Hi Botaurus, danke dass Du das template fertig gemacht hast. Allerdings mag ich den gemischt holländischen-englischen Namen nicht. Wäre Museum of Sint-Salvatorskathedraal entsprechend Kategorienamen nicht besser? Was denkst Du und wie geht die Umbenennung? Hab ich schon gesehen. Die Zwiesprachigkeit ist durch meine schnelle Bearbeitung „passiert“. Ich habs auf der Arbeit gemacht und wollte mich nicht so lange damit aufhalten. Danke für Deine Korrektur. Zu Deiner Frage; am Besten wäre wohl eine neue Kategorie für Museum of Sint-Salvatorskathedraal als Untercat für die Kathedrale und die entsprechenden Museumscats. Kategorien kann man nicht umbenennen. Man muß sie neu erstellen und die Medien umkategorisieren (oder umkategorisieren lassen miitels Antrag an einen Bot, wovon ich aber keine Ahnung habe). Manchmal muß man für eine Umbenennung noch einen Konsens mit anderen Usern finden. Entscheident wäre für mich die Eindeutigkeit des Kategorienamens. Museum of Sint-Salvatorskathedraal als Untercat würde nicht helfen, weil im Moment nur das Triptychon hierhingehört, s. a. http://vlaamseprimitieven.vlaamsekunstcollectie.be/en/sources/collections-development/saint-salvator-cathedral-bruges. (Übrigens mit dem Bot geht über http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User_talk:CommonsDelinker/commands ganz einfach, wenn Du das mal brauchst und ich Dir helfen kann, jederzeit.)

Ich meinte die Namen der Institution templates selbst, s Überschrift. Die sind so speziell, das sie niemand ohne copy setzen kann, das finde ich unpraktisch. Mein Vorschlag Museum of Sint-Salvatorskathedraal oder besser Treasury..o Schatkamer, da Kunstwerke aber so genau nicht aufgeführt werden, wohl besser nur Sint-Salvatorskathedraal, Bruges, ist immerhin im Einklang mit der Kategorie. 2. Frage und wie benennt man Institution templates um? Gruß

Achso, Entschuldigung. Institution-templates benennt man garnicht um. Man kann sie verschieben, dann entsteht eine Weiterleitung, sonst würden die Tempates in den Medien rot. Oder man erstellt ein Neues und macht ohne weiteren Inhalt nur eine Weiterleitung zum schon vorhandenen Temlate oder aber man übernimmt den Inhalt des vorhandenen Templates in das Neue, löscht den Inhalt im alten und erstellt stattdessen hier eine Weiterleitung zum neuen Template. Das hat dann zur Folge, daß z.B. „Hermitage“ oder „Eremitage “genauso funktionieren wie „Hermitage Museum“. Ich habe übrigens hier das erste Mal tatsächlich das Museum gefunden und noch ein Gemälde File:Unknown painter - Calvary - WGA23560.jpg, siehe ref. Ich glaube, ich mach mal eine Untercat nach Deinem Vorschlag Museum of Sint-Salvatorskathedraal, das ist dann auch der Name für das Museumstemplate, das andere Sint-Salvatorskathedraal, Bruges. Die Cat "Museums in Bruges" oder sowas fehlt noch. Verschieben kann nur ein „File mover“. Diese Ehre kann man beantragen. Ich glaube, Du bist lange genug dabei und hast genügend Edits um auch „File mover“ werden zu können. Frage mich jetzt nicht wo diese Seite ist. Das meinst Du. Ich verwende alle Formen und zwar jenachdem was gerade das Einfachere ist. Allerdings ziehen auch Kolonnen von Korrigierern über die Bilder und schreiben {{Institution:}} davor oder ändern {{technique|oil|canvas}} in {{oil on canvas}} und der nächste dann wieder umgekehrt. Das ist lustig wie manche Leute ihre Edit-zahl nach oben bringen. --Botaurus (talk) 15:53, 12 July 2013 (UTC)

