Delete request onterecht[edit]

Je hebt voor drie van de bestanden die ik heb ge-upload een delete request gestuurd omdat de licentie niet zou kloppen. Er zou geen bewijs zijn dat de bron toestemming geeft. Alle bestanden die ik upload komen van www.zuiderzeecollectie.nl en als je bij de objecten even wat beter kijkt bij de detailpagina zie je dat de objecten zijn vrijgegeven onder licentie cc by sa 4.0. De fotograaf maakt alleen een reproductie en kan daaraan dus geen rechten ontlenen, maar ook met hem zijn afspraken gemaakt waardoor de werken op de zuiderzeecollectie onder die licentie beschikbaar zijn. Mijn nadrukkelijke verzoek is dat je de delete-requests ongedaan maakt en in de toekomst geen delete requests meer op mijn uploads vanuit zuiderzeecollectie.nl plaatst. Er zijn wikipedianen die met deze afbeeldingen aan de slag gaan in artikelen, dit is zeer storend. De fotograaf heeft wel degelijk rechten, dus blijkbaar heb je van licenties geen kaas gegeten. Discussie over de nominaties kun je daarom beter bij de nominatie doen, in plaats van bij mij. Edoderoo (talk) 09:05, 14 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Zie https://www.auteursrecht.nl/ik-ben-maker/Fotograaf en dit is zo met de fotograaf afgesproken anders mag het Zuiderzeemuseum het nooit zo publiceren. informeer voortaan anders even bij het museum voordat je een foto van wikimedia delete. Je kunt er namelijk nog veel meer vinden op commons als je zoekt want ze zijn gewoon over CC-BY licentie beschikbaar. Jouw link vertelt helemaal niets over het museum. Bij de foto's die jij hebt geupload staat niet (of niet duidelijk) vermeldt waarom de foto vrij van rechten is. Dat jij allerhande websites hebt gevonden die, als je die vrij interpreteert, alle foto's in de wereld als "goed voor Wikipedia" bestempeld, is iets dat je met de commons-sysops mag bediscussieren. A file that you uploaded to Wikimedia Commons from Flickr, File:Vopo's Friggin in the Riggin 2017.jpg, was found available on Flickr by an administrator or reviewer under the license Noncommercial (NC), No derivative works (ND), or All Rights Reserved (Copyright), which isn't compatible with Wikimedia Commons, per the licensing policy. The file has been deleted. Commons:Flickr files/Appeal for license change has information about sending the Flickr user an appeal asking for the license to be changed. Only Flickr images tagged as BY (CC BY), BY SA (CC BY-SA), CC0 (CC0) and PDM (PDM) are allowed on Wikimedia Commons. If the Flickr user has changed the license of the Flickr image, feel free to ask an administrator to restore the file, or start an undeletion request.

Een mogelijkheid is dat via www.wikiportret.nl te doen, ook als het geen portretten zijn. Maar zelf uploaden op Commons mag ook, en een verklaring van nl:Wikipedia:OTRS/Standaardmail naar info-nl@wikimedia.org of permissions-nl@wikimedia.org opsturen samen met de foto's kan ook. Important message for file movers[edit]

A community discussion has been closed where the consensus was to grant all file movers the suppressredirect user right. This will allow file movers to not leave behind a redirect when moving files and instead automatically have the original file name deleted. Policy never requires you to suppress the redirect, suppression of redirects is entirely optional.

Possible acceptable uses of this ability:

  • To move recently uploaded files with an obvious error in the file name where that error would not be a reasonable redirect. For example: moving "Sheep in a tree.jpg" to "Squirrel in a tree.jpg" when the image does in fact depict a squirrel.
  • To perform file name swaps.
  • When the original file name contains vandalism. (File renaming criterion #5)

Please note, this ability should be used only in certain circumstances and only if you are absolutely sure that it is not going to break the display of the file on any project. Redirects should never be suppressed if the file is in use on any project. When in doubt, leave a redirect. If you forget to suppress the redirect in case of file name vandalism or you are not fully certain if the original file name is actually vandalism, leave a redirect and tag the redirect for speedy deletion per G2.

The malicious or reckless breaking of file links via the suppressredirect user right is considered an abuse of the file mover right and is grounds for immediate revocation of that right. This message serves as both a notice that you have this right and as an official warning. Ik heb geen toegang meer tot OTRS, dus ik kan de details niet meer inzien. Je kunt gerust een OTRS-er om een second opinion vragen. Maar op OTRS vragen we altijd wel door, dus op jouw vraag "is dit echt een selfie" hebben wij ook wel doorgevraagd wie de fotograaf is, en of de rechten daarmee in orde zijn. Dat is alles wat ik er op dit moment van kan zeggen. Als je meer wilt weten, kun je bij het Nederlandse OTRS-team verder vragen, zij kunnen het ticket wel inzien.
