podré retirar la consulta de borrado debido a la licencia original de la fotografía, la cual es la que indicas en la imagen misma y no la que me has enlazado en mi página de discusión. Te recomiendo que subas una nueva versión de la imagen derivada de la fotografía que me mostraste en mi discusión, pues la que usaste originalmente no permite obras derivadas por tener una licencia CC BY-ND, como tú mismo hiciste notar en la descripción de la imagen. Hola, mi nombre es Jeanette Russ. Encontré unas fotografías sobre el Hospital General de México que se daño en 1985. Es para un documental largometraje y no estoy familiarizada con Wikimedia Commons y cómo pedir licencia a la familia del Sr. Esquivel para el uso en el documental. ¿Genera algún costo? Si la obra cinematográfica la llevo al INDAUTOR a registro, Wikimedia Commons o la famila del Sr. Esquivel expiden una licencia? ¿Cuál es el costo de la misma?

Hola, muchas gracias por contestar. Sí, me gustaría contactar a la familia del autor para poder incluir sus fotos en mi documental. Efectivamente, para tener proyección es necesario registrarlo en INDAUTOR, y ahí piden todas las licencias de todo el material usado, así como cesión de derechos de las obras por encargo. Dejo mi email: jeanetteruss@me.com, ya cuando me envíen su contacto, les envío mi celular, veo que teléfonos y demás es mejor enviarlos por mensajes privados.
Agradezco mucho su atención y una disculpa por no contestar en la otra línea la respuesta, es la primera vez que entro a Wikimedia Commons, y aún estoy buscando la forma de darle contestación a la entrada anterior. Por eso abrí un nuevo tema.

Hola. He visto el lío de las fotos del flautista y -peor aún- las de la policía. Mal rollo.
Todo el problema viene del copyright, que es un derecho en sí mismo. Quiero decir que tú puedes poseer una obra -por ejemplo, mi mujer posee el original de un poema porque la poetisa se lo regaló el día de su comunión- pero el copyright sigue siendo del autor -así que mi señora no podrá subirlo a Commons hasta 70 años después de la muerte de la señora, según la ley española.
Lo de según la ley española es relevante. La ley de cada país es distinta. Por ejemplo, en Argentina podrías usar las fotos a los 20 años de su publicación. En EE.UU. podrías usar las fotos de la policía en cualquier momento porque las han realizado empleados públicos en el ejercicio de su trabajo. En general las leyes son peores que en Argentina y EE.UU.
Gran lío, como puedes ver. Seguramente lo del flautista podrías arreglarlo pidiendo el OTRS (no me preguntes cómo se hace, es una de las cosas que desconozco, como la literatura armenia y el diseño de cohetes) al fotógrafo. El flautista tiene derechos de personalidad, aunque eso en Commons no da tantos problemas.
Vamos, que la misma cosa genera derechos de tropecientasmil clases diferentes. A estas alturas ya entederás por qué los abogados tienen coches mejores que los nuestros, casas más grandes que las nuestras y una tasa de desempleo tan reducida. B25es (talk) 07:18, 11 October 2015 (UTC)

There is writen "pit stop before Grand Prix" so it would be mean in thursday 29 because Grand Prix is practise sessions, qualifications and race. So I guess you meaned "before race"?
