Batch uploading and chunked uploads

Hi. As one of the more busy batch uploaders I was wondering if you've tried doing mass uploading using chunked uploads. Having looked around I'm unclear as to how stable it is and how well it works with the pywikipedia framework. If you've tried it yourself, or knows who else might have, and/or figured out a workaround I'd be happy to know. Namespace not found

Thank you for your comment that you left for me, that I found during my search for the voting process. To my surprise my name appeared in red, indicating that I don't exist. It is possible, that I have not physically put my name specifically into the Wikimedia commons, but my name is present on several other wiki groups, mainly Hungarian, but also German, French, Roumanian, and of course, English, but including also Meta. Unfortunately I have no idea of the procedure of how to change my name in red to blue. Perhaps you would be kind enough to elucidate the procedure. On noting that on this wikimedia commons my name appears in red I rechecked my other accounts and found that my German account has also disappeared, and I cannot renew it, because, curiously, my password is already being utilised. What I find odd also, that in one of the communication I received from Wikipedia I was told that my username and password will be universally ued everywhere on Wikipedia. Hi Trijnstel, this is not by the bot perse, but via the template {{RCE-subject}}. This template will add categories based on tags the RCE tied to their pictures. If there is no suggestion yet, it will instead add the cat you mentioned. If you know a good cat these tag should be send to, you can add it to the template, or if you think the tag should just be ignored, you can add it empty. If the upload is complete and all the tags are added all instances will be substed. Akoopal (talk) 19:51, 9 February 2013 (UTC)

Template:Nationaal Archief-license

Hi Multichill. Rd232 complained about Template:Nationaal Archief-license as it still hasn't got an OTRS template after a few years & therefore still has the {{OTRS pending}} tag on it - could you please check whether the permission was received & if so, could you add the ticket number to it? Geograph bot and dates

Hello, I have been going and trying to make it more clear on the talk pages of files what is meant by the date. For photographs all too often the date is not related to the depicted object, but rather {{Taken on}} date. Geograph bot uploads a lot of photos and vast majority of them are of architectural works, which have their own date of creation. If it is not too hard, could you change the default behaviour and put the date in the {{Taken on}} template. Sinnamon (talk) 18:25, 21 February 2013 (UTC)

New here? I noticed this edit. The date in the information template is always for when the work was taken, see the documentation. You shouldn't be adding this {{Taken on}} template. Multichill (talk) 20:36, 21 February 2013 (UTC)
Hi. Thanks for replying, I will for now not add the template to other works, but I do think that it should be used. It will help to create a better description where the person can learn the date of the photograph, the date of the work (architectural or other) depicted on the photograph, and any other dates. Question about botmultichill

Hi Multichill In Categorie:Huis Asch van Wijck I encountered "geen interlink-wiki" put in by you in 2009. Does this signify that links from pages that are not NL will be blocked? I ask because I wanted to link C.C. van Asch van Wijck which is in English. I am aware that there is a strong protective streak of the Dutch Wiki and I don't want to start an editing war by forcing a link. If you prefer to write in Dutch, I can read most of it.