Hallo Oursana, ich sah grad, es ist ein Panoramio Foto. Die werden wie Flickrbilder hochgeladen. Dazu benutzt man dieses tool http://wikipedia.ramselehof.de/flinfo.php. Unten auf Panoramio scrollen und oben die Url eingeben. Das tool erstellt die Seite und prüft die Lizenz. Es baut auch so eine box wie bei Flickr bilder ein, aus der hervorgeht, dass das Bild zun Zeitpunkt des Transvers wirklich frei lizenzsiert war. Da Du bloß den jpg-link angegeben hast, kann man ohne viel zu suchen garnichts überprüfen. Grüße --Botaurus (talk) 23:50, 28 July 2013 (UTC)

Du hast recht, ich habe nicht zu Ende gedacht. Shakko hat wohl ursprgl einige nummeriert. Mein Wunschname nun: Angelico Annunciation (Cortona).jpg, check vielleicht noch anhand Category:Annunciation by Fra Angelico (Cortona).

Das Bild ist nun umbenannt. Zu Deiner Frage; zu viele Detaildarstellungen vermüllen manchmal die Kategorien. Wenn sie sortiert sind, ist das natürlich besser. Manchmal ist es sinnvoll, die Details beim vollen Bild unten zu verlinken und umgekehrt Dann ist die Zuordnung eindeutig. Die Details werden dann sogar von Leuten gefunden, die nicht in Kategorien suchen, sondern z. B. das volle Bild in einem Wikipediaartikel anklicken. Ein Patentrezept habe ich jedoch nicht. {{TemplateBox}} würde eine "gewöhnliche Vorlage" darstellen. TemplateBox übernimmt die Umwandlung in JSON automatisch, wenn gewünscht.

Auf der anderen Seite steht <templatedata>JSON-Code in "Rohform"</templatedata>. Das kann auch von "jedem" Commons Benutzer bearbeitet werden, wenn er aber einen Syntax Fehler im JSON-Format macht, wird sich die Seite nicht speichern lassen. Wer nicht alltäglich mit JSON zu tun hat, wird sicher Syntaxfehler machen und dann solange nachbessern müssen, bis es gültiges JSON ist. Wenn Du es testen willst; es sind dort 2 Beispiele gelistet. Angewendet werden soll es momentan bei Vorlagen für den Assistenten zum Hochladen von Dateien. Später wird vielleicht VisualEditor auch auf Commons eingeführt und andere Tools, die Autovervollständigung unterstützen, könnten davon profitieren.

TemplateData soll es ebensolchen Tools ermöglichen, standardisiert auf die Parameterinformationen und die Vorlagenbeschreibung zuzugreifen. Auf Commons haben wir bisher {{TemplateBox}} benutzt, um Vorlagen zu beschreiben, das sehr ähnliche Informationen bereitstellt. Deshalb habe ich ein Lua-Modul geschrieben, das bei Bedarf (wenn man |useTemplateData=1 hinzufügt) die Konvertierung von Vorlagensyntax in JSON (automatisch im Hintergrund) vornimmt und somit auch TemplateData hinzufügt; nur dass der Benutzer kein JSON schreiben muss, sondern die herkömmliche Vorlagensyntax. -- Rillke^(q?) 22:28, 28 August 2013 (UTC)

Ja, ich habs grad gelesen. Wir sollten uns deswegen nicht soviel zermürben. Alle Übersetzungsversuche bleiben nur ein Notbehelf. Jetzt ist es mit „Anerkennung“ ja schon ganz gut. Früher wurde es mit „Bemerkung“ übersetzt. Das war etwas verwirrend, weil „notes“ mit „Anmerkung“ übersetzt wurde (und wird). „Erwerb“ trifft den Kern der Sache auch nicht. Manche Museen nennen es „acquisition credit“ Bei europäischen Museen wie Louvre, Ermitage oder den großen englischen Galerien, weiß ich nicht genau, was sie auf ihren web-sits meinen, aber ich glaube sie bezeichnenen nur den letzten Teil der Provennienz, also ihren eigenen Part an der Objektgeschichte. Wenn es ein Geschenk oder eine Leihgabe ist oder vom Museumsverein erworben und gestiftet wurde, gehört das m. E. in „credit line“. Hi Botaurus, das stimmt, das ist schwierig zu übersetzen. Interessant sind auch die unterschiedlichen Übersetzungen in dem von Jarekt angegebenem Link. Wobei ja das verbreitete Akquisition schon ähnlich dem Erwerb ist. Credit line ist in der Tat immer der letzte/aktuelle Teil der Provenienzkette. Erwerb würde durch Leihgabe, Geschenk..konkretisiert. Anerkennung ist Anerkennung der Rechte (Leihgabe, Urheberrecht)/Leistungen (Geschenk, mit Mitteln von..) Dritter. Vielleicht finden wir es ja gelegentlich heraus.

