O revolucionário aliado (talk) 00:56, 16 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

This picture is authorized by her press office, from her official website.
We´re from her fan club, and her press office has authorized ht epicture from her official website, and her personal photographer, Rodrigo Marques.
Her artcile has been demaged. What kind of authorization should we upload? Her press office is willing to know how to upload our copyrights.
The copyright holder needs to follow the procedures at COM:OTRS. Dylsss (talk) 01:18, 16 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Many dozens of fans have been blocked from her article, for personal reasons. At least three fan clubs (more than 20 fans blocked), and the official press office from her have also been blocked, for no reaosn, byt personal revenge. They keep all of our editions (if we vandalise it, then our editions should all be delted, but they are good editions) and leave online gossip we delete from her personal life. Simone herself, her lawyer and the official press have demanded to delete gossip lies from her personal life and they keep blocking all those who speak on her behalf. This picture today was sent to me from her press office, and authorized for this upload. But again it was deleted. I will upload it tomorrow, although right belong to the artist, who authorized it. Violence, cowardice, threat, infnity block, that´s all wht fans get. Even the girl who wrote 100% of the article back in 2006 was blocked. She was blocked for no reason, since the article was there and it is sitll is for the past 14 years!
Yes sockpuppetry will result in an indefinite block for the sockpuppet accounts. Multiple accounts on that article's history appear to be blocked by a CheckUser. Dylsss (talk) 16:50, 16 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
As far as I know, a sockpuppet is someone who has a new login and is considered a person who has previously caused damage to the article. And these blocked sockpuppets are all her authorized fans who are also the authors of the article, who upload pictures and have heir work of research deleted reverted, etc. Fans who love her, who follow her, who know her. THey are not, as you know, damaging the article --they are demanding the gossip to be deleted (Vida Pessoal), and they are all trying to edit, fix and update good reliable information. Most of her songs were deleted, an entire text about her work during the outbreak was considered "not enciclopedic" (Lives), althoug a new Cd is likely to be recorded from all these new songs she is singing during these lives --media is talking a lot about her lives, an entire year of her career and work, during the outbreak, was considered not enciclopedic --and then deleted. And still 3 lines of her personal life is enciclopedic?

Warning sign
This media was probably deleted.
Thanks for uploading File:Oficialsite.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.

Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own).

The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Oficialsite.jpg]]) and the above demanded information in your request.

A previous upload with several pictures of her was made by Raphael Nogueira (a wikimedia commons registered user: https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Especial:Contribui%C3%A7%C3%B5es/Raphael_Figueira) and he used a license that allowed the pics to remain online. Can you please help me to find out what kind of license he used, so I could also used it to upload our new pics? Thank you.
We also have the authorization from her press office to upload some pics from her famous CD, 'Cigarra', what kind of authorizan should we upload, since this is an image from a cd cover, although authorized by Simone and her press office. Is it enough to have her authorization, and if yes, is there a standard letter to provide ?
The license isn't the issue, the issue is that your images have been previously published and not under a free license. I'm assuming you're talking about the image File:Simone (4009940994).jpg, it was published under a free license on Flickr. The problem is that you could be lying when you say you have authorization from the copyright holder. The process for confirming permission is detailed in the notice above and at COM:OTRS.Dylsss (talk) 16:50, 16 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
No, not at all lying, I will check the letter to be sent and the photographer will authorize, if not he himself will do the upload process I started. If he decides to send the letter to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org, how long does it take to allow it? And what if her press oficce decides to upload (since they are the copyright holder)?
How can I talk to Raphael Nogueira and ask him about the license? And also, how can we edit the article? There was a text describing this year of intensive work and it was deleted (Under the tile 'Lives'); a new CD will be released from this intensive year of work of 'lives'. Simone´s entire year of work was deleted and considered not enciclopedic. My editions were already all deleted and at least 5 threats of block have been posted to my discussion page: threat after threat due to a mere edition. A former user wrote about her 'lives' and was blocked, and yet still, although what Simone has considered her most intensive year of work ever, was deleted (she has even gotten the sponsorship of one of the countries largest insurance company), parts her private life are still online (gossip that occured some 30 years ago!). How can we edit the article with peace? How can we fix all the wrnog info that are online?
Many threats and a final block: https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usu%C3%A1rio(a)_Discuss%C3%A3o:Formiguinhas. This article was online for more than 14 years and nobody ever touched it --all of a sudden a 2 editors (Paulo Simões e Revolucionario aliado (look his name above), who work together to block more than 20 fans!, started to edit, and mostly deleted crucial parts; Paulo Simões totally vandalised the 14 years article!!), including her main songs were deleted (!!). Even fans from Portugal were threaten and blocked. How can I take Wikimedia at seriously?
How can I talk to Raphael Nogueira? Can he tell me what license did he use to upload all those 5 pics?
Hi, my name is Rodrigo Marques and Iam the author (Iam a professional photographer) of this picture, I fully authorize it to be published to Simone´s article. Please remove the speedy deltion warning. Formiguinhas (talk) 15:24, 8 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Is there any one who could help me this? Formiguinhas (talk) 15:26, 8 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

File:Cigarra20192020.jpg was recently deleted[edit]

Oh. ok. as for the re-upload of my picture? Formiguinhas (talk) 01:06, 9 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
NO - the image must be licensed via COM:OTRS. There are no alternatives. You have been told this before. You will be blocked if you do not comply with our policies. --Herby talk thyme 08:32, 9 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I already filled the fields: Iam the author of this picture and there is a license for that, right? Apart from this, I need to sign a an OTRS? I know two other photographer, also prefessional like me, who have uploaded works (many pictures without any OTRS). Formiguinhas (talk) 14:08, 9 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
You have been told numerous times on this page. The only way to host the image is if the copyright holder provides permission via COM:OTRS - that is all. --Herby talk thyme 08:27, 24 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
