Comment about my rejected image

Dear Jeff, you've just left a message in my talk page stating that the image reference there is a copyright violation, but I just don't get it since I took that photo, perhaps I'm missing some kind of licensing issues, could you please be a little clearer?

Gonzalo, thank you for your reply. Per this log, File:Albatros ceja negra - paso drake - noviembre 2005.jpg was deleted because "Flickr review failed; image is all rights reserved or NC/ND only at Flickr". That means we can't use that image and images in similar situations here on Commons because of the licensing on Flickr. You have two options for allowing your images in similar situations here on Commons:

1. Change the licensing on Flickr for those images. To do this, you would need to set a Wikimedia Commons compatible license, either "Attribution Creative Commons" or "Attribution-ShareAlike Creative Commons", on the "Set a license for this photo" page (or "Organize / Batch organize / Permission / Change license" for a batch of them), click the "SAVE" button, and then reply here indicating your change.
2. Do not mention that the images are on Flickr, and use an accepted license here.

Of those options, the first is preferable because it allows people to use them from Flickr without having to deal with Commons.   — Jeff G. (talk|contribs) 23:32, 14 May 2009 (UTC)

You'd have to talk to Kved (talk | contribs) about that. As for notice, "If you do not provide suitable license and source information, your upload will be deleted without further notice. I think that all the images of http://www.flickr.com/people/fer-ribeiro/ are of Fer Ribeiro. See this: http://www.flickr.com/people/fer-ribeiro/.
