Deletion

Hi Joku Janne, you have deleted the picture in last time. There wasn't any infringement. That was the reason, why I put out the deletion-template. I would like, that you restore the file. Thanks! alofok* 14:31, 27 February 2011 (UTC)

You're right about the infringement. The photo is taken by the uploader, so it isn't a copyright infringement. However, that isn't the whole case. The uploader/photographer says that other use is possible only with permission of the author of the photography, and, as you probably know, in Commons it's required that photograhs are licensed with free licenses. The photographer should license it with a free license, otherwise the photo can't be restored. --Joku Janne(Fi) (Wikiwiki) 12:38, 28 February 2011 (UTC)
That isn't really true. If there is the license for a free use, so the specialkl wish of the user is irrelevant. i have seen sometimes such things and deleted the "permission of the author". there was a free licence, somthing else isn't important for anyone. alofok* 15:38, 6 March 2011 (UTC)

User:THEFARlX and File:Farfarix.jpg

Just delete the image at File:Farfarix.jpg, the account that uploaded the image is an impostor and the editor is attempting to harass after reverting their vandalism to w:Harem (genre). As the actual copyright owner of the image, I have not nor ever will give permission for it to be uploaded to Wikipeidia or any other website. TheFarix (talk) 16:13, 24 October 2011 (UTC)
