File:Arnold Schönberg Variationen für Orchester op. 31 excerpt.mp3

Hallo, und ein frohes und gesundes neues Jahr. Du hattest diese Datei zur Wiederherstellung in 2022 vorgeschlagen, nachdem nun das Schutzrecht für den Komponisten abgelaufen ist. Allerdings sind bei solchen Aufnahmen auch immer die Rechte der beteiligten Musiker geschützt, und so wie es aussieht haben wir noch kein gültiges Ticket für die Freigabe erhalten. Das war das Frankfurter Rundfunk-Symphonie-Orchester im Jahr 1931 unter Hans Rosbaud, offenbar vom Hessischen Rundfunk zur Verfügung gestellt. Du hattest die Datei mal mit {{OP}} markiert, aber da war anscheinend nichts weiter geschehen und du selbst hast die Datei zur Löschung angemeldet. Wie sich herausgestellt hat, war in dem Ticket die Freigabe für diese Schönberg-Aufnahme nicht enthalten — eventuell weil die Partitur zu dem Zeitpunkt noch geschützt war. Es wurde aber vorgeschlagen, dass ein deutschsprachiges VRT-Mitglied mal den hr anschreibt, und um eine nachträgliche Genehmigung bittet. Wer das macht und wann, kann ich aber nicht sagen. Japanischer Garten

Moin Gnom du kennst dich doch mit sowas aus: Gehe ich recht in der Annahme, dass Category:Japanischer Garten at Planten un Blomen‎ (1 K, 23 D) und Category:Japanischer Landschaftsgarten at Planten un Blomen‎ (5 D) beide dasselbe bezeichnen und insofern redundant sind? Nein, ist nicht dasselbe. Sind beide auch getrennt im Parkplan aufgeführt.Der Landschaftsgarten befindet sich gleich am Eingang vorm CCH mit dem Wasserlauf und den Steinen und der Japanische Garten befindet sich am Durchgang zur Messe mit dem Teehaus, Laternen und diversen Gewächsen. Ja, das sind tatsächlich zwei getrennte Areale – getrennt durch das nordöstliche Ende der "Marseiller Promenade" (ehemals Marseiller Straße). Ich musste aber auch erst einmal nachdenken, weil mir die unterschiedlichen Namen nicht bekannt waren. Lucian Freud

Hallo Gnom; mir ist gerade deine Nachfrage in Commons:Deletion requests/File:Lucian Freud Naked Portraits Museum für Moderne Kunst Frankfurt 2000 Rolf Lauter.jpg aufgefallen, da ich diese LD, an der ich mich beteiligt hatte, immer noch beobachte. So wie ich es verstehe, ist es so gelaufen: Zu dem Zeitpunkt, als Gbawden die Löschdiskussion abgearbeitet hatte (7. April 2020), war die Datei durch eine Version ersetzt, in der das Gemälde von Freud durch eine weisse Fläche ersetzt worden war. Urheberrechtlich wäre das wohl in Ordnung, wenn für das Foto eine Genehmigung vorliegt, allerdings inhaltlich irreführend (weil Rolf Lauter da nicht vor einem leeren Rahmen stand), was ich in der Löschdiskussion kritisiert hatte. Ich hatte darum auch in der Bildbeschreibung darauf hingewiesen. Das wäre m.E. so eine brauchbare Lösung gewesen (zensiertes Foto mit Hinweis), wenn wir keine Freigabe für das Gemälde haben. Am 16. August 2020 hat dann aber Krd zurück auf die alte Version revertiert, also mit dem urheberrechtlich geschützten Gemälde, für das anscheinend (laut Nat in der Löschdiskussion: "Permission is only for the photo and not the painting") keine Freigabe vorliegt. Aber im Gegensatz zu Krd bin ich kein Mitglied des VRT (früher als OTRS bezeichnet), vielleicht gibt es ja doch eine Freigabe für das Gemälde, eventuell kann Krd etwas dazu sagen (hiermit ist er ja angepingt, und da er deutscher Muttersprache ist, habe ich mir auch erlaubt, hier auf Deutsch zu schreiben). Ich erlaube mir, deinen Edit in der abgeschlossenen Löschdiskussion zurückzusetzen, da wie in de-WP bei abgeschlossenen Löschdiskussionen eigentlich nicht mehr editiert werden soll. @Gnom: Krd schreibt hier tatsächlich, dass auch die Zustimmung des Rechteinhabers an dem Gemälde vorliege, "dieses Foto mit dem Gemälde für jeden Zweck zu nutzen". Ob der Rechteinhaber wusste, dass er damit auch zustimmt, z.B. das Gemälde aus dem Foto auszuschneiden und nach Belieben, auch kommerziell zu nutzen, was die CC-BY-SA ja erlaubt, frage ich mich schon, aber ich habe ja keinen Einblick in die Korrespondenz, dann müssen wir das wohl so akzeptieren. Ich fürchte, der Upload dieses Dateityps ist hier für neue Benutzer bewusst gesperrt, bis du hier auf Commons etwas mehr Bearbeitungen vorgenommen hast. Could you please clarify "midnight"? From discussion at commons and at archive.org it seems to be very unsure, if this file becomes PD at 0:00 EST, or 0:00 PST. As far as I know the MOTD changes at 0:00 UTC - at a time when the file in question has not yet entered public domain?