Da kann ich auch gerne jederzeit hingehen, nur jetzt gerade nicht. In der Kunsthalle sind glaube ich eher Deine Schwerpunkte als meine. Ich war im KHM und morgen bestimmt wieder. Im Dumont steht die viertgrößte Gemäldegalerie, wusste ich nicht. Aus dem Bauch schätze ich, dass Metropolitan, Louvre und Getty die größeren sind. Wär mal spannend zu wissen. Die stehen dann da, wenn man den Datensatz hat. Den suche ich ganz normal. Das Problem war hier, der war schon vorhanden, aber ohne label, und war damit unauffindbar. Ich habe dann einen neuen angelegt und zwischendrin hat er gesperrt, weil die Info schon anderweitig verknüpft war. Hatte ich auch noch nie. Ich finde data ganz schön. Manchmal geht es nur durcheinander zB Descent from the cross/Entombment. Das muss ich mir noch einmal genau aufdröseln. Wenn man Fehler auf Project chat meldet, wird das nach meiner Erfahrung sofort gelöst.

zum creator: ich habe jetzt erst gesehen, das da zwei sortkeys waren, das erklärt einiges, deswegen hatte ich den Francesco nicht verbessert, weil 2. sortkey nicht mehr gesehen. Der jetzt richtige Link RKD sagt sortkey Girolamo dai Libri. Das würde ich dann hier und in der cat gerne so machen. Hier ist übrigens auch die wikidata nr angegeben, aber nicht sichtbar(?) Glückwunsch zum Zoomen. Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco haben allerdings keien großen Zoom. Früher ging mal mehr. Und deshalb sind, so es sie gibt, die Bilder bei The AMICA Library größer, wie hier. Über diese Seite kann man sich vor allem einen schönen Überblick verschaffen, was es alles so gibt, vor allem für die Museen in Boston, Chicago‎, Cleveland, National Gallery Canada, Kimbel, Huston, San Francisco, Minnesota und mit wenig Stücken noch ein paar andere. Die Seite zeigt mir auch, daß es Dein Monet-Motiv nochmal im Museum of Fine Arts, Boston‎ gibt Seite, Image (gezoomt). Die ID Number des Bildes ist für die Suche immer am Besten. Achso, Du hast die Seite verlinkt wegen NG. Die Bilder kenne ich natürlich. Aavindraa hat auch noch andere große uploads. Er läd die NG Bilder übrigens auch von der Seite Gallerixru hoch, die ich Dir mal empfahl, hat aber auch schon welche von der NG-Seite montiert. Seit kurzem ist er nach längerer Pause wieder aktiv. Diese HQ-Geschichte sehe ich doch eher skeptisch. Prämiert werden müßte ja eigentlich der Museumsfotograf. Ein Commons-uploader hat an den Bildern m.E. keinerlei Anteil. Und die Commonsfotografen, die die Museen leerfotografierten und hier die Categorien zumüllen, produzieren leider keine HQ (Ausnahmen gibt es wohl). --Botaurus (talk) 21:39, 24 October 2013 (UTC)

Entschuldige bitte, dass ich mich jetzt erst für Deine unterstützenden Infos bedanke.

Monet Grand Canal gibt es in 6 Versionen (3 i Privatsammlungen), bleiben Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco (2 Vers auf commons); die Version bei amica ist etwas größer mit deutlich weniger Pixeln (nur 273 kb ggü 668 kb upload zoomify Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco). Das lasse ich dann so.

