削除されてしまったファイル わぷー.jpg の撤回を行いたい[edit]

Commons の管理者権限を持つ日本人を探し、
最近も活動があり、Twitter アカウントももっていらっしゃる方でしたので、
ご連絡を行わせていただきました。よろしくお願いいたします。

自分がアップロードした画像のうち File:わぷー.png について、
GPL ライセンスによるアップロードを実施したのですが、
該当 URL が日本語表記であった事から
外国の管理者がライセンス確認を行えなかったらしく、
許可情報不足タグ付加→削除が実施されてしまいました。削除は8月3日付です。

削除撤回依頼を行えればと思うのですが、削除された本当の原因が「許可情報の不足」なのか、
それとも自分の認識どおり、単に GPL ライセンス を確認できなかっただけなのか、
撤回の手続きをどう進めるとよろしいか、ご支援いただけませんでしょうか。

いくつか思いついたことを順不同で：
  • 著作権者の許諾があれば復帰は可能です。
  • WordPressブログを見ましたが、著作権者の同意があるのかどうか、日本語話者の私にもわかりませんでした（私はGPLには詳しくありません、CC-BY-SAとの違いもよくわかりません）。
  • 「WordPress 日本公式キャラクターはこれです。著作権者は○○さんです、GPLで配布されています（？）」等と公式に紹介するページはありませんか？　
  • 画像直下に「GPL」表記があれば、非日本語話者でも理解できるでしょう。
  • コモンズでメールによる許諾宣言を受け付ける窓口はCommons:OTRSで、このシステムを使うのが確実ではあります（私はこれの日本語キューの担当もしています）

File:XOOPS Cube デフォルトテーマ.jpeg の使用許諾不明な部分[edit]

上記話題で出していた わぷー と似たケースが発生しました。

おそらく XOOPS Cube のライセンス明示がないので、タグが付けられたと想われるのですが、認識は正しいでしょうか？
ライセンス明記などの対処を行う旨、公開者・XOOPS Cube 管理者とは話ができていますので、

個人設定で日本語表示を選択なさってたら、Template:No permission since/ja　の「このファイルには使用許諾の証拠がありません。ファイルの作者および出所の情報は提示されていますが、現在付与されているライセンスに基くファイルの配布を作者が許可したことが証明されていません。」と書かれていると思います。「ひとまずこの3枚でいいんじゃないの？」というFacebookページでは「使用許諾の証拠」にはならないでしょう。ねこび〜んのような、非日本語話者がGoogle翻訳で読み取れるくらいはっきりした証拠が無ければ削除は避けられないと思います。--miya (talk) 14:51, 14 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Picture of the Year voting round 1 open[edit]

Dear Wikimedians,

Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the 2012 Picture of the Year competition is now open. We're interested in your opinion as to which images qualify to be the Picture of the Year for 2012. Voting is open to established Wikimedia users who meet the following criteria:

  1. Users must have an account, at any Wikimedia project, which was registered before Tue, 01 Jan 2013 00:00:00 +0000 [UTC].

いつもありがとうございます。画像の対応でご支援をいただき、自分も慣れまして、最近は自分が他の利用者に相談されるような状況になってきています。Miya さんに助けていただいて、今日に至ります。ありがとうございます。

さて、ちょっと困った事になりまして、こちらからご連絡差し上げました。

自分の日本語版会話ページ で、ユーザーボックスに関してのご連絡をいただき、対応していましたが、これ以上会話ページを伸ばさないでくれと書いているのも関わらず、文面を追加するわ、プレビュー機能の追加されるわで、困っています。しかもその方は管理者さんである事も確認しています。ついには個人を中傷する言葉も出てきており、何だかの対応をしないといけないような状況になってしまっていると判断し、ご連絡を差し上げました。

こんにちは。Freetrashboxさんのご意見におおむね同感です。 ウィキブレイク後に読んでいただければ、ということで、私の感想を以下に並べます。

  • プレビュー警告は私も過去、IPユーザーさんなどから頂いた経験があります。そのため、1日に同じページを連続3回以上編集した日はいまでも戦々恐々です・・・まあ、プレビュー警告されても「どうもすみませんきをつけます」とお返事するだけ（あとは放置）なんですけどね。
  • ユーザーボックスを多数作成する行為を良く思わない人たちはもちろんいらっしゃるでしょう。大半の人はそもそも気付かないので気にしないけど、熱心にRecentChangesを見守っている人は気付くでしょうし。
  • 「常識の範囲でお願い致します」というFreetrashboxさんのご意見はうなずけます、「常識の範囲」とはどこまでか、という別の問題が生じてしまいますけどね。
    ja:利用者:志賀 慶一/Userを拝見しました。記事編集のあいまに少しずつユーザーボックスを編集して、結果的にこの状態になったのなら、常識の範囲内と言えるかも。もし、ユーザーボックス編集ばかりを続けてここまでになったとしたら、目的外利用者とみなされも仕方がないかと。

というわけで、私に言えるのは、ユーザーボックスは必要最小限（自分が必要な分だけ＋リクエストされた分だけ）作るにとどめておいた方がいい、ということだけ（これが多分、私の「常識の範囲内」）。結論としては、おっしゃるとおり、こういう場合はウィキブレイクが一番おすすめです。お返事が遅れて＋お役にたてなくて、ごめんなさい。--miya (talk) 05:08, 26 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Be..anyone, thank you very much for reverting my broken edit - I tried to do so with VisualEditor and couldn't notice something wrong (though I should have). As to POTD I'd like to put all the finalist to be potd if they are not yet - they worth POTD. こんにちは。先日のMiyaさんからのタイトルアドバイスの件、ご案内に感謝申し上げます。

アドバイスを頂いた内容を手本に思案しましたが、何分にも膨大な数量をUpしてしまいましたので、タイトル変更依頼も数日がかりとなりますし、また当方の時間的制約他、諸般の事情も鑑み以下の様式にタイトルを改変することにしましたので、先ずはお礼を兼ねてご報告とさせて頂きます。
