Practical information

• Operators: This bot is operated by the members of the VRT, e.g. Ellywa and others of the Dutch OTRS-team .
• Tasks: This bots assists us in handling some repetitive taks related to the uploading of images through Wikiportrait. It will perform two tasks on Commons: it will create a category for the person who's pictured and purge the cache of that category later (to get a nice link to the Wikidata item).
• Operation: The bot can only be operated using manual input from an OTRS-volunteer.
• When: The bot is operated in a semi-automated way, and runs at the discretion of the members of the Dutch OTRS-team who're using it.
• Maximum edit rate: A limit of five edits per minute is implemented (but will be rarely used, as it only performs two edits for every processed image).
• Language: the bot is written in Python 3.7 and doesn't use any external framework.