Dann gibt es die Bostoner Version. Die war auch vorhanden, nur hatte Aavindraa sie in die NG verlegt. Die hat 7,68 MB ggü 592 kb bei Deinem Hinweis, und lasse ich auch. Dass ich bei der Aufräumaktion von Dir schon die Referenz hatte, hat mir sehr geholfen.

Die Dritte Version ist in der Tate, da muss ich noch ran. Ich habe mir Literatur dazu ausgeliehen, sonst hätte ich es nicht aufdröseln können. Also erst einmal nur Zwischenstand. Ein schönes Wochenende wünsche ich Dir--Oursana (talk) 12:51, 2 November 2013 (UTC)

Die NGL-Version gibt es leider bei Gallerix.ru nicht. Für „Groß“ müßte man sie von hier montieren. Wie bei NGL steht, ist das Bild eine Leihgabe von Privat. PD-Art: Not something to use unnecessarily

Long story short, PD-Art is a fairly restrictive license: while Wikipedia policy is to accept files under the rationale set forth in that tag, it's not actually a legal rationale for reuse in many countries. Normally, this isn't a problem.

However, when something genuinely is PD-Old-100, (with the scan being either PD-USGov (as with Library of Congress scans) or a release into the public domain by the scanner him- or herself), changing the copyright tag to PD-Art is actually misleading and adds unnecessary restrictions on use, so shouldn't be done.

Recht hast Du. Die unterschiedlichen Angaben sind hier abenteuerlich. Wenn Du Lust hast, guck doch noch mal hin, ich habe ziemlich viel eingefügt und verändert. Der Art Fund beschreibt die Version in Toledo anders als das Museum. Möglicherweise sollte die Datei umbenannt werden sowie auch die Toledo Version, die ich leider irrtümlich mit diesem Dateinamen hochgeladen habe. Hast Du hierfür auch noch Vergrößerungstips? Nein, dort steht es nicht. Es ist aber das selbe Prinzip. Merke Dir einfach den generellen Link und setze hinten (vor „&zoom=3“) die Object Number: ein, anstelle des punktes allerdings mit _ tiefem Unterstrich. Die zoommöglichkeiten sind aber eher gering. Die Rahmenproblematik kenne ich, aber es ist interessant, dass das nag es so ausdrücklich als gemeinfrei zur Verfügung stellt, wer soll dann noch irgendwelche Ansprüche anmelden. Das ist schon ein diskussionswürdiger Gesichtspunkt. Der Rahmen ist auf jeden Fall nicht PD-art|PD-old-100, auch wenn er alt ist. Wenn, dann müßte er irgendeine CC-Lizenz bekommen.
Als credit line ist auf der Webseite „Andrew W. Mellon Collection“ angegeben und nicht „1937 Gift to nag“.
Zur „Parameterfolge“: Template:Artwork ist nicht schön aufgebaut. Die Eingabereihenfolge stimmt mit der späteren Darstellung überhaupt nicht überein. Letztlich kannst Du es aber hinschreiben wo Du willst. Ich bevorzuge diese Vorlage.

