Hexeneinmaleins

Lieber Gnom Das Werk ist angekauft worden durch den Kunstkredit Basel und ist im Besitz des Kunstmuseums Basel. Es ist jedoch z.Z. nicht ausgestellt, sondern im Lager aufbewahrt. Das Dorfmuseum Mumpf (CH) durfte das Werk anlässlich der Ausstellung "Die textile Kunst der Mathilde Riede-Hurt" 2014 zu ihrem 25. Todestag vom Kunstmuseum Basel ausleihen. Das Museum hat das Bild gleichzeitig fotografiert und uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Copyright habe ich aus Versehen nicht richtig angegeben. So stimmt es: Copyright Kunstmuseum Basel. Für mich mit Jahrgang 1941 ist die Wikipedia-Anleitungssprache nicht immer verständlich. Ich bin Dir dankbar, wenn Du die richtigen Angaben zum Bild veranlassen kannst. Lieber Gnom Genau. Heute hatte ich ein Telefongespräch mit der Tochter der Künstlerin, Frau Gabriele Roth-Riede in Kirrweiler. Sie zeigte sich sehr erfreut, dass das Werk ihrer Mutter nun auf Wikipedia festgehalten ist. Ihr Sohn, Urs Roth, wohnhaft in Berlin, wird ihr die Seite auf Wikipedia über die Auffahrtstage zeigen. Frau Roth hat an unserer Ausstellung 2014 wesentlichen Anteil, wie auch der Sohn von Frau Mathilde Riede-Hurt, Dr. Nikolaus Riede, Pathologe, em. Professor. I don't mind. I don't exactly know how I would annotate the image but I edited the file page to indicate my preferred author string. I should also note that since this WMCON had been more than three years ago already, I have no recollection anymore that I handled the camera that was used to take this photo. It certainly was not my own camera so I assume that Gnom requested me to take this photo using his camera. —seav (talk) 04:59, 30 September 2018 (UTC)

Hi Palosirkka, first of all, thank you for supporting the Sustainability Initiative! I added a link to the source, do you think that will do for the time being? Also, do you think we could find some other Finnish Wikipedians who would like to sign as supporters? I think that image requires work because if you look at the renewables data vs chart for UnitedLayer the data says 30% whereas in the image it looks like 6%. I assumed green = renewables. It's easy to draw the wrong conclusions if our data or visuals are wrong. I never resolved it, nor did I know the template has been removed. It's still there with a facebook link and non-reviewed - as per COM:LR, such links need a reviewer to confirm that the license is valid for commons. Uploaders often forget to add {{LicenseReview}} to such a page, and then they do not get found for ages. I would suggest you use the OTRS team to confirm ownership - see COM:OTRS - whoever owns the facebook account can prove that they own it, via the OTRS team and give permission. There's nothing to link anyone with the facebook account. The image has a facebook tag attached to it, showing it was directly copied from facebook. If you want to upload the camera image instead with the proper camera EXIF data then that could solve the problem. Ronhjones  (Talk) 22:44, 20 February 2019 (UTC)

Wiki Loves Monuments 2019


Hallo Gnom,

bald ist es soweit: Vom 1. bis zum 30. September 2019 findet zum neunten Mal der internationale Wettbewerb Wiki Loves Monuments statt. Dabei können Bau- und Kulturdenkmale fotografiert und die Fotos hochgeladen werden. Du hast an einem der vergangenen Fotowettbewerbe teilgenommen. Deshalb laden wir dich ein, dieses Jahr wieder mitzumachen. Wir freuen uns auf deine Fotos!

Es sind viele spannende Motive überall in Deutschland zu fotografieren. Neben beeindruckenden märchenhaften Schlössern, Burgen und Kirchen können auch andere Kulturdenkmale wie Brücken, Industrieruinen, Bauernhöfe oder Parks fotografiert werden, um sie unter anderem in der Wikipedia zu dokumentieren. In den letzten Jahren sind zahlreiche neue Denkmallisten entstanden, die sich über Fotos freuen. Für die Suche nach Motiven gibt es bei Wikipedia zahlreiche Listen und Karten. Als Einstieg hilft diese Übersichtsseite. Weitere Informationen erhältst du auf der Mitmach-Seite.

Du bist interessiert, am Wettbewerb mitzuwirken, dir fehlt aber die richtige Technik? Dann wirf doch mal einen Blick in den Technikpool und das Technikleihportal von Wikimedia Deutschland! Dort findest du Kameras, Objektive und Zubehör verschiedenster Art. Sollte noch Technik fehlen, die aber in Zukunft unbedingt benötigt wird, dann freut sich Wikimedia Deutschland über dein Feedback zum Technikpool.

Außerdem laden wir Dich ein, ab Mitte September 2019 an der Vorjury teilzunehmen. Diese bewertet die hochgeladenen Bilder und ermittelt so gemeinsam mit der Jury, die im Oktober tagt, die Sieger von Wiki Loves Monuments 2019 in Deutschland. Das Vorjurytool ist hier bald freigeschaltet. Du benötigst dafür nur deinen Benutzernamen und das Passwort.

Wiki Loves Monuments 2020

Hallo Gnom,

bald ist es soweit: Vom 1. bis zum 30. September 2020 findet zum zehnten Mal der internationale Wettbewerb Wiki Loves Monuments statt. Dabei können Bau-, Boden- und Kulturdenkmale fotografiert und die Fotos hochgeladen werden. Du hast an einem der vergangenen Fotowettbewerbe teilgenommen. Deshalb laden wir dich gern wieder ein, dieses Jahr mitzumachen. Wir freuen uns auf deine Fotos!

