Please help to rename this sockpuppet category and those LTA pages[edit]

Category:Sockpuppets of 陳妍安 would be better to be renamed category:Sockpuppets of 蘇俞安 because he is an active LTA who started to vandalize from 2015. You can see many identical keywords like 蘇俞安, 陳妍安, 詹金麗, 劉定瑋, 陳彥霖, 譚哲文 in w:zh:Category:蘇俞安的維基用戶分身. Please help. Thanks. 迴廊彼端 (talk) 03:17, 9 October 2022 (UTC)

Swehlam copyright infraction[edit]

This is not enough. File creator must give permission, that he agrees to publish the image under free license. The license must allow free commercial use and derivative works. Multiple accounts used by Mafalda4144[edit]

Hi Taivo, I'm currently looking into a case on zhwiki which Mafalda4144 is involved and noticed that they are blocked here for abusing multiple accounts. Since abusing sockpuppets could be a valid reason for sysop actions, and may affect how we understand the incident, could you probabily indicate which account/IP is connected with Mafalda4144? Is it the one who supported Mafalda4144's recent deletion request? I'm not gonna challenge any decision on commons, simply looking for possible information. Tiger (talk) 03:48, 31 October 2022 (UTC)

Why did you block me for 24 hours?[edit]

This is unfair. You have blocked me from editing and uploading for 24 hours. Why did you did that? You need to stop deleting files and accounts, it's not my thing. I edited flags like Burundi, São Tomé and Príncipe, and Dylmur and Jeff. G changed them to the current flags. Category:July 2012 in Telangana[edit]

Does it make sense to have Category:July 2012 in Telangana as a category when we don't have Category:2012 in Telangana as a category because Telangana didn't exist until 2014. There is a discussion about 1953 in Telangana at Commons:Categories for discussion/2022/07/Category:1953 in Telangana which seems to argue for Telangana to exist because it was a part of Category:Hyderabad State (1948–1956) Ricky81682 (talk) 09:24, 11 December 2022 (UTC)

There’s nothing to indicate it was published prior to 1927 or that it was even taken in 1918. HI again Taivo. Would you mind taking a look at File:`Byars Harley Davidson1.jpg and File:`Byars Harley Davidson2.jpg when you get the chance? The uploader is the same person who uploaded the above photos. These might possibly be reuploads of previously deleted photos and there's a weird use of an apostrophe (?) at the beginning of each file's name. I think the uploader is trying to do their the best to make sure their uploads are OK for Commons, but they keeping make lots of claims about copyright ownership that are hard to verify. This time they've tried to provide links but they lead to en:GenealogyBank that require registration to access and might not be too reliable anyway. I'm also concerned that this uploader might be mistakenly assuming that the subject of a photo is also its copyright holder based on File:Ray Byars.jpg; they seem to think that it's when the subject of that photo died which matters when it comes to 70 pma even though they say the author of the photo is unknown. -- Marchjuly (talk) 06:34, 24 December 2022 (UTC)
