License review van Vimeo

Hoi Multichill, twee weken terug heb je hier om een license review gevraagd, terwijl je dit (als ik me niet vergis) zelf als administrator kunt uitvoeren. Nu heb ik gezien, dat de Category:License review needed tienduizendend aanvragen achterloopt en dat aanvragen soms jaren openstaan, terwijl er ruim 5.000 video's en video screenshots van Vimeo om Commons bestaan, zie ook Category:Videos from Vimeo.

Nu biedt hetzelfde kanaal van Kunstmuseum Den Haag en aantal andere interessante andere video's onder dezelfde licentie, die ik best graag zou willen uploaden. Gezien je eerdere actie vroeg ik me af of hier misschien iets bijzonders aan de hand is? Mvg, -- Mdd (talk) 13:28, 10 January 2021 (UTC)

Beste Multichill, ik zou het op prijs stellen als je hier toch een inhoudelijke reactie zou kunnen geven. Er is hier meer aan de hand, waarvan ik graag eerst een korte recapitulatie wil geven:
  • Op 27 december 2020 13.10u heb ik je eerst op De Kroeg tegengesproken, zie hier
  • Een half uur later plaats jij vier van bovengenoemde reviewverzoeken [1], [2], [3], [4].
  • Drie minuten daarna plaats je een commentaar in De Kroeg, zie hier
  • Dezelfde avond nog plaats bekrachtig je je stellingname in drie van dergelijke eerdere verzoeken bij geupload werk van Vysotsky [5], [6], [7], die je ook al eerder heeft tegengesproken in dezelfde discussie
  • Vervolgens lever ik weer commentaar op die drie verwijderingsverzoeken, en komt het geheel in een verdere patstelling.
Over je achterliggende beweegredenen heb je in dat ene commentaar in de Kroeg al iets laten doorschemeren. Je vind dat ik "...compleet voorbij aan het basisprincipe Commons:Project scope/Precautionary principle..." Nu heb ik in de betreffende Kroeg discussie dezelfde dag nog, zie hier, een reactie geplaatst waar je verder niet meer op ingegaan bent, zie hier.
Nu blijft mijn vraag ook, hoe ik dat tweede deel van het gezegde moet interpreteren:
.. Je bent er volgens mij al verschillende keren op gewezen door User:Ellywa als User:Ecritures.
Goede samenwerkingen zijn gebaseerd op heldere duidelijke afspraken, niet op dit onduidelijke gedoe. Multichill (talk) 12:48, 27 December 2020 (UTC)
Voor mij zijn nu juist die vier verzoeken tot een license review, die je zelf kan uitvoeren, een voorbeeld van onduidelijk gedoe. Ook die nog steeds openstaande twee massanominaties van User:Ellywa en User:Ecritures zijn voor mij een voorbeeld van onduidelijk gedoe.
Nu heeft Gouwenaar ook nog eens drie afbeeldingen voor verwijdering voorgedragen afgelopen week, waarvan er al een is verwijderd, en waarover verder hier een discussie loopt.
Je mag nu denken dat je met zo'n gezelschap goed zit, maar ik heb dat allemaal acht jaar terug meegemaakt. Nu staan er 40 afbeeldingen ter discussie, acht jaar terug zijn er 800 lemma's op Wikiquote ter discussie gesteld en allemaal verwijderd. Met de mensen die daar allemaal achter staan ben je in een nog veel groter gezelschap, die het allemaal bij het rechte eind menen te hebben.
Nu meld ik je dit slechts ter achtergrond informatie. Van jou wil ik hier graag weten, waarom je die ene administratieve afhandeling heb verricht? -- Mdd (talk) 17:36, 11 January 2021 (UTC)
Ik keek in je uploads en die viel op. Heb er daarna een license review opgezet een van de robots de review kan doen. Ik had wel verwacht dat er ondertussen een robot langs was gekomen. Multichill (talk) 18:24, 12 January 2021 (UTC)
Hoi Multichill, het is ondertussen weer ruim drie weken verder. Nu had ik toen al gezien dat die YouTubeReviewBot alleen .webm files beoordeeld, wat ik in een later verwijderd bericht heb gemeld, (zie hier), maar besloot het nog even aan te zien. Kun je mij vertellen, hoe dit opgelost gaat worden? -- Mdd (talk) 08:17, 5 February 2021 (UTC)

Straten in Wikidata

Hi,

Misschien leuk voor je bot, of misschien heb je hier al contact over gehad, maar dan toch. Ik ben een beta-gebruiker van de Commons app voor Android en sinds kort doet de app suggesties, ik vermoed op basis van de coordinaten, of de foto een afbeelding is van ...? En vervolgens heb je de mogelijkheid om een depicts statement toe te voegen.

Ik zie echter dat de foto nog niet automatisch ook aan het Wikidata item toegevoegd wordt, ik heb dat net manueel gedaan voor enkele foto's (zoals deze die ik gisteren nam. Dat zou als de optie voor iedereen beschikbaar komt eventueel met bot kunnen toch? Ciell (talk) 21:59, 2 February 2021 (UTC)

Same image without Wikidata/Category match

Hi Multichill, seems that your bot sometimes empties the mentioned list, see here. May in such a case you could just skip the result so that one can see the previous non-empty list. Regards, --Arnd (talk) 11:38, 15 February 2021 (UTC)
