Question...Again

By Commons and Wikipedia standards could a picture of this title be replace with a free use one or will it be copyrighted and fair-use no matter what?--  † ChristianMan16  21:28, 7 July 2008 (UTC)

Inncorrect photo delete by Túrelio (talk • contribs)

Túrelio incorrectly deleted a photo of the Raw set used widely on Wikipedias as a copyvio which it is not and here's the two reasons why. 1) That image was taken by a Wikipedia user and originally posted himself to the English Wikipedia. 2) The cite he used to authenticate his deletion is another Wikipedia user or some random person uploading the image to his Photobucket himself and incorrectly cites WWE as the owner be cause I know for a fact that when WWE took a photo of their new set with Raw graphics, it was done standing in the entrance way with the Raw mini-tron graphic playing. So could you please restore it. There was NO reason for that photo to be deleted by him/her. Thank you. If you need proof...let me know. Although I will give you WWE's photo of their new set now. Here it is. The only reason that photo is on a different site is cause I couldn't find it again on WWE.com...they must have deleted it but I have given you a link to the photo they had though. Aaron, we've been over this again and again on enwiki before you were banned. You already know well the issues around images of WWE stuff. Please take it up with the deleting admin who, rightly IMO, deleted it as a copyvio - Alison ^❤ 06:11, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
