Aircraft to move category

I was just coming through to see if there were any uncategorized aircraft photos I could help with, and I noticed Category:Aircraft to move. I haven't seen this naming scheme for a category before, so I was wondering what you made it for. What did you mean by adding more information? The photo was from Indonesian Government source and has been shared public. What kind of information that I need to add? I got it from a book which was shared by Indonesian Government and uploaded in Wikisource. {{PD-IDgov}} was applied caused the book didn't have any other copyright other than it was distributed by government and I think that will applied to the picture too.Agus Damanik (talk) 17:19, 20 August 2021 (UTC)

Hi JuTa, I see that there was an issue with the source or licensing for the image (File:Asli Demirguc-Kunt High-220x220.jpg). Da war seit nfang Juli {{OTRS pending}} auf der Beschreibungsseite eingebunden. Wenn solche Bilder über einen Monat keine Bestätigung von Commons:OTRS bekommen, können und sollen sie gelöscht werden. Gruß --JuTa 05:56, 24 August 2021 (UTC)

This picture is from katy perry's official Instagram, my picture is just a crop made by someone else of the official picture.. This person just cropped the photo, he didn't shoot it and he didn't change it in any way. Hence the fact that I don't understand your demarcation. Just because it is posted on social media (official or otherwise) doesn’t make it a free-use (freely licensed). Please read COM:L. If you can get permission to upload under a free-use license from the copyright holder (which is sometimes the photographer, artist or production company, it will need to be sent to COM:VRT. Deletion of photos Koningsdag 2019 - OTRS ticket#2021071710005125

Dear JuTa, I saw that you deleted a lot of photos from Category:Koningsdag 2019 in Amersfoort, but it is not certain yet that they are illegal on Commons. See Ticket#2021071710005125 for the details. I am in contact with Ellywa about this case. I tried to contact the photographer Robin Utrecht twice, the second time was last week, but I still have no answer from him, perhaps he was on vacation. I have only a website of him with a form to fill in, so no phone number or adress. Could you please reverse this deletion set untill there is more clear about the status of the photos? Привіт!

З 1 по 30 вересня вже традиційно пройде українська частина міжнародного фотоконкурсу «Вікі любить пам'ятки»! В Україні цей конкурс пройде вже вдесяте. На конкурс можна подавати власні фото пам'яток історико-культурної спадщини України — і змагатися за призи. Більше можна прочитати за посиланням.

Радимо ознайомитися із детальними правилами, а також із відповідями на часті питання. Як і того року — у номінації «За найбільшу кількість сфотографованих пам’яток» можна отримати 21 бал за фотографії об'єктів, якщо світлин цієї пам'ятки раніше не було завантажено.

Нагадаємо, що всі фотографії автоматично беруть участь у номінації «За найбільшу кількість сфотографованих пам’яток»; однак для того, щоб фото позмагалося у номінації «Найкраще фото», потрібно підтвердити це при завантаженні.

Цього року вперше будуть окремо виділені фото з повітря (дронами, квадрокоптерами тощо) — у спеціальній номінації «Аерофото». Для того, щоб робота потрапила на спецномінацію потрібно вибрати її у Завантажувачі.

Також вперше проводиться спеціальна номінація «Пам'ятки Подесення», знову пройдуть спецномінації «Відео», «Єврейська спадщина», «Млини», «Пам'ятки національно-визвольної боротьби» та «Via Regia Ukraine». Для участі світлин у цих спецномінаціях не потрібно обирати нічого у Завантажувачі — світлини зараховуватимуться автоматично з відповідних списків.

Hallo JuTa, warum hast Du ein Bild, das seit über zwei Jahren hier existiert und vom Namen her genau in die Kategorie ISS Expedition 58 Crew Earth Observations gepasst hat, gelöscht und als Link nach ISS058-E-1781 - View of Earth.jpg verschoben? Nun liegt es in der "Dump"-Kategorie ISS Expedition 58 Crew Earth Observations (dump), was nicht sehr sinnvoll ist. Da mein Upload die selbe Qualität hat, muss er als "älterer" vorang vor ganz neuen Uploads haben. Jetzt fehlen wahrscheinlich auch Kategorien, die "mein" Upload hatte und nun veschwunden sind. Könntest Du bitte den vorigen Zustand komplett wiederherstellen? Die eine zusätzliche Datei im "Dump"-Ordner stört da auch nicht weiter, da vmtl. sowieso alle Dateien der übergeordneten Kategorie Quasiduplikate in der "Dump"-Kategorie haben. Ich weiß leider nicht mehr wie der letzte Stand war, ein OTRS-Ticket gabe es ja, aber ich weiß nicht, was da noch fehlte, da mir Mails abhanden kamen. Ich weiß dass da mit den Klöstern immer wieder Probleme gibt, denn auch die Fotografen geben mit den Fotos ihre Rechte ans Kloster ab, sodass diese Rechte komplett dann ans Stift übergehen. Hello, You left a tag querying the copyright status of this image. You are correct - it is a derived work in that it is an image of a book cover. The book from which it was scanned was published in 1947, and the publisher (so the owner of the copyright) is Penguin Books. As the book was published in 1947 it does not have an ISBN. The editor of the book died in 1977. In either case it is still within the copyright period. So perhaps you _should_ delete it. It was only added to allow others to identify the source of biographical details of the editor S.W.C. Pack, which they may not be able to obtain elsewhere. Hello. Sorry but this deletion must be a mistake. This photo was taken in Spain around 1872. There is absolutely no way this photo has copyright. We have hundrets of similar cases each week, where people claim own work and apply a CC license to get attributed for historical images. They all get deleted if not fixed. But I ow have restored this one and renewed the problem tag now. Brent Trolle gallery photos

