关于我重复上传侵权图片的问题[edit]

首先我非常抱歉，关于我上传侵权图片的行为，同时辛苦您的审核，在这里向您表示敬意。我希望在这里可以跟您澄清，因为我所上传的图片是我正在上的大学，我是这个学校的在校学生。关于学校环境的照片，以及学校的标志我都征求了版权所有者（学校）的同意，所以我希望你们可以了解到这个情况。如果关于学校环境的照片您有异议，我可以去现场重新拍摄。但是关于学校的标志文件，我并不清楚如何以正确的方式上传，希望您可以解答，衷心的感谢。 EvanWangROC (talk) 00:59, 31 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@EvanWangROC 您可以在维基百科或维基共享资源（Wikimedia Commons）上传标志。这是两个不同的项目。上传方式差异如下：
一、版权所有者在维基共享资源发布其机构标志，即同意“任何人以任何方式，使用或修改标志的图片，包括商业用途”。这将会导致机构失去对标志的控制，且不可撤销。因此，以学校为例，在上传后，需要通过校长办公室以电子邮件发送一份授权声明至共享资源的专用邮箱，详见COM:VRT/CONSENT。
二、在中文维基百科以及其它语言的维基百科以合理使用的依据，上传该标志。以中文维基为例：
首先需要将图片总像素数降低至10万以下；然后在首页顶栏点击“工具” --> “上传文件” --> “点此开始上传向导” --> 填写第一、第二步，在第三步选择“这是一个受著作权保护、非自由内容...” --> 填写使用的条目，并勾选“这是组织、公司、品牌等的标志” --> 展开后，填写来源，勾选“该图像将专门用在该实体的条目顶部显示...” --> “说明为何使用这个文件是最小程度的”可以填写为“本标志的尺寸和分辨率既能确保图片品质不至于损害公司或机构的形象，又避免了不必要的过高分辨率” --> 最后点击上传。
