Goodies, tips, and tricks Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities. You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads. Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Danke für den Hinweis. Habe ich übersehen. Ich bekomme beim Hochladen sehr häufig solche Meldungen wie:

"Dateien mit unpassenden oder ohne ausreichende Lizenzinformationen werden ohne weitere Nachfrage gelöscht."

"Warnung: Der Dateiname wurde in „Retreats_on_the_street_5._August_2020-3.JPG“ geändert. Bitte ändere unten die Dateibeschreibung und versuche es erneut."

Wenn ich dann weiter hochlade, fällt meine Lizensierung weg, so wie wohl in diesem Falle. Ich muß die dann händisch nachtragen. Das ist derzeit bei gefühlt über der Hälfte meiner Uploads so. Echt lästig. In diesem Falle habe ich es offensichtlich übersehen, und habe deswegen die Lizenz gleich nachgetragen und anschließend die Bot-Meldung gelöscht. Das mit dem Hochladen hier ist sehr, sehr unerotisch - ständig gibt es Probleme: nicht nur obgenannte, sondern auch Hochladeseite nicht erreichbar, Datei wurde erstmal nicht gefunden usw. - immer braucht es dann zwei, drei Anläufe. Im Grunde ist bei fast jedem Upload irgend ein Wurm drin, manchmal auch zwei oder drei ... Nur ein einziger K(r)ampf hier. Zum Glück gibt s ja ein paar Bots wie den hier, aber manche funktionieren grad gar nicht wie der zum Drehen - siehe aktuelle Forums-Disk. Insgesamt ist die Arbeit auf Commons mittlerweile echt ein "Schmerz im Arsch". Angeblich gibt es ja den technischen Fortschritt - hier fühlt sich das aber an wie damals: "Vorwärts, Kameraden, es geht zurück!" MaG --Methodios (talk) 18:27, 1 July 2021 (UTC)