I noticed the gallery of images at w:Brent Trolle has been deleted; I worked with the Trolles on the upload and helped them create the OTRS email, which they sent through on 2 August. The image File:2019-11-18—Quail·Burn·Woolshed·Omarama·Otago—Brent·Trolle.jpg is one of seven included in that legal release, and has been processed correctly by the VRT @Shizhao: . But I'm surprised the other six were not correctly tagged with a permission ticket. Hello @JuTa: , how are you. This file is a political party's former official public domain visual identity. It is useful to maintain it on Wikipedia for informational purposes and historical political archive. Plus, I was trying to find it in order to use it on previous election pages. According the description page the copyright belongs to "Partido do Movimento Democrático Brasileiro" and is licensed {{Cc-by-4.0}}. In this case we a written permission by the copyright holder through Commons:OTRS. --JuTa 14:23, 14 September 2021 (UTC)

Vienne is a region and a city

I removed the erroneous "nature of Vienne" tag that you added because espace vertes in Vienne refers to the city parks department. Vienne is in Isère if you really think it's a good idea to refer to horticulture as nature. The preposition 'of' is also incorrect in English.

Jetzt sind Bilder in ihren Kategorien verschwunden und kaum auffindbar. Das Beste wäre natürlich, wenn Du auf "meine" Dateien verlinkst, dann hätten sie wenigstens einen vernünftigen Namen. Зараз Україна посідає 3-є місце за кількістю завантажених світлин, поступаючись Російській Федерації та Німеччині. За першу половину місяця було завантажено світлини пам'яток із усіх регіонів України, але частина із них є дуже погано представлена. Could you restore these categories deleted?

They are not actually empty. It was created as part of a project that we launched a few weeks ago while waiting for the images to be submitted by the participants. You will have noticed that they currently contain images as part of the project. Could you restore these categories for the happiness of this project if you do not find inconveniences? Italian Army gorget patches

Hello Juta

You deleted a few files I uploaded and put notices up that these are derivative works. Although these gorget patches are the exact same, I uploaded them twice as per Italian Army uniform code they were used to identify different types of troops. There is a whole article about this: Italian Army gorget patches. I would ask you to please a) remove your derivative work tags, because these aren't in any way derivative works and b) to restore the deleted files, because - although they look the same - the file description makes it clear they are for different types of troops: i.e. the World War II - Mostrina - XIV Btg. Genio Divisione "Isonzo" is the gorget patch of the XIV Engineer Battalion of the 14th Infantry Division "Isonzo", whose divisional gorget patch was an azzure square, while the World War II - Mostrina - Genio di divisione motorizzata e corazzata is the gorget patch of the engineer units of armored and motorized divisions. The infantry divisions and armored/motorized divisions are separate entities and on their identifying gorget patch the artillery or engineer identifier was superimposed. Same goes for the 22nd Infantry Division "Cacciatori delle Alpi", whose divisional color was a green square, while the similar gorget patch is for the artillery and engineers/artillery of the Italian Gebirgsjäger. Deleting some of the patches rips a hole into the affected divisions' gorget patch collections, which were complete for all Italian divisions. These four gorget patches were deleted, and a redirect added to the gorget patches of other units, which you then tagged as derivative:

• 1st Artillery Regiment of the 22nd Infantry Division "Cacciatori delle Alpi"
• 6th Artillery Regiment of the 14th Infantry Division "Isonzo"
• XIV Engineer Battalion of the 14th Infantry Division "Isonzo"
• Engineer units of the Alpini Corps

Again: all of these files were created by me based on a text outlining the World War II gorget patches of the Royal Italian Army. There is no other source for these files to give. I argue that, firstly, I am the sole owner of this photo, and secondly, Polish copyright law does not apply to all photos, but only to those that have special artistic value. User:Rs-nourse, please halt any proposed deletions

Hi, you seem to have tagged hundreds of images uploaded by User:Rs-nourse "This media file is a derivative work incorporating another work or works. While the source of this file has been identified, essential source information for all work incorporated in this file is missing" - and threatened speedy deletion. ALL / 100% of his images are created by this user, and all elements within them, there is no derivative element which needs to be credited to any other author. You have made a wild assumption. Please will you therefore discuss the matter with User:Rs-nourse before you take any further action, which would be deemed reckless, misinformed and highly damaging to the wikipedia project. There are thousands of hours which have gone into this work by User:Rs-nourse which is a great asset to wikimedia, it's all his own work, every bit of it, and he does not need to credit every brushstroke/keystroke/mouse-click, or every quartering within every shield - all produced by him. He states "You have literally marked every file I've ever uploaded" and gave you an explanation, but you do not seem to have engaged with him. It is now completed in Russia (active in May), but it's still open in almost all the other countries.

If you want to take part in WSC2021, please consult this page. Only some national categories are associated to competitions with local prizes.

If you are an expert user, we remind you that images uploaded within the deadline can be included in any case in their national category even if not uploaded with the main interface.
