Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.

Pay attention to licensing

Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content: images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose.

File:1° RGT Alpini.jpg seems to be free (or it would be proposed for deletion), but it was identified as having a wrong license. Ciao, il problema è che hai caricato la cartolina come se fosse un'opera tua, con licenza Creative Commons. Possedere un'opera non dà nessun diritto su di essa. Lo so che non volevi fare male, ma considera che la violazione di diritto d'autore è un reato. Per fortuna, per la legge USA, la cartolina può essere pubblicata (ma non necessariamente per la legge italiana). Bisogna fare tanttissima attenzione quando si sceglie la licenza. Per questo file, ho corretto io. L'avviso era giusto per indicarti che la licenza era errata.

In futuro, se hai delle cartoline fotografiche non a carattere creativo (nessuna persona in costume, niente foto da studio e non disegni o quadri) italiane, caricale col caricamento guidato Special:UploadWizard

Seleziona i file da caricare. Una volta il caricamento riuscito, seleziona "Questo file non è opera mia".
Nel campo "Fonte" inserisci la scritta: postcard
Nel campo "Autore/i" inserisci il nome dell'autore dell'opera o l'editore che ha stampato la cartolina.
Per la licenza, scegli "Un altro motivo non indicato sopra" e nel campo scrivi le seguenti due righe:
{{PD-Italy}}{{PD-1996}}
Al passo successivo, inserisci una descrizione adeguata delle opere, la loro data di realizzazione (la data deve essere precedente al 1976, altrimenti la foto non è libera) ed una categoria di appartenenza.

Poi ci sono i casi dei disegni originali (un po' come l'aquila del nostro caso). Lì la cosa dipende se è menzionato un autore (sul fronte o sul retro) e se si conosce la data della sua morte. Per essere sicuri, la cartolina con disegno deve essere stata pubblicata almeno 120 anni fa. Nel caso, ne riparliamo. Questo avviso è per lo stesso motivo di prima: foto senza data (con data errata: non è del 2016), autore errato e nessuna fonte. Non si capisce se è nel dominio pubblico o non. Devi inserire le stesse informazioni in File:Piccolo S. Bernardo. Forte Traversette. 2300 m. Zona operazioni..jpg e File:La Domenica del Corriere - 9 marzo 1941 .jpg (dove manca l'autore del disegno di copertina). Per quest'ultimo devi verificare che l'autore sia effettivamente deceduto da più di 70 anni.

Detto ciò, ho cancellato tutte le scansioni de Il Mattino, in quanto troppo recenti per essere pubblicate; saranno ripristinate fra qualche anno. Ruthven (msg) 18:56, 13 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Grazie per l'invito; nel caso, mi farò sentire. Non ho mai pensato che i caricamenti "illegali" fossero fatti volontariamente, ma è bene mettere una pezza, dato che il diritto d'autore è un tema serio.

Cancellare e ricaricare i file sarebbe peggio, perché si perderebbero le informazioni delle versioni precedenti, incluse le correzioni. Le pagine si possono modificare (in alto, tasto "Modifica") e correggere, inclusi autore, data e licenza. La cosa più importante è capire chi sia l'autore dei disegni (e magari anche delle foto, ma è meno prioritario). Per la Domenica del Corriere, è possibile avere il nome dell'autore; dovrebbe essere scritto da qualche parte. Affinché si possa pubblicare un'opera, 70 anni completi devono essere passati dalla morte dell'autore. Quando hai queste informazioni, correggile nelle pagine e vediamo se i file si possono pubblicare legalmente. --Ruthven (msg) 20:50, 16 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
