Maybe one of my favorite images. The mountains Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau from the shores of Lake Neuchâtel in Neuchâtel. I knew they can be observed there, but sometimes you don't recognize them also if the sky is blue. Myst and fog and whatever appears in the view, like a curtain.I travelled there several times before and not much was to be seen.
Its Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau together with the Niesen to the right in the image across Lake Thun from Thun, likely at the "Blue Hour".
The Dome of the Federal Palace in Bern with Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. I've seen a similar file on commons but I at first didn't believe it was possible. Apparently it is.
That is another image I was after for quite some time. Not really special on first sight, but it is the view over the frozen Lago Blanco covered with snow and in the background one can see mountains that usually are also behind a curtain of myst. I just went there to see the frozen Lago Blanco with sunny weather, that then the mountains were also perceivable, thanks.

Welcome to my user page. I like to upload files of flowers, mountains, lakes and art. Sometimes I also find some interesting view of a city or a building and then I also upload it. Besides my uploads, I am mainly active in categorization and (harmonizing) licensing. I have another (former) account User451819913. I noticed that with that one, I could use the Image annotator without a workaround, (workaround is explained here), and therefore I usually perform Image Annotator related edits with that account. But that works with breaks, more on the issue you can find at the Image Annotator discussion of the Phabricator. I consider the Paradise Chronicle account as my main account, but some edits I do with the User451819913 account.

If you disagree with an edit I've done, undo it or leave me a note, I am likely not aware of all the guidelines and shortcuts and grateful if you can explain me something I didn't know. If you see a file of mine of insufficient quality, I won't oppose its overwriting or deletion. But I'd be glad if someone checked if a better file was uploaded before the deletion, because I try to upload files of views and things of which are none yet or very few files on commons.