Obwohl es den Wettbewerb seit zehn Jahren gibt, sind immer noch viele Motive überall in Deutschland zu fotografieren. Neben beeindruckenden märchenhaften Schlössern, Burgen und Kirchen können auch andere Kulturdenkmale wie Brücken, Industrieruinen, Bauernhöfe oder Parks fotografiert werden, um sie unter anderem in der Wikipedia zu dokumentieren. In den letzten Jahren sind zahlreiche neue Denkmallisten entstanden, die sich über Fotos freuen. Es haben sich auch Kulturdenkmale verändert, sie wurden saniert oder umgestaltet. Diese Entwicklung kann auch gezeigt werden. Für die Suche nach Motiven gibt es bei Wikipedia zahlreiche Listen und Karten. Als Einstieg hilft diese Übersichtsseite. Weitere Informationen erhältst du auf der Mitmach-Seite.

Du bist interessiert, am Wettbewerb mitzuwirken, dir fehlt aber die richtige Technik? Dann wirf doch mal einen Blick in den Technikpool und das Technikleihportal von Wikimedia Deutschland! Dort findest du Kameras, Objektive und Zubehör verschiedenster Art.

Außerdem laden wir Dich ein, ab 5. September 2020 an der Vorjury teilzunehmen. Diese bewertet die hochgeladenen Bilder und ermittelt so gemeinsam mit der Jury, die im Oktober tagt, die Sieger von Wiki Loves Monuments 2020 in Deutschland. Das Vorjurytool ist hier bald freigeschaltet. Du benötigst dafür nur deinen Benutzernamen und das Passwort.

Den Hintergrund verstehe ich nicht. Das waren die "maiden uploads" des Users, der danach nur noch durch seltsame Uploads zu deutschen Themen auffiel, die er nur noch mit spanischen Titeln und Beschreibungen versah. Wiki Loves Monuments 2021

bald ist es soweit: Vom 1. bis zum 30. September 2021 findet zum elften Mal der internationale Wettbewerb Wiki Loves Monuments statt. Dabei können Bau-, Boden- und Kulturdenkmale fotografiert und die Fotos hochgeladen werden. Du hast an einem der vergangenen Fotowettbewerbe teilgenommen. Deshalb laden wir dich gern wieder ein, dieses Jahr mitzumachen. Wir freuen uns auf deine Fotos!

Obwohl es den Wettbewerb seit über zehn Jahren gibt, sind immer noch viele Motive überall in Deutschland zu fotografieren. Im Herzen Deutschlands in Thüringen und in Niedersachsen sind neue Denkmallisten entstanden, die auf Fotos warten. Übrigens in der Hauptstadt Thüringens in Erfurt findet dieses Jahr die WikiCon vom 1. bis 3. Oktober statt. Dies könnte man mit einem Foto-Kurzurlaub vor der WikiCon in Thüringen verbinden …

Vor dem Hintergrund der Flutkatastrophe 2021 haben wir auch drei Sonderpreise ausgelobt. Damit sollen Fotos prämiert werden, die Kulturdenkmale zeigen, die zerstört wurden. Das Foto kann das Objekt vor oder nach der Zerstörung zeigen.

Für die Suche nach Motiven gibt es bei Wikipedia zahlreiche Listen und Karten. Als Einstieg hilft diese Übersichtsseite. Weitere Informationen erhältst du auf der Mitmach-Seite.

Na endlich, das passte ja zeitlich, so ein tolles Video, ich bin total begeistert - kleines Mecker die berühmten Entscheidungen heißen überall und hier Sanssouci I u II nicht Preußische..
Ich denke jetzt in die andere Richtung der rechtswidrigen Schutzrechtsberühmung unserer Fotographen - wie oben im Beispiel - das kann denen gegenüber und gegenüber den nachnutzenden usern nicht so bleiben. Das wäre wohl die Seite PD-art tag. Der de:Urheberrechtsartikel bräuchte auch Aufmerksamkeit--Oursana (talk) 17:06, 30 November 2021 (UTC)
Commons:Wann man die PD-Art-Kennzeichnung verwendet könnte bei Position WMF vielleicht aktualisiert werden, aber ich denke, das passt.
Aber die community muss wissen dass Reproduktionsfotographien PD sind, o Namensnennung und dürfen auch nicht anders lizensiert werden. Hier lag immer eine geistige Spaltung vor. Haben wir im bekannten Zusammenhang auch mal besprochen.--Oursana (talk) 17:20, 30 November 2021 (UTC)

Erst einmal hier Commons:Copyright_rules_by_subject_matter/de#2D-Kunst (Gemälde usw.) könnte es hingehören.
Guck doch mal oben das 2 D Beispielsbild Pfullendorf.. aus Deutschland unter CC BY-SA 4.0, das geht doch nicht. Letztlich nur relevant für die Namensnennung, aber es soll ja sogar Abmahner geben. Schade, dass Du das nicht in Deinem Vortrag sagst. Falsche Rechtsberühmung ist natürlich im Ergebnis irrelevant, aber ich denke iS von Freiem Wissen steht es WP-- auch sehr gut Freies Wissen als solches zu deklarieren u. nicht rechtswidrig einzuschränken und sei es durch Namensnennung. Jetzt erinnere ich mich wieder, während des Rechtsstreits hatte ich mich ja hier unbeliebt gemacht, dass ich genau dem zur Geltung geholfen haben um der WP Argumentation nicht i d Rücken zu fallen.
