我就是看到了這一次是誰封鎖你，才也感到「驚訝又難過」。我知道那人有問題。但我不是sysop，就什麼也做不了，和其他外國人多費唇舌也沒用，因為他們「也相當官僚主義」。
我只能請你不必焦慮，等我2023年底選了sysop之後，可以盡量幫你跟別人解釋。現在慢慢等吧。（我今年還是比較忙，所以暫時不選sysop。）

只要你上傳的照片是好的，不是瑣碎無聊的，就算他們故意找茬也不會成功。我只能勸你不要把那些人瞎說的幾句話放在心上。他們可能也不記得了呢。
請你明年封鎖解除之後，也不要自己跑到公共討論版（VP、help desk等等）把這些舊事反複講。大家都已經忘了，請你也忘記那些事，拜託。

你舉的Category:National Taiwan Museum的事例，顯然你的做法，把分類向下分流，是對的。以後如果你再遇到這些涉及分類的問題以及用戶，我可以和你一起去解釋。Commons用英文為主，所以很多東亞人不太適應，不太明白，我多費些時間向他們解釋一下就好了。

Category:Museums of Taiwan by year of establishment

你搞的這個分類樹太瑣碎了吧。很多年份都只有1間博物館。比如National Taiwan Museum應該直接放在Museums established in 1899和Organizations of Taiwan established in 1899，這樣更好吧。

老實說，我覺得Category:Organizations by year by country這樣的分類樹都太瑣碎而且沒什麼意義。不過這不是你創建的分類。我會另外提出cfd。 Roy17 (talk) 17:42, 16 January 2023 (UTC)

我最初询问智慧财产局的时候就有附上你邮件里说到的章忠信的这个观点，他们的回复你在这个讨论页也看得到，我这边概括一下，智慧财产局回复的观点概括来说是：不是看镜头离得多远，而是看作品是不是拍摄的主题或重点。

正如你说的，章忠信是学者，不是官方，这只是他的个人观点而已。还有学者有不同的解读（蕭雄淋、裴騰、簡啟煜、林洲富），我之前在这个讨论页上也有列举。

其实，智慧财产局在途中明确这样告诉我，可见他们也是征询了许多学者的观点的：