File:El Greco 13.jpg geht nicht größer [7]. 2998px ist hier das Maximalmaß. Bei meiner neuen Methode sind die Farben besser. PS.: Glaubst Du, mit 3,1MB wird das Bild besser? Man kann es auch auf 10MB hochpuchen. Das hat nichts zu sagen. Ich schmeiße jeweils überflüssigen Datenmüll heraus und bekomme die Bilder dadurch so klein, also mit Absicht. Die Google-Projekt-Bilder z.B. sind auch auf ein minimal mögliches Maß beschränkt, ohne Qualitätseinbuße (vergl. a und b oder x und y). Der Datenmüll entsteht z.b. beim Abspeichen mit Bearbeitungsprogrammen. --Botaurus (talk) 12:38, 22 November 2013 (UTC)
Den El Greco habe ich eben noch mal heruntergeladen, da hatte er 3,86MB. Nach dem einfachen Abspeichern mit den Irfanview-Programm hatte er 4,05MB. doppeltes Aha Erlebnis.[8] Du hattest mir das mit nag ja schon alles geschrieben, mit den Farben erinnerte ich noch, aber nag hatte ich leider nicht mehr auf der Rechnung, oh man. Mit Deinem 2. Beispiel konnte ich wegen der längeren Nummer das runterladen jetzt sehr gut nachvollziehen. Wie geschrieben, hatte ich registriert downgeloaded. Und mit der Bildgröße von El Greco habe ich mich leider auch verguckt, ist max, stimmt. Mit dem Datenmüll, Google und den Farben gucke ich mir auch gleich noch mal an. Bei den Farbanweisungen vom nga verstehe ich bis jetzt nichts. Ich danke Dir ♥lich für Deine geduldigen Ausführungen. Die Beispiele aber auch Watson and the Shark sind beeindruckend. Die 6000px kommen wohl durch Farbbearbeitung. Den von mir unnötigerweise hochgeladenen Cranach lass ich als duplicate löschen. Die Kreuzigung hat dieselbe Quelle. Bei beiden sieht man die Daten und dadurch die Größenaufblähung. Und diese Daten kann man löschen? File:John Singleton Copley - Watson and the Shark (Washington, D.C.).jpg gefällt mir gar nicht mehr. Es ist zu krass bearbeitet. Ansonsten: Ich stelle gewöhnlich keine duplicate-Löschanträge gegen anderer Leute Bilder. Ich stöhre mich auch nicht an den Duplicaten. Das selbe Bild (Kreuzigung) gibts ja später auch noch von Google-Project. Es sind sowieso alle Kopenhagen Google Bilder doppelt. Die Statens Museum for Kunst-Webseite hatte drei Zip-Ordner mit den identischen Bildern im Tiff-Format zum download bereitgestellt, und user:Villy Fink Isaksen hat sie alle hier hochgeladen. Er hat jedoch die Tif-Dateien einfach in JPG gespeichert, deshalb sind die Files alle so MB-groß. --Botaurus (talk) 15:00, 22 November 2013 (UTC)

Ich habe das noch nicht zu Ende gedacht, vielleicht hast Du Dich schon damit beschäftigt. Könnte das wie ein alt. Titel sein? Ich frage das auch ein wenig mit Blick auf Data, da wird es dann spätestens heillos.

Ja, wenn man so will. Ich kann heute nicht groß parallel denken, weil noch auf Arbeit. Sortieren könnte man mit {{DEFAULTSORT:Cranach, Lucas 1; Penance in the wilderness; Museumsname....}}, auch wenn das Bild vielleicht „Penance in a landscape“ heißt (wobei landcape und wildernes keinen großen sinnlichen Unterschied macht). Aber die Hieronymuse sind in der Cranachkategorie ja sowieso unter sich und in externen Kats bleiben sie so auch zusammen. ich habe soeben eine Alternativversion zu dem von dir hochgeladenen Baluschek-Gemälde "Varieté" bzw. "Tingeltangel" hochgeladen. Mir fiel dabei auf, dass das von dir gefundene Bild von Bridgeman offensichtlich seitenverkehrt ist (siehe auch Bröhan), entsprechend würde ich vorschlagen, es löschen zu lassen - oder siehst du das anders? this is not the same painting. Loocking the details See the Conquering Hero Comes and Gone Fishing. Grass, the fence, the fishs, etc. And one boy smoke and the other not.

No more are planned for deletion (and we will not actually delete this photo). They requested deletion of 3 photos and the meta data of File:Lucas_Cranach_d.Ä._-_Fürst_Johann_von_Anhalt_(Jagdschloss_Grunewald).jpg but we do not think that the request for the photo deletion was valid (we believe they are in the Public Domain within the US, similar to how you marked them, and so they don't hold the copyright). The only request that was arguably reasonable was to delete the meta data of the 1 photo so we only did that. They are not very happy but we are not taking down a public domain image.
