File:Alice Waddington, editorial for Tentaciones Magazine.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!

Hi! This is not a copyright violation. Please keep the images. If in doubt, please ask the author himself. Email pascalmoscheni@gmail.com, website of this Italian photographer and DJ https://soundcloud.com/pascalmoscheni. The second closest thing he has to a site is https://www.instagram.com/pascalmoscheni/

He has given his permission under the detailed detailed Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 International license.

OK, please do not delete the images. I am getting in contact with the photographers and asking them to use the direct OTRS tool instead of the email form. Patience...

Happy to say I contacted the photogtapher 'Paduano Andre' through his email and he answered very fast. He is going to confirm his authorship this weekend. Also contacted the director of photography for the short film through email and he is looking into it it seems. I hope Pascal Moscheni (photographer) also answers, but he only has one photo in the article anyway. Thinking this will get resolved by next week. Hugs, Martha. Larry, thank you for your guidance, they are all using the direct formulary. — Preceding unsigned comment added by MarthaDaisy (talk • contribs) 22:21, 31 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi TRIL, cool news: Andre Paduano just confirmed his authorship of this picture and consent to Wikipedia to use it under 'creative commons'. He told me he did not receive any emails tough, as he was not asked to provide his email or phone. What do we do now to cancel this deletion nomination? Thanks!!

Martha

Good news, TRIL: photographer Andre Paduano just consented to the use of this pic in Wikipedia under the creative commons thingy using the formulary. What do I do now to cancel this deletion nomination and make sure that subject does not come up again? He told me he did not receive any emails tough, as he was not asked to provide his email or phone. Thank you all!!

Image permissions[edit]

Hi again Martha. If the photographers who created the images that you have uploaded have given their permission for you to do so under a Creative Commons licence, then that permission needs to be submitted for verification, following the instructions at Commons:OTRS. The onus is on you to provide evidence of permission, rather than on other volunteer editors to contact the photographers. Cordless Larry (talk) 09:30, 31 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
